There is no better postal service in all of L.A.! The owners of this place pack packages expertly, are always courteous and offer good suggestions about how to ship the least expensive way. We prefer to drive here rather than use the regular post office! This place is one of those secrets that now is out since we love them so much we all want to support them. The owners treat everyone like family and, indeed, their customers think of them as part of their extended family.

First time coming in to drop off a Fedex package and buy some packaging materials. Fedex was a little out of my way, found this place on a google search. Asked for a receipt for dropping off an $800 coat, they said no receipts. Turned around and went to my usual Fedex. Why is it so hard to give a receipt?

They have ALWAYS been more than pleasant, courteous & helpful. As far as the U.S. 24/7 name... if YOU GOT HELD UP & robbed... you would change YOUR HOURS also...& aside from that it COST LOTS OF MONEY TO CHANGE A BUSINESS NAME/LICENSE...times are changing crime is increasing (its a small thing - the name - make a telephone call for hours open, problem solved)!!! Besides CVS on Venice WAS known as 24 hr... not any more!! Lifes too short to nit-pick save yourself the frustration... or make it even more simple, if something that trivial really bothers you...take your business elsewhere! Peace!

Wonderful personalities, extremely helpful. been using them for a few years now and tho they are not the closest to me, i always go out of my way to use them for all my shipping needs just because they are the best and its always problem free! best service in all of california for sure!

Very rude employee, no customer service, the man looked irritated and made a big sigh when asked for service. I asked for a receipt for the box im shipping back, he said they dont give receipt and its fedex, its gonna be ok. I was skeptical but i need to return the book.

I had a mailbox here for years, great service. I also had my passport photo taking here, they do a great job and give you individual service. I also love supporting family-owned businesses!

I have been a customer for a couple years now and I have nothing but the highest praise for this business. They are kind, efficient, helpful and professional. I have kept a mailbox here, ship and receive oversize packages, and have on occasion asked them to pack fragile items for me. I would give them an A+ for all of these services. I cant speak highly enough about them.

I have had a mail box here for many years and recently (12-2018 Holidays) he gave me an opened package and he apologized for giving me an opened package and that “the package was opened accidentally”This has happened before and I’ve never written about it.I have been nothing more than nice to them and their staff.Also, my daughter has always gotten the run-around with her packages.I don’t understand their behavior and maybe it’s time to find another place that appreciates our business.Furthermore, today (1-24-2019) he yelled at me in front of customers around 4pm about this review and he yelled at me and violently-shook and said how “insane” I was saying these things. He also ‘threatened’ to sue me by way of having me remove this review or he will sue me.This is not a nice way to handle business from long-time and good standing customer.He was still shaking as he ended the conversation while he gave me my package today.I’m afraid of him hurting me because of his attitude towards me.This is a business relationship and none other.I’m just saying what happened.I’ve been receiving mail at this box office for nine years.FYI The customer is always right.For me there’s no reason to lie or make things up, I just don’t have that kind of time.

Wrong website?! Prices for passport photos are not accurate. Says on website that photos are 9.95 with 6.95 for an extra set of 2, but when I went there they wanted to charge me $30 for 4!! They claimed the website is not theirs, although the name of the store and location are clearly posted on the website?!

Friendly, fast, affordable. I went to get a 3 keys copied it was around $5 in total were the Keyme box near by was going to be around $10 for 1 key.

Highly recommended!I had to send a large box along with 2 other smaller boxes to the same location abroad. He helped me save a lot of money by consolidating all the boxes himself. He went above and beyond!My partner even got his passport photos taken here. Were also able to print documents here. This is our go-to postal center, and it should be yours too!
