Probably the worst pharmacy.First the doctor has tried calling them, but they are very busy and keep putting us doctor office on hold or transferring  to the pharmacy voicemail, but the call never leads to a voicemail, but instead hangs up. Second its a 2 hours wait time when I came in to get medicine

I was trying to setup an appointment for flu and booster (70+) after seeing lots of openings for both online. But I can’t seem to arrange both shots of them online together after several tries. They seem to be mutually exclusive to each other so I decided to call to Santa Cruz Ave branch in Los Gatos. After a 30minutes long wait, (my guess, there must be a lot of people in store or wait on the phone) I was picked up by a rude pharmacist claiming that I was screaming at her whereas I felt she was doing it to me by raising her voice and kept cutting my sentences before I finish them. She has been Rude and unsupportive for sure! Then she throw me back to wait in line. Guess it is time to try other pharmacies…

I used to come to this walgreens for prescriptions because it used to be a 24 hour pharmacy. Before covid they cut their hours heavily. Always a long line to get prescriptions (at least 6-7 person wait) with one cashier. Maybe 2 if its a good day. The poor employees that work here, are not treated right and you can tell that they hate their jobs.

James, the manager gets 5 stars! After a death we had returns with receipts for things that we would never use. He was so efficient and courteous and while dealing with multiple people at once he completed our returns while communicating with everyone with a cheerful demeanor.After being their the night before with the very confrontational manager named Sela, I was not sure that I would ever come back. She only offered giving me cost on some items not full returns even though I had receipts. The returns she did deem ok by the Sela standard, not Walgreens return policy, she gave me store credit on a walgreens card and literally 2 pennies in change, which is an insult. I dont know what is going on in her life to make her act this way, I hope it gets better.When I tried to pay for something I was purchasing after the returns the clerk she was training would not take the 2 pennies back for part of the payment. Furthermore, the clerk called Sela for help because she was having a problem with the return. Rather than switching registers and letting the clerk ring up other customers, Sela chose to ring up other customers first and just leave me and the clerk standing there waiting. Every time a new customer came, she left us just to wait, I was there for 1/2 hour.James, please, train Sela on customer service help here realize how to be kind to people. I watched her additude trickle down to the clerk she was training. If I see Sela again, I will be kind to her and ask her if there is anything I can do to help her. James, thank you, for redeeming our go to pharmacy, we will come back.

Computers down yesterday. Computers or system down again today. Took 4 phone calls of 1 1/2 hours of my time to get a person in the pharmacy to actually pick up the phone to tell me to hold each time. Never spoke to a tech. nor pharmacist. Unable to pick up prescriptions for 2 days now and I cannot understand why they had 1 pharmacist working in the morning until 2pm then another comes in at 2pm. This is the most profitable and busiest pharmacy in town. Get a clue people!

I am not happy with the service I received from the pharmacists last Saturday. I had gone to urgent care, was diagnosed with a sinus infection, and needed antibiotics. They called it in at about 915 in the morning, and when I called the pharmacy at 9:30, the automated phone attendant said that the prescription wasnt ready, but that it would be after 11:15. I called back at 11:30, and this time the automated attendant said that they were working on it and to call back in an hour. I called back at 12:30, and got the same message... To call back in an hour. Finally, I called back Press the button for PHARMACY they would never answer the phone... I was on hold without them even coming on the line for 20 minutes and I hung up. I called back again, pressed another number, and asked for a manager... The lady at the front counter paged the manager five different times and they never came on the phone so she walked back to the pharmacy and asked them to pick up the phone. Then she transferred me. ThT was nice of her. The pharmacist that came on the line, had a language barrier and was hard to understand, and she was extremely unfriendly... She told me to hurry up and come now as theyre working on it and they go to lunch at 1:30. Im thinking to myself, dont they rotate for lunch? Anyway... I went there and there was absolutely nobody in line, and there were three pharmacists back there. I Purchased my medicine and left. This makes me not want to shop at Walgreens anymore besides the fact that Walgreens has raised their prices on everything... Walgreens used to be the inexpensive place to go to. Not anymore.

Have to grade a 1 Star! Caller beware. Hope youre in a good place if/when you have to call cuz its going to be unpleasant. Employees on the phone are rude and project no interest in helping. Good luck if you have to use this companies service. Avoid at all costs.

Way over priced. Went here to pick up some simple pink eye medicine and they want to charge double the cost of other stores. They charge $12.99 while Target, Walmart, Amazon etc charge ~$6.99. This is also the case for many of their other products. Sad. Out of principal, Id rather drive a couple miles down the road. Will stop going here.

It took over half an hour to pick up one prescription, they are understaffed and incredibly slow. Last time it took more than 15 minutes to purchase groceries even though we were first in line.

