Absolutely amazing customer service. My girlfriend and I are very happy with the service... The waiting area is also comfortable and clean. We were offered drinks upon arrival... There is a lot of parking available.

Mitra cut and colored my hair for years beautifully. Since I moved to Florida over 2 years ago, Ive been to 7 different salons in the Orlando area and cannot get the color right. Will be calling her this week and finding a Fantasy Sams nearby to see if I can solve this problem. Miss you Mitra!!!

My boyfriend just got home from there with a buzz cut and the lady completely missed a whole line of hair. There was still a bunch of the already cut hair on his head like she didnt even wipe it with a towel or brush it off...nothing. If you are a guy looking for a good hair cut. Do not go to this place. Clearly this lady didnt know what she was doing. Next time I will just cut his hair, thanks, but no thanks lady.

Perfect old school haircut

I only gave them two stars because they are conveniently located near my home and reasonably priced. I went in there shortly after they opened said I needed a haircut and the first woman to help me was the older woman on the first right seat I don’t even know her name she never gave it. But she was really rude not only to me but also to other customers. She told me and other people what we wanted instead of asking us. She went as far as to tell us we were wrong. I asked for specific haircut and I didn’t get anything near it and now I have to pay another stylist to fix it. This was my second time at this location and I will probably return but I will never allow her to touch my hair again.

Horrible! I asked for a trim and she gave a shred that totally butchered my hair. She did not wet my hair before cutting it and gave me an uneven shred with gaps in the back, which is impossible to fix without taking out at least six more inches. She kept saying that my hair were damaged from coloring, while in reality it has never been colored. Youd think that a trained hair stylist should be able to tell. I dont know how the other stylists are like but this one deserves a -5. I dont typically review businesses and if I am not satisfied I just dont go back, but I am very upset by this disastrous experience.

I really enjoyed my cut, color and brushing at this place. The service is fast and professional. I feel great acter my cut or color and I get lots of complimant for my hair.

An absolute favorite of mine (and not just because of the name). I always enjoy going in to see Jenik (Jenny). Im pretty particular when it comes to my hair, and Jenik never fails to give me a great cut (and a few platinum bleach treatments every couple of years). Shes a great listener, great communicator, and an honest professional.

“Cookie,” the person who cut my hair, repeatedly questioned my judgement on cutting my hair short then gave me a very uneven cut that I had to clean up on my own later. She asked me (an adult woman) if I had permission to cut my hair. At the very least, it’s not her job to tell people what hairstyle they can have if they already know what they want.

Experiences here are completely dependent on who cuts your hair. When I first visited I called ahead 20 min before they closed. Jenny said she would wait for me and gave me a nice hair cut while staying open past closing. Subsequent visits I wasnt lucky enough to be helped by Jenny with rushed jobs with sloppy end results.

I went in asked if they did mens haircuts. She said yes. I asked to get a simple side and back trim to my side part hairstyle. Told her short sides tapered to the top. She just cut my sides short without tapering giving a rather unappealing result. Once I expressed my concern, she said, well people in this area dont normally ask for this hair style. I paid and left...completely in awe of her unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge of basic mens styles. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Good and fast cut and cheap. $19 for guy
