This is the greatest family own hardware store in Eagle Rock! Most of us all grew up together in the neighborhood. I love to give them my business as much as I can. Very helpful and very friendly. I have found stuff there to complete my jobs most .Always!Love you guys and praying for Jeff Tritch!

It is no longer home Depot. but its near home. You need to be capable of discover maximum requirements in case youre doing a DIY home task. The individuals who work there are friendly and beneficial. The car parking zone is small and you want to be careful coming inside and out of it due to the fact that intersection receives busy.

This place is the best no matter what I need they always know exactly what to do and their advice is always spot on, perfect.

This is the kind of hardware store I want more of. Its small its got most everything you would need for house and garden. Plus great service. They will help you until you have what you need instead of what they think you need. They allow me to stay away from the Depot when all I need are a few things around the house.

Best hardware store ever. This family-owned shop has nearly everything youd find at a big box store, BUT they also have the customer service and expertise that will keep you coming back. I bought a fixer-upper (our first home) in the neighborhood and Glenn and Jeff helped me find what I needed and provided advice more times than i can count. Highly recommended!

Its not Home Depot. But its close to home. You should be able to find most necessities if youre doing a DIY home project. The folks who work there are friendly and helpful. The parking lot is small and you need to be careful coming in and out of it because that intersection gets busy.

I came to Tritch because a first-prize award I had won years ago in communications had a broken part. One of the staff people spent about 10 minutes finding the right screw and hex nut to rebuild the award. On the register counter, he reattached the gold statue on the award and it came out looking brand new. The staff person was so very kind to help me with this and I will always appreciate his patience and experience.

We been using Tritch for years and have nothing but good things to say. Great inventory combined with friendly and very knowledgeable people makes this place a real treasure of the community

VERY ORGANIZED

Tritch Value Hardware is family owned since time began, has pretty much everything one may neeed for basic home repairs, maintenance and then some. Today I got some paint and primer to paint a small room and did not have to go far to big box store for anything. Everyone at Trich is very knowledgeable, very honest and can help novice home owners and even pros. Come check them out when you need some tools, supplies, paint, electrical, plumbing, decorative items, theres a long list of stuff they carry.

A neighborhood hardware store that actually has helpful people. Something you dont see too much of these days considering all big boys with staff that dont know their products. The store has been in business for about 70 years and is still a family business.

Nice store with big selection but the employee creeped me out. I came into buy some screws to hang a shelf. Im not very handy and was asking questions and told him the details of the project but the man was not helpful and was actually very off putting. Im a young woman and after vaguely answering my questions and not even recommending what he would use for the job, he hovered a foot away from me, staring while I browsed without saying a thing, even when I indicated I was going to just keep browsing.. I would have liked to look over the selection closer, but he was in the way of the rest and just standing there breathing (when I moved his direction to see the screws behind him he didnt even move so I could see) so after a few excruciating minutes I bought the ones closest to what I was looking for and got the heck out of there. I usually have a lot of leeway for stuff like this and would never call someone out on just being an awkward individual but trust me, it was very uncomfortable and I want to save the next girl from some large leering man when theyre just trying to learn a little about hardware.

They have some of the harder to find hardware items for older homes. The staff are always courteous and helpful. Great local hardware store.

A great hardware store for everything but bulky items. They have everything thats smaller than about 1 cubic foot. They know their stock. They are knowledgeable about tasks, friendly, helpful, and the prices are fair. Support them!

This is one of those little hole in the wall hardware stores that carry absolutely everything you need .... A real gem and not many exist like this anymore
