This was our first experience dealing with Jaguar Louisville. Was a very pleasant experience and the process went smoothly. Dylan was our Salesperson and took on the challenge of handling our requests and needs and handled appropriately. Would suggest to give them a visit if your looking for a Brand they carry.

Havent even been able to take my car there. They never pick up their phone. Called over 100 times on different days such horrible service compared to the locations in other cities and states. Guess Ill just find a good local imports mechanic for my car servicing.

In full transparency I havent bought a vehicle there, but my shopping experience has been terrible...thats what this review is based on.First, as at least one other reviewer has stated, its extremely difficult to get through to a live person, and this is when Im actually shopping for a vehicle. Across multiple calls, I got: disconnected after no one answered the phone; transferred to someone only to have the call drop; and bounced to voice mail. It took me 6 calls to get through to a live sales person.Second, they have a vehicle listed for sale as of TODAY (actually its been listed for much longer but its still showing as for sale as of this writing), but it turns out that vehicle ISNT ACTUALLY FOR SALE. When I asked for an explanation, they said that its a service loaner and wont be available to purchase for at least a couple of more months, but they list it because it WILL BE FOR SALE at a future date.Talk about shady practices! I understand that dealers are hurting for inventory and thus customers, but to falsely list a vehicle for sale just to get people coming in is an underhanded business practice in my book.This experience has made me not want to ever do business with this place, even if/when they do have a vehicle I want and can ACTUALLY buy.

My name is Lucretia Davis, my husband Reginald and I visited Jaguar on Nov 1, 2018, and we purchased a F pace S, I want to say that the manger Tyler and the salesman Bryce are literally The Best ! They made our experience very enjoyable, from the time we entered the establishment they treated us with so much respect and kindness, these guys went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy customers ! I have never met two nicer guys, they are truly assets to Jaguar ! these guys never made us feel rushed, they answered every question, Bryce explained every detail of the vehicles options to us, he even downloaded the jaguar app to my phone and linked my phone to the vehicle. If Tyler and Bryce are the examples of all of Jaguar employees, then I can assure you that my husband and I will forever be jaguar customers ! We purchased a great vehicle and the service was top notch ! Tyler and Bryce I will recommend you guys to any and everyone, you guys get a 10/10 rating from us ! excellence at its finest !

I have purchased 3 Jaguars from Jaguar of Louisville. I am very disappointed with our last Jaguar purchase. I have received horrible service department support. I have requested on numerous occasions to meet with the owner. I have escalated my concerns higher with Jaguar franchise. What is going on with service and respect for life long customers. The service has been unbearable. I am expecting an answer please. How do I get a Resolution that is respectful? This is not the experience or treatment I am us to from the team. I am embarrassed to recommend people. I am willing please lets fix this. I am very hurt!

I just wanted to give an heads up to prospective buyers about the prices at this dealership. I guess its monopoly, the difference in prices here vs in Chicago seem to be around $5000. The demo vehicles here are seem to be priced more than new ones there. For those who would mind a trip to Chicago can save thousands on the car unless they can do a price match here.

Purchased a 2016 XJL and the Sales folks were phenomenal. I actually worked with the Owner of the dealership and the store Manager - the service was fantastic. Subsequently, I have been in touch with the service manager to figure out how to get my car connected to WIFI with AT&T and she was very nice to work with too. Looking forward to the long relationship with the dealership!

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Monica Tate at Jaguar Louisville. She was very responsive and easy to work with. I never felt pressured but more like car shopping with a very knowledgeable friend.Even when I changed my mind and decided on an Audi, she was more than happy to continue to help me as it is their sister dealership. I really appreciate all her help and guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a top-shelf car or SUV. By the way, all you need to is drive a Jag F-Pace and youll never look at SUVs the same way again.

So far my experience with the service area has been horrible. Each time I show up at my scheduled time, I am sent away or learn of some detail that either prevents the service from being performed or complicates the matter. Today was a great example - storm damage to care, schedule appointment, get email confirmation, make arrangements for someone to go with me and provide transportation, show up 10 minutes early and surprise - they actually cant do the work and meant to call me. So now I wasted my time, my friends time, and have to start from scratch. This is typical of what Ive had happen. And they make it clear they really arent concerned with the inconvenience theyve caused. My wife deals with Taffel and NEVER has the problems Ive had.

I have been taking my car here for service for about 2 years and have always had a great experience. They always treated me well and more importantly took good care of the car. I used to live in Columbus, IN which is an hour and a half drive from the dealership. So some times I would reach the dealership after their service department was closed and they would still make sure I was taken care of, set me up with a loaner car and the whole nine yards. They are upfront and honest about the work needed on the car, give the best advice for your situation and needless to say, do a good job on the car.It helps that they dont charge for the loaner car and do not put crazy restrictions on miles you can drive on the loaner car. I live in Indianapolis now and I still prefer to take my car to these guys rather than the Indianapolis dealership; because the folks at Jaguar Louisville always take good care of you and your car.

If you desire nonexistent customer service, this dealership is for you! We test drove a Jaguar F pace S with a salesman named Jim. Perhaps during the entire test drive the salesman said all of five words. He could not be bothered to tell us anything about the car and acted as if we were a nuisance rather than a potential buyer. We reached out to him by email roughly one day later, yet he could not be bothered to email use back. Therefore, we reached out to another salesman who failed to reply to our email. We later reached out to the sales manager who also to this day has never replied. It appears that this dealership has zero desire to actually make a sale. We ended up having an F pace from the Louisville lot sent to the Cincinnati lot where we purchased it. If you desire to purchase a jaguar I highly recommend making the drive to Cincinnati as everyone there was more than willing to work with us. Avoid the annoyance and lack of customer service at the Louisville dealership and save yourself the frustration.

Our family has purchased and/or leased several jaguars over the last 4 decades. Unfortunately, the customer service at this dealer has fallen to an all-time low. Ive never been treated so rudely. I have had numerous issues with the computer system in my new Jaguar and each time they are unhelpful. When you walk into the dealership, there is no one to help you. When I finally find a service technician, they are rude and have ridiculous wait times. Telling me they cant service my car for two weeks is unacceptable. Especially as the car is only a year old. The technician went on about how they handle a million customers, well if they cant handle their load, they should hire more staff and train them better. Customer service should at a MINIMUM include common courtesy, something this dealership knows nothing about.

Made an appointment - when I got to the shop, there was no appointment in the computer. Not a good first indication I told the man. Told the man I was here for an oil change and wanted to put my car on the computer to see if anything showed up even though the car was showing no problems. Was not sure if AC needed freon or had a leak; seemed to run fine, but then maybe not as cool after awhile. Man entered my info in the computer; asked me if I wanted to do the 35,000 mile full workup. I said no, I was here for what I asked for only. Then he went through some speel about the AC. I said I was here for the oil change and computer hookup to detect any problems if they showed up. Then I got up and left, saying he was not being helpful at all. They just want to gouge you and make you spend a bunch of money unnecessarily so they can fatten their pockets.
