We contacted Nelson regarding an issue with a purchased custom area rug from a well-known retailer. He was very helpful in explaining the problem with the serging/binding on our new carpet and made recommendations for replacing it. His workmanship is professional, top quality and reasonably priced. The carpets look better than when newly purchased.

The owner of this store has been in the business for a long time and really knows his rugs. The service is superior. I had an antique rug cleaned and restored. I could not be happier with the result. I would not hesitate to buy a quality rug here or have one repaired.
