Ron is one of the most dedicated business owners I’ve ever seen. I’m always inspired by his friendly, efficient and professional environment. The other day his well picked and trained employee caught my mistake on an address for a high stakes package and saved the day. This shop is always clean and fresh with thriving plants, a water feature and inspiring quotes from all the greats. This place is what a shipping and print shop should be;).

Been patronizing this place for over 10 years. Ron (owner) and staff are very helpful and always spring into action when a client walks in. The boxes are secure and the location is clean with limited access to only the customers during the after hours. I also have to add. I’ve gotten great international shipping rates here and have shipped internationally multiple times through Mail and More.

THE BEST OF THE BEST I was forced to relocate my address after 30+ years and I was fortunate enough to find Ron the owner of Mail & More on Westwood Blvd. I have been a loyal customer for more than six years and have never ever had anything but the most courteous and professional service. Ron has taken care of much more than my mail. He is an expert on all the mail and shipping services such as UPS or FedEx as well as he knows international shipping. On top of his superior service Ron is also an incredibly knowledgeable Notary. He also has full copy services. To be able to have this kind of personal professional service, It makes if very difficult to go to your local post office for the rare occasion that you may not be near Rons location.

Im so glad to have found these guys on Yelp about two years ago. The short version is that they are extremely nice, extremely helpful, and have excellent prices. They even offer very convenient, free parking.I originally sought a place to ship a large photographers backpack - a very awkward size. I stopped in to Mail and More in California and presented the challenge. They helped me actually CREATE a frankenstein package by cutting and taping two other boxes together...which enabled me to get the size down under a threshold that saved me an extra $40+ in shipping. It was above and beyond, creative, and really well constructed, too.Since then Ive used them to ship a variety of items for eBay and personal purposes. Great experience every time.Dont forget: they have parking in the back and a convenient back door. Otherwise youll be looking for [paid] street parking and may have to walk a ways.Highly recommend, and they will continue to be my exclusive shipping store.

FBI FD-258 Fingerprint cards are processed on the spot for a reasonable price without the need for an appointment. Theres no need to rush out to the post office to mail those cards when theyre ready since mailing with tracking information can be processed there as well. Theres so much more they have to offer and worth checking out! One happy customer! :)

The service at Mail and More on Westwood is unfailingly friendly and courteous. On occasion, Ive needed a special favor from them. Ive been running two minutes late and they hung around and let me get my mail. I had an important package arrive when I was out of town, and they helped facilitate the process of having the package picked up by a friend. This is is a good place with good service.

I have had a box here for about 5 years and get lots of packages delivered. Much easier to use this service than have them delivered to my home when I am not there and the delivery person needs a signature. I then have to call and arrange an alternate delivery. Mail and More in California eliminates all the hassle as they accept my packages and sign for them, then I pick them up at my convenience.This place is the best and Ron is really dedicated to providing excellent service to his customers. He is very efficient, has all kinds of optional services and is very reliable. I highly recommend him.

Their service was just like yelp claimed: quick, and friendly. I heard that you dont need a box to get things shipped and I literally brought grocery bags of stuff to send. They gave me a box for free to put my stuff in. The only reason why i didnt give them 5 stars is because i wish I had known the prices before I sent my package. People have said that the price is cheap, but since it is my first time sending a large package I have nothing to compare the price to. I wish they had a listing of the prices depending on weight so I could be ready for the grand total when they tell me. :)

I love going to Mail and More in CA... the service is impeccable, there is parking in the back, its never too crowded and they always help with packing and making sure they give you the best rate option. Ive been splitting up my mothers belongings following her death and have had to ship off many boxes to my siblings. I just bring in the haphazardly filled boxes and Mail and More packs them, making sure to cushion fragile items, and efficiently gets them sent off. Its saved me lots of time and trouble. The owner suggested a more expensive service that I politely declined. The package I sent from this place has never arrived. I am convinced that he took revenge and just put my letter with documents in trash.

I have been a customer since about 1 year now. I was in desperate need of a location where I could receive packages and mail, despite living in a gated apartment unit. Everything is lost or stolen when delivered via post to my home. It is really terrible. So really all I could hope for was to find a place where my packages and occasional important mail could be delivered. But, I found something much more than that. A local small business which shines, the owner goes above and beyond, just walking through the doors of the business you can easily see the pride he takes in his work and the services he provides to his customers. No more headaches for me or concerns with my deliveries. I highly recommend anything this business does!!!!

Make sure the Finger scanner guy does things correctly and has things up to date. He ran my information without updating his system and i had to redo all the process once more. This company just dropped all of their mail into my works recycling bin miles away. No documents were shredded. If this is how they handle mail I wouldnt trust them with my business. I will be delivering their trash back to them.[The following is in response to owners comment]We work in retail for action sports and are not a competitor. I had three cardboard boxes full of junk mail from spectrum, mail order catalogs, and tons of other stuff. Every item had this address on it. Not sure how it ended up here but the contents could have potentially contained sensitive information. So somewhere down the line someone either delivering to you or in your company took a shortcut and dumped in our bin. A complaint was filed with the city.
