Incredibly slow service. The store did not have shipping boxes for my items. The package did not leave the store for 2 days. I Specifically asked for fedex priority service and fedex tracking email shows it was sent fedex ground (horrible shipping method). Sadly, I cannot recommend this location for fedex service.
The level of incompetence at this office is astounding. From the first time I stepped into this store until now, it has been nothing but a hassle interacting with the people here. I tried to get a poster printed, which didnt work out since they didnt have the font I needed (which was a standard font on all current versions of Microsoft Office). Adrian was very helpful in trying to help me correct the issue, but it didnt work out in the end. I never received my poster print from them. I requested a refund, which Adrian said he processed, but its been about 3 weeks now and I still havent received it.Each time I called about my refund, different people told me they would call me back, but didnt. Cris, the supposed lead manager at this office, is the worst. He was so unhelpful and left me on hold for 17 minutes. When I called back, he said he was by himself, which I understood, but also said that he spoke to some general regional manager about my situation and said that Id have to call back the next morning to talk to him. Im pretty sure it did not take him 17 minutes to do that.Cris, if youre reading this, please warn the people that step into your store about interacting with you. I hope my review will steer people clear away from you. This phone call wasnt my only negative interaction with him. From the moment I stepped into the store, he had attitude issues when I asked to see different poster sizes. UGH.Its been hell from start to finish with this store, and Im still trying to get my refund.
Had a great experience here. Showed up right before close and Marc made sure I got my packages shipped out, and even helped point me in the right direction for a return package that needed to go thru UPS.
Although I live close to other FedEx locations, I travel to FedEx Westwood Village for the exceptional customer service. I frequent FedEx Westwood Village two to three times a week. FedEx associate, Cris, in particular, is courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and professional -- and provides top-notch customer service without fail.
My coworker and I arrived at this FedEx location at 5:30 pm with three large, heavy boxes. After we started pulling out our prepaid FedEx one-day shipping labels, a FedEx employee, Sharon, informed us that they wouldnt ship anything until Monday and the last shipment went out at 5:30pm. At this point, its 5:33 and she had seen us struggle for awhile getting the boxes into the store. She then told us to walk to another FedEx store, and the closest one is a mile away. I pointed out that we had three heavy boxes and would be unable to do so, and she continued to rudely tell us that they wouldnt ship anything until Monday. Unfortunately, we have an event on Sunday and were told that we could do one day shipping. Terrible, awful customer service. We werent the only customers given such a poor attitude.
So far our experience of this store is very good. The staff and friendly and knowledgeable. The service fast and having a car park next door when you have heavy packages makes it easy ( if not a little expensive ). We have set up an account and are using the app often. It really helps. Plan on trying the printing service this week so will post more.
My dream Is to walk in and out of a FedEx in less than 20 minutes. They are all severely understaffed.
This is a great place for all your mail services. Patience with the single employee but worth the wait.The best price for personal mailbox rentals. 15 months for the price of 12.
Im giving this one star only because the guy gave me a nice welcome! A simple wire binding took 15 minutes!! Dude first come, first serve. You can just take care of every single person comes in while you are working on my things.
I dont normally leave reviews, but I was pretty disappointed with the service at this fedex. I came in with my package packed and labeled with a prepaid shipping label. It took almost 30 minutes before I even got to the register. Note that there was only one person before me. They were just waiting to pay. Very frustrating. Theres no reason it should have taken that long. Once I handed my package over, the worker told me that I should have told him my package was ready to go. But that would not have even been possible since he was walking all around the employee area doing god knows what. Should I have yelled to him? Also I did not realize I was supposed cut in front of the customer in front of me. So, if you come here with a prepaid label, apparently you should jump the line, and shout at people otherwise you will be waiting a very long time. Good luck!
The older staff member here trains the younger staff member to be hostile to customers.
The service, namely a man named Chris, was so helpful and nice! He printed my sheets for me for free after I had some trouble with my card. Made my day!
