I dont suggest this place for anyone who has a high quality printer. Their refund policy is not even return your money but that you get a credit and theyre not up front about that. The no name cartridges are not high quality inkso dont disappoint yourself go to a reputable well known place to get your ink. This edition addition to my review is on 7/13/2020 beginning in the next sentence.In response to the owner her life was not threatened in any way what so ever . since you have made such a statement I can sue you for slander.You have the audacity to make a false statement and nothing to corroborate it. I am an outstanding member in my community in close proximity to your store. Im old enough to be your Grandfather and I am a well educated consumer so if you choose to hide behind this facade of righteousness save that for someone else. Full disclosure of your refund policy is not even posted in your place of business.I never called you out of your name . I never made a racial or slanderous statement to you. You have a video why dont you display it for the world to see if I did all of what you stated. There would most like;y been some sought of threatening body language..There was even another customer in the store so tell me why didnt that person call the police.You can go and uphold your policy of no returns without a receipt but if your a community store and the fact that I had been in your shop to tell you about the ink and you telling me about the printer I have and how to make sure it is working properly. I did all of what you suggested and it still did not print properly because of the replacement cartridge I got from you. I went to a reputable dealer and got the original canon cartridge and it worked fine and cost no more that the low grade cartridge I got from you.If you want to continue this argument of ethics but be mindful of your self incriminating remarks which I much say cries wolf like the NY women who called the police just because a Black Man told her to put on a mask.you are lying and believe my friends who run the cycle from Preachers to Teacher from Philanthropist to community Activist will know how you depicted my character in a denigrating manner because my Black Live and all aspects of it matters...

I bought a black toner for my printer and they told me that it cost 47 dollars and when I saw the summary of my card they had removed 53.66 dllto be a refill the price was too expensive.I call and nobody answersBad business

I have been getting my HP ink refills since 2011 and I have ALWAYS had an excellent experience with the refills including quality and the efficiency (process and waitin time) in getting the refills completed. The father and daughter are professional and helpful in suggesting printing options.

I have an (apparently) rarer type of ink cartridge for my computer (Canon 20xl) and it was hard to fins places to refill it (Walgreens wont). I went online to just buy a new one, but then I found Prismatix.They filled the cartridge for only $13 and it was done in less than 10 mins. Looks like I found my place to refill ink from now on.Added bonus: the staff is very friendly!Will go back; highly recommend!!

I have a two dell printers: An all in one 922 and an all in one and a Dell 715 and I do a lot of printing for schoolwork etc. Dell charges an arm and a leg for ink where as Prismatik charge like $10 per cartridge! Cant beat that, and they are nice people too I do not admire businesses with assholes, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU WILL NOT REGRET GOING HERE:-D

I asked them specifically about toner refill, they told me it was $10 per refill. Drive an hour get to the store, its $80 per refill. Typical bait and switch

Original ink cartridges after ink cartridges refill didnt work. After few days later printer got broken.Black color is not working.
