The unsubscribe option never works, and when you say you dont need their services, they just dont understand. Take Brad Harpring for instance, he keeps emailing asking why... its simple, because I said so. Must be hard for them to find people who do want their services if they have to be so annoying to those who dont.
If I could give 0 stars I would, I bought a load of cars and asked how long it would take to get them, Nick told me a week ( lie#1) he told me after a week they were loaded and on the way, ( lie #2) finally called me this morning to tell me they were delivered and he was just confirming (lie # 3) he then texted me that they still hadnt been picked up and it was out of his hands and gave me the trucking companys number. I cant emphasize enough how much I recommend you buy from another company, unless you just enjoy being lied to and strung along, then they are all yours !
Will not remove from lists. If they cant figure out a simple opt out I would never trust them with a vehicle.
Jacob Fleitz is a very rude person. Like many others who have made reviews, i too will not be taken off there list. I can totally understand a business trying to make money, we all work for a living. However when i ask 10-15 times. Email, phone call etc. to be taken off your list I obviously am not in need of your services.
Despite several requests via email and telephone to remove us from their list, they still refuse to honor that request. These locate services are basically parasites trying to make a buck by shopping Dealers inventories around for a middleman cut. A Dealer can easily do this without paying these services I would never recommend a company that does not honor a simple opt out of contact request. Makes them no better than your basic annoying Telemarketer. If they still fail to remove me from their list they will certainly be receiving more review feedback as well
Jacob Fleitz has zero respect and consideration for anyone. I have contacted the company multiple times to be taken off the mailing list and they continue to send me multiple emails daily!! I have reported them to the BBB and no one should ever do business with them!!
1 star is too many. I run a BG Cad group and I will never do business with these guys again. They need the money IMMEDIATELY and then it takes them 3+ weeks to deliver the cars. Additionally, you can only get them on the phone prior to sending checks.
Ive been in the car business for over 30 years, and this group takes the cake. Josh burned me on two Camaros five or six years ago. Ive been asking them to stop contacting ever since, to no avail. Never had a Manager reach out to see what the problem was. Just made another request to have them stop contacting, and received a rude email from some know it all telling me how I was the one who was wrong. I use several GOOD locate companies, but Ill never use Dealer trade network. If they cant understand a simple request to be removed from their contact list, how could anyone trust them to do business with? Bunch of awful people.
I have received numerous emails from this locator service and have asked numerous times to be removed from their email list. I actually blocked their email addresses so they are now using a service that bypasses the block. I emailed back today asking to be removed from the list and their regional sales director, Paul lynch, instead of removing my email proceeds to send me more emails.
Delivered damaged vehicles and cant get a phone call back from management. Very responsive up until you have a problem.
Excellent company and staff. If you are a dealer that needs help locating or moving excess inventory this is who you should call, ask for Robin.
I contacted Jacob Fleitz over 50 times to remove me from the mailing list and he will not remove me. This company has a total disregard for customer complaints and privacy policy.