Went in for prints and had trouble transferring files - Was helped by associate “Jeanna” (May be spelled wrong, younger African American woman) who was very helpful and completed the task for me! Great customer service thanks again!
If I can give 0star I would. No welcome at all, all employees are indifferent, not willing to help and the price is 2.5 times higher than UPS. The fax machine is a disaster and it keeps beeping and no stuff even takes a look at you. I feel like air. They are not friendly to Asian, racist in some aspects .
Honestly, terrible customer service! My friend ordered a print online and specifically asked for the margins and white border to be cut. Online the price was estimated to be $40 and when we arrived at the store the total was $103 and the margins were not cut. Even after paying, my friend asked the worker to explain the extra costs to her as this was not what she had anticipated to pay. The worker rudely said listen to me as if she could not understand what she was saying. After leaving the store, she realized that the worker had not given her the receipt. She called and the lady rudely responded that she gave the receipt and did not have it at the store. I returned and asked if she could print another one. She yelled at me and said No, we cant! I asked if they were able to look up the transaction, she again yells at me saying Its not that fast! As if looking up a transaction from 15 minutes ago is completely impossible and I was supposed to know that. She turns around and guess what is there? The receipt. Completely embarrassed, she shoves the receipt in my hands and walks away without a single apology. We were talked down to because we were students and treated as if we were stupid and incompetent of understanding.
The service is nice. I do not have to wait. I got my copies done quickly.
Extremely bad service. I asked for help bacause I didnt know how to use the machine and they were pretending they were not listening. They were 3 employees, 2 of them were ignoring me. I was waiting 30 minutes for 2 copies. I had to ask 10 times to get them do their job.
Understaffed... very slow service and very unorganized. Simply needed to send a package and it took 30 minutes. If you can I would go to a different location! Leanna is great but the other 2 employees were clueless! Without her they wouldn’t even know how to open the store!
AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! The do it yourself printers werent working and the sales person refused to help me saying she was the only one there and she said she had too much other work to do and she was the only one there. All I had was a two page black and white document. Not a giant undertaking. Staff your store properly if there is actually too much work for the one person. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!
Worst experience ever and i can file a lawsuit about this. They just lied to me to cover their fault. I used international service to mail 7 boxes and one was damaged according to the record. The stuff inside is really important to me so i call 10times to asked whether i can get my damaged package back and i said i dont mind any charge. EVERY TIME they said they need time to check and NO BODY call me back. I almostly begged them to allowed me to get back the damaged package which was damaged by them no matter of charge. And 15 days past, my so called package was found and there is no damage they just LOST IT. i Believe the representatives are trained to lie to amy customer that the lost package is DAMAGED to get rid. Of trouble for themselves Because i called so. Many times and they said the same thing. I will never ever ever used this company.

Of all my life time experience, this might be the worst service Ive ever gotten. The staff attitude was so bad and they have definitely not enough training. The mocking expression they had was just intolerable. When using the printing services, somehow the printer was not functioning right, so they had to do some test printing...which they charged all the test runs on ME! At the end of the day, what should take me five minutes took me more than an hour and ten times the money. Whats even worse...THEY STILL FAILED TO PRINT THE FILE. I had to go elsewhere to get the file printed. Such a time/money-consuming frustrating experience.

The location manager Sharon Hayes is rude and leads a group of incompetent staff that do not understand the fundamentals of their job. A simple request was prolonged over a two week course.AVOID this location at all costs!
Ive had worse customer service, but they were not helpful at all. Latika, specifically, was pretty much useless.

Extremely outdated unreliable printers, computers and slow internet connection (if any) and the rudest stuff Ive ever encountered anywhere. The lady screamed at me as i was leaving after their self-print machines kept giving me network error message for 20 minutes straight.
My experience with the staff was a good one, they were nice and helpful. Their prices arent competitive though.