This is a super clean Walgreens with a good selection of items (including food and wine). But to be honest, it is a bit hit or miss with the staff. They seem to be either super positive and helpful or a bit surly and seemingly annoyed you are there. Parking can also be a bit of a challenge here.Overall, a good shopping experience if you happen to get one of the positive staff members.

Service is awful. I understand being busy but please don’t take it out on the customer base = they are short with people and sometimes rude. CO-Pay pricing is one of the highest around(rite aid and CVS are also high in CO-pays. Thought CO-pays were the same everywhere - not the case). I asked they match the CO-pay pricing and was denied the request. We will never use Walgreens again. Go to Wellness or Pharmaca in LG or your nearest Costco...same Prescriptions, same brand with a co-pay often more than half off.

After multiple visits to a location not near me, as the requested print service was not available at my local store (and multiple visits due to employees not being familiar with the printing process and not having stock available), in addition to multiple phone calls (due to online order confirmation being incorrect and employees not having the order available when requested) when I finally picked up my order (which took 10 minutes to find), it was printed incorrectly -twice-. Instead of continuing to request to have my order done correctly, I took what was available and left as I was time constrained due to Walgreens not having my order available when promised. I will not be using their services again.Additionally, all of the older staff at this location is either uncomfortably gruff or outright rude. Better training and / or hiring practices should be implemented, or Walgreens will lose further customers out of fear and discomfort.

This Walgreens just implemented a pre-pay on your phone and skip the line service, like many other places are doing (ex: Starbucks). The main problem with this is that they only have 1 window open so when theres a line of people, you can just walk to the front and get your meds. I wouldnt have a problem with this IF they had a separate window for the pre-pay pickup. (Similarly to how Starbucks has a separate pick up area). But today, I watched a women walk to the front to get her meds when there were 5 elderly folks waiting in line (who likely wouldnt have been able to figure out how to pay via a text message....) and one of them expressed how she was recovering from back surgery due to her cancer and waiting in line was extremely painful as is, so the more people who skipped ahead of her, increased that pain. And let me tell you, this Walgreens pharmacy could not care less about those people. Im taking my business to Pharmica in LG. Not sure how they would be ok watching a woman suffer standing in line and let a ton of people jump in front. I could have even listened to this woman ache, paid on my phone and just walked up to skip her (which I definitely did not do). I suggested just opening a different pickup window but they said there weren’t enough staff - so wait until you can hire more to deal with your current backed up lines before trying something you don’t have the staff to run properly.

The good: it is 24 hrs and a convenient location.The bad: have had some rude employees, the pharmacy line is always long and they are awful at estimating wait times.Overall: have had very few good and plenty bad experiences. The CVS on the other side of the highway is much better.

Night staff utterly ignores the phone.Im physically disabled.I have just earlier tonight, May 4th, tried calling for an HOUR STRAIGHT from home, only to have to drive there in-person to pick up what I needed to find out it was out of stock. I was so frustrated that I quietly bought a drink from one of the two staff members available and proceeded to step outside to use my phone......to call this Walgreens. I stood there by my car, watching the staff members ignore the phone call over and over again while they went between doing their night tasks and eventually, sitting around waiting for customers..... while still ignoing the phone.At least the day staff will answer the phone EVENTUALLY, night staff often ignores it altogether!I tried again later at 4am and it sounded like, perhaps, the manager picked up. I couldnt tell who it was, a male voice.

Absolutely avoid the pharmacy ! The staff wasted 45 minutes and still gave me the wrong prescription all while Im in serious pain, not to mention they didnt bill my insurance appropriately. Not to generalize, but maybe the night shift staff is less qualified !

We went there, after getting out of the nearby emergency, late at night to fill prescription from the ER doctor. The stores staff was friendly, however the pharmacist was rude & made it clear she did not want to be there (or maybe didnt want us there). We were really disappointed with the lack of professionalism, customer service and will absolutely go out of way NOT to go back there every again. I am surprised no one from Walgreens hasnt addressed this problem, since it seems clear our experience is not an isolated incident. This pharmacist does not represent Walgreens well at all!

Careless Technician and Abysmal Followup (truly absent). We went to this pharmacy on the 17th after a late night trip to the ER. The tech took my husband insurance card for standard verification but my husband had to come to the car to collect our childs card from me to complete the process. He returns inside, only to be told that the tech that just served him had gone for the day! NO one had his card! They searched and searched. My husband was promised a phonecall the next day- we are still waiting :(We called the insurance when we got home because how does that happen???, tech ends shift and does not leave insurance card with hospital documents! Incredible...We will certainly drive miles elsewhere than return to this pharmacy again in future.

Been my go to for standard things at a Walmart or CVS. The lines can be long for the pharmacy, so if you dont mind the extra 8-10 minute drive, switch to the Walgreens of blossom Hill for primary pharmacy/prescriptions
