Parts department is really bad. No one answer and not very hopeful.Tried to return a part I never picked up they said no
So I have called 13 times now trying to get ahold of the service department and no one ever calls back even with the promises of being called back.. to pay this much money for a car and having a unique car you’d think that you’d hear something back.. I don’t like super close to the dealership so I’m trying to get a appointment to get my car serviced and they literally don’t care.. it’s always a excuse he’s on the phone or he stepped out or let me take a message.. great car piss poor service.UPDATE— Shop is really busy I talked to a guy today and he was very pleasant and very helpful.. set me up with a loaner car so we’re not out of a vehicle and thus far very pleased. Returning calls needs to be better but who knows how many calls he’s getting.

The dealer is friendly, informative, and made the visit fun. There was never any pressure. There really didnt need to be, the car speaks for itself.
