DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They charged my credit card right away and I am still waiting for my item almost two weeks later. I have tried to call them many times during “business hours” but no answer. Have left messages and no one returns my calls.UPDATE: I received a call from someone apologizing and saying he’d figure out where my order is. He said he would let me know the status and when it will ship, and to call him anytime. Well, he never called back with the status and when I call the number no answer and no response. Thought I was going to get this resolved but I guess not! Won’t ever shop here again.

Been almost a month since I placed my order online. Have had two employees tell me over the phone they’d make sure they’d get it sent out, but it didn’t happen and now they aren’t picking up at all. Hoping maybe leaving this review will help get this fixed before having to go through PayPal.UPDATE: Got ahold of someone today who is trying to make this right. Hoping they come through. Changed to 3 stars and will update again depending on the resultsUPDATE 2: They actually got it to me in time for the party. Hats off to them.

We ordered light up cowboy hats from here for a bachelorette party and they were PERFECT!! They were exactly what we were looking for and were half the price of ones on Etsy and other websites. We were nervous when we ordered them and i was wildly impressed when they arrived. 10/10 recommend!!

Worst customer service, I ordered a light up hat a week ago, I payed extra for 2 day shipping since i have an event this week and I’ve gotten no updated after 6 calls already. I’ve emailed them and heard nothing back. Don’t order from here.
