Scooter Dynasty is a great place to get scooter parts! My mom and I both shop here for our scooter needs. They used to have a brick & mortar shop in Downtown Los Angeles. However, they’re now an online shop only. Not sure what people’s issue is regarding customer service! We’ve had nothing but great experiences here!
I went through many places to be able to find spare parts for mirrors for my motorcycle and in this store they guided me and I was finally able to find them
Very courteous and a coordinated attention 100% recone given apart from a totally personalized attention
Great service, ill definitely come back some day. ❤️❤️
Amazing service, I’m glad I choose Scooter Dynasty, great selection 👍🏻
I purchased an item from this seller, they charged my card for the money. But then tell me they declined the sale! Even though i have shown proof that the money was taken from my account by Scammer dynasty... i mean scooter dynasty, they are denying me the refund! Initially very rude customer service and now They wont return my emails and never answer calls! Very disappointed!!!
Research looks very doable!
Horrible customer service. I called multiple times for a simple question, left a voicemail providing call back info, and have yet to receive a call back DAYS later. My scooter is still within warranty. Seems like Im getting the run around. Go somewhere else.
Nice shop for scooters, Ive been there.
The website said it was open, but when we arrived this location looked to be out of business, shutters locked tight, and the sign scraped off the top of the building. It would be nice if the website kept current with the situation, wouldnt have wasted time going.
Very nice quality CDI really improves the starting and overall functionality of my scooter by keeping the engine running optimally.
I really like this place.I bought my new scooter from them last sunday, the process was easy and quick, they were very polite, explained everything, the guy gave me a very thorough walk-through of the scooter before I drove it off. (+ they have two adorable cats.)Having a super small issue with the seat not locking at the moment (I think just due to it not being worn in yet) and they were really polite and helpful with the issue. So far so good! Definitely satisfied so far.
Popped in to check out the Kymco Spade...Danielle was extremely helpful and friendly. She immediately moved the bike to allow me to spend some time sat on it, provided lots of useful information. I was massively impressed. Ill be back to buy as soon as I can. Excellent, friendly customer service. I highly recommend.! :)
So helpful and nice! Im so happy with everything they did for me. They accommodated all my needs and I couldnt be happier. Thanks!
Friendly guys but not very flexible. No real parking and downtown next to convention center. Went to go see a couple specific models. Website said they were in stock. I called and was assured they had everything. I got there and they had one out of the 3 models I wanted to see. Ultimately I really wanted to see and test ride one model. They were willing to sell it to me sight unseen, but not get one in for me to test ride first. Kinda crummy service. Why offer it and have it advertised on your website, say its in stock and then be unwilling to have one on floor. They did however brought in another smaller cheaper scooter for me to see. Guys are friendly though. Just dont go expecting to see larger scooters.
You never know for sure, but so far so good. I would go back, definitely. Good customer service too.
Bought my scooter here and bring it back for everything! They do great work and they do it fast. They never overcharge like other mechanics. My scooter gets its fair share of broken parts from drunk people in my neighborhood and people backing into it when they park. Vince and Carlos are great guys who always make sure everything is in working order and safe before I take it home.
I bought a Genuine Hoolagan from them. So far to date I havent had any problems with it. Staff is very good and very respectful. They have a very good mechanic
I am a mobile scooter mechanic and being mobile I stock only a choice supply of parts.I always come here for parts for my customers and my own personal bikes.I have probably been a customer of theirs for over 5 years.I even refer them to my customers who want to buy new scooters. Because I know that here they will have a reliable shop backing up their new scooters.Vincent and Carlos are always knowledgeable and helpful.Scooter Dynasty has become the only supplier in town whom I feel I can trust when I need a scooter part
These guys are all amazing! Ive interacted mostly with Carlos but all the guys who work there are helpful, honest and friendly. I got a scooter from them at a great price and a helmet and first service is complimentary!
My 2013 Cali Classic 125 would not start. Carlos took it into the shop immediately and within minutes his mechanic diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Great service, great work, and excellent value. Got to say, I was a bit nervous reading some of these reviews, but my experience could not have been better. I will definitely continue to use these guys for all of my scooter needs.
I really had a phenomenal purchasing experience through Scooter Dynasty. My Lance PCH 200i has never failed me or had any issues through 5,000 miles so far. When I moved back to Cincinnati, they made shipping it so easy and convenient. If I come back to Los Angeles, all my business will be done here.
Its hard to tell what exactly this shop wants to do. Sometimes theyre stocked to the brim with ATVs, sometimes its scooters, they even stocked a ton of lowrider bicycles at one point. From poking my head into their garage more than a couple times, Im pretty sure theyre a seat of your pants type place and not a check the service manual type place.I suspect theyre still trying to figure out how best to maximize profit with their prime location off the Metro line.
Buyer Beware! Long story short, I ordered a part. They sent the wrong one. They led me on for about a month until I finally ordered the same part from a Ebay seller for way cheaper, who also got it to me in 2 days. When I told them that I wanted to return the wrong part and get a refund I had to wait for them to send me a shipping label by mail. I was told as soon as the package was in transit, I would be issued a refund. I ended up getting it days after the part was delivered back to them. They lied to me multiple times and overall I had a horrible experience. There a hundred ways they could have handled the situation and they picked the worst way possible.
