I went in Barnes & Noble today just because I have not been in a very long time because of Covid.I loved how organized and clean the store was. They have a very large section of magazines to choose from. Everything is labeled and easy to find whatever you are looking for. I like the benches being there, so I can sit down while I look through the book or magazines that I may purchase. The Starbucks being in there was definitely a perfect choice!!I will be back soon! ❤

Big coffee shop to hangout in in the back and B&N always has awesome games and books.My wife and I played a detective game while waiting for our car to get serviced nearby and had an awesome afternoon here.

It seemed to me they were stocking a few less books. But I really enjoyed browsing the aisles. Neat. Clean. Comfortable.

The setup is beyond perfect. Just a calm shopping environment. Enjoyable easy to find reading categories plus you cant shop for that favorite boom without stepping into the Starbucks Cafe first.

A little out of the way for me due to lack of bookstores in the Louisville area but was definitely worth the trip. Friendly staff, never crowded, and theres a cafe in the middle of the store. Perfect place to go to grab a coffee and browse books, movies, music, etc. Great selections and easy to navigate sections. Will definitely be back.

Hubby wanted a tea but they were out, asked for a lemonade and try that pink bottled one that had no taste at all. I asked for some plain water and they only sell the bottled ones (I see the sink and the ice machine, you just lazy)! Plus my hubby got an apple tart that made him sick in less than 20 minutes.And overall the price of books and stuff are outrageously expensive.

A couple of months ago I started collecting the Barnes & Noble Collectible Editions (great looking books!), and this is the location from where Ive purchased a large number of them. No matter the time of day or how busy they are, every single member of the staff here has always been extremely helpful and genuinely friendly! Extra special thanks to Rory, who went well above and beyond in helping track down some specific titles from across the country!

Its the usual barnes and noble but not a bad place to find some good book deals, a knick knack for your kiddo and something fun for your spouse. The magazine area is lacking some stuff I think- its also in a bit of a tight spot in a corner. The starbucks takes the best spot in the whole store which makes no sense to me for it being a bookstore however they had decent amount of clientele themselves.

This place is beautiful. And has a Starbucks cafe! Clean, friendly, well stocked with books. Id youre a book lover, you could spend all afternoon in here. And the kids section is one of the best Ive seen.

Went in to see about a magazine they have carried for years...KMT and Egyptian magazine of archeology. The lady looked it up and told me they no longer carry it....no reason given. She was very nice and said she was sorry but nothing she could do

My husband and I entered the store wearing masks and ordered food at the Cafe. We were the only ones in the entire cafe and we sat down at the table to enjoy our drink and food. We took our mask off to eat and drink.I kid you not. The manager just came across the store to our table and told me that unless Im taking a sip of my drink that I had to put my mask on. I thanked him for reminding me and then had him verify what he was saying.So, then, you are saying that I need to put my mask back on between EACH SIP????YES.......put your mask on between each sip.Were the ONLY ONES IN THE ENTIRE CAFE!!!!!Im laughing out loud! Its soooo ridiculous its hilarious!!!!!

I was sad that they removed places to sit. It was difficult to review a selection. I had to take it to the indoor Starbucks, and of course felt obligated to buy a cup of tea.

Books. Books and more books, what not to love about it

This is my favorite of the two Barnes and Nobles in Louisville. Its easy to get to, and theres always parking. Staff is very friendly and store is clean and well laid-out. They also have some very comfy cushioned chairs to read in, rather than the wooden chairs you usually find, if anything.Another great thing is they have board games here! You can play games with your friends and family in the cafe area for no cost, and last I was there, they had all the pieces.My kids, 5 &4, know they can always convince me to go here after school and play and check out the new toys and books. They have a ramp inside to the cafe, perfect for strollers, wheelchairs, scooters, or walkers etc. Again, the seating is spacious and can fit pretty much any party.

I love Barnes and Noble I go there mostly for their graphic novels and plush toys like I dont know if there is a heaven but it probably would feel like Barnes & Noble.

I really like their huge collections of books for kids and adults. My little sister and I can always have our sister-date in here.

Books stores is not what they used to be. I guess this is ok now but they went away with the craft section so that was a big no no for me

This is like no other Barnes and Nobles Ive ever been in! Its huge ceilings are beautifully designed with arches and it has a HUGE variety of things from science fiction to non and a kid sections full of beautiful colors! Along with a vintage music store and a cafe! My absolute favorite section was the gameboard section full of epic dice and playing cards!

There is a big selection of books and if they dont have it, theyll order it. Theres also a nice toy section for kids and theres a lot of little trinkets that make perfect gifts for readers and non-readers alike. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Plus, you can always find a good book or two in the clearance section at Rock bottom prices

Been going here for decades. It used to be a regular Sunday hangout for my kids and I. Good selection of books, magazines, video and music. Of course the food and beverages sold, along with a comfortable place to browse through that next possible purchase. Very friendly and helpful staff. Glad there are still places around, like this.

When you cant buy $400 with of items because you dont have a mask thank you for making me get it on Amazon it was cheaper.

Theres a horrible reverb in the sound system like youre being tortured. There were loud kids in here at one point no one did anything about. The place was dusty. The windows were filthy. The garbage was overflowing. Totally not relaxing in any way. The few staff encounters seemed pleasant but without any notice to take charge to clean or correct an issue.

One of my very favorite bookstores. Always has a wide selection of titles and I can always find what Im looking for.

For as large as the store is, they are missing a lot of things. I know overall, they cant carry everything, but I do expect that if you have part 1, 3, 4 and 5 of a series, that they should have the second book. They didnt and dont know if or when its coming. Again, understandable, but this happened with 3 different sets of books we were looking to purchase.
