Every digital start-up/company is required by law to get a neon sign of their logo and Best Buy Neon Signs absolutely DID NOT disappoint. Were in a co-working space and everyone compliments the sign as it stands out. It also just makes us feel like a legit company (which we are!).If youre thinking about getting a sign, definitely go through them because Mae and the team are amazing. I went to the address to find out it’s fake on purpose so that people have to call and prequalify as a customer! So as to not “waste there time or the customers”. I had some trouble hearing them so these people hung up on me and wouldn’t answer. I don’t recommend this place!

Customer Service with this company was VERY difficult. They do not budge on rate, I believe English was her second language, it took weeks before finalizing our product. She quoted me a price and went through the entire design process with us and then once I was committed to the sign we designed she mentioned I had to pick up in El Monty or pay an extra 80-100$ to ship it. She also mentioned that the color I want is an extra 100$ which was never mentioned in the beginning.Their address online shows Los Angeles so when I questioned her about that she said thats another location but if I wanted to make my sign there it would also be WAY more money. Which made zero sense to me.Lastly I shared her background with my sister in law who bought a sign from them and asked about a discount for purchasing 2 signs and she gave me $50 off. For a $650 sign it was not much help when we were spending close to $1300 with them.All in all, my finished product was amazing. We had it up at our wedding and it was beautifully done. We are very happy now- even though the ordering process was frustrating. I would refer someone else to this company as long as they read this review and do not make the communication mistakes that I made.

I dont care how great your product may be if your not giving great customer service then your not getting my business... I called for a quote and Im hoping it wasnt the owner I was speaking with because he was a total unprofessional jerk! I have no problem with people that have heavy accents but when Im trying to understand what your trying to tell me, which by the way was very frustrating on my end and you reply with Dont you understand English after several attempts of me trying to guess what your saying isnt my fault! I understand English but you obviously dont know how to speak it! Ill just go ahead and take my business elsewhere where it will be appreciated!