These guys will lie to you, you will have to call them all the time. Their mechanic insult you because he may think this is funny. They have no respect for the costumer and have interest only in the money you will throw away in their business. When they will finally repaired your bike, you may have to come back two weeks later because something new goes wrong with your vehicle. They did break my entire ignition and didnt want to admit it. Of course you will have to pay first before being able to check your vehicle. Ah they took 2 months to do the job telling me once that the part is coming from japan and after from china... My other dealer told me that it will took 3 days to do the whole job. Finally, I really think as a costumer that we are fed up with disrespect, bad services, lies and damages.. At the end of the day we are the one who pay and I don;t even understand why we should fight for having a decent service. A place like that shouldnt exist.
They are the most helpful group of guys ever (Ricardo and Carlos). Theyve helped me out with just about everything thats needs fixed or worked on with my scooter. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! They are the best in the scooter business!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they have taken great care of my vehicles.
Ordered and paid in full for two scooter parts that were listed as available on their site. One week later I get a phone call saying that one part was not available so they would refund me and send the second part. Two weeks later they email saying the second part is unavailable and refund the remained of my payment. Bottom line: if you need scooter parts quickly consider ordering from someone else who actually stocks what they advertise.
They are kind of expensive but good repairs. They have the most expensive scooters in LA. Really nice people and good repair work that is a good price.
Great service,These guys really know scooters. A great place for service and a great selection of scooters and accessories.
Knowledgeable staff. Fairly priced. Great service.
Wow! A totally pleasant and utterly amazing experience!... I went in there with the sole intention of purchasing a new little bike to move around L.A. with ease, but I came out of there not only with an awesome bike, but also with the joy and satisfaction of having had an extremely satisfying conversation with the staff and an awesome understanding that life is truly beautiful. I thank these guys so much!!!When it comes to inventory, they have really cool scooters and a couple bikes to choose from; all made in China, as is my understanding, but of the best quality. I personally bought a SYM Wolfe Classic 150, which is a nice little piece I had had my eye on for a while now. They have all kinds of different set ups, from the 50ccs to top speed monster scooters and a vast array of colors. Helmets? they have them, Storage box attachments? they have them; some shirts, gloves and other biking related gear? they also have them. Tires? they have them, Parts? they have them all, and if they dont, theyll help you find them. They also have a repair shop that seems pretty well stocked with every thing necessary to service your bike, whether you bought it there or elsewhere.in all this was an amazing place to visit and to make a purchase from. I also saw the staff interact with other customers and realized that, whether you make a purchase from them, or not, youre getting the same ubber-friendly and detailed service from the staff as I did, one-hundred-percent!Im not only satisfied, I will indeed recommend this shop to my friends and family, and I hope my brother also gets his little bike from this place so we can mess around in the streets like we always do, just spending less in gas. :))By the way, These guys have certain offers online, so check out their webpage too. And, if youre a Vet theyll do 10% off your final sale; and thats real cool!
Very nice spot, they have all kinds of parts for scooters and motorcycles, i often go to this place even tho i live in hidden hillsand they have a many awesome bikes for sale
Much better service than my first experience. I have purchased 3 scooters from them.
Great advise they helped me out a lot !
HORRIBLE!!! I ordered a 125cc 4wheeler last December as a Christmas present for my 16 year old daughter. We had numerous problems within the first month. It would have problems starting, staying started, would hesitate as you were driving it, chain continually popping off, paint chipping, stickers peeling, too many list! I contacted the service dept and was told that they would fix it but a year later have yet to do so. At this point I am taking them to court. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else! Oh and did I mention the 125cc they sold me was actually a 110cc with a sticker placed on it trying to convince me otherwise. These machines are junk and very difficult to find anyone to work on them. There are no manuals. In fact when you get your new quad it will be filled with fish oil instead of engine oil that needs to be changed! WHo does that (they even admit to this is the startup guide)?
Came as a walk in and got my scooter serviced in a couple of hours. Very happy with the level of service they provide!
Rude reps. Overpriced. Wats of time. Better look for someone else.
Go elsewhere for service. I bought my 2013 Symba here and both times I took it in for service, I got it back in worse condition. First I took it in because my shifter was getting stuck, and I got it back with a cracked fender and the bolt holding the rear part of my bike to the frame fell out in the middle of riding and the rear wheel started to sway to the right uncontrollably—I had to get it towed and they had to have the manufacturer fix it. Next I had them replace the chain and do a valve adjustment and when I got it back, my gas mileage went way down (went from 100 MPG to 60 MPG), theres a significant loss of power and my engine oil is overflowed with gas thats been leaking in there ever since I got my bike back. And thats just my story. My sister had hers fixed here because it wasnt starting in the morning. When she got it back, it didnt start at all. Just dont get service here. Both experiences lead me to believe anything beyond a simple oil change is beyond what the techs here are capable of.
I get a cali classic here from day one it was dripping oil l brought it back they say was a cracked oil gasket defect from fabric they exchange the piece l had it back 4 days later l start using it and the dropping oil start again now they say they need to exchange the engine! !a brand new scooter need a new engine? They dont want to give me another scooter for exchange, l use it just for 3 days !brand new 0 miles! I dont recommend this place to anybody, its not fair that l spend my money on a new scooter to end it with visits for repair and now l will have a remanufacture scooter 😠
They did a good job with my Scooter :) and really quick too
Bad service left my bike in less than working order. They will steal your money
Terrible service, expensive low quality unguaranteed work.
Location is closed permenantly
The only place i will buy parts
