Very nice, well stocked store. Was also nice to see the same people working there after being home for so long.I took a star off because its so expensive, but gave it back for the easy parking.

I gave never been talked to with so much disrespect in my life. The cashier acted like it was offensive for me to even be in the store when I did literally nothing at all. Maybe she was having a bad day but it was really weird.

Very helpful phone customer service from pharmacy. Much better than Walgreens on Santa Cruz Ave.

Open 11am, but no pharmacist is there so tech says sorry, cant give you the meds that are here for you until pharmacist returns.When will that be I asked? Likely in next hour or so tech answers, so you can wait or just come back when a pharmacist is here (completely unconcerned about inconvenience and how crazy that sounded or the fact I traveled to get my meds and my daughters who is in wheelchair since birth.)This is SECOND TIME I have gone to pick up meds, no pharmacist there. No other Rite Aid pharmacy is this unpredictable for service or having an actual pharmacist on-site.Dangerous medicine! Beware!!I now travel 6 extra miles to another Rite Aid, never a problem there.So frustrating as this unreliable Rite Aid Los Gatos is closest to where we live.

Well, this place is ok. Its funny I took off my backpack to place something inside, one of the staff thinks I was stealing. She come up to me closer. What a shady act? I guess I look homeless with my diamond bracelet and Coach Backpack and leather boots.
