Careful. Place for children and teens. The coffee shop is a great addition to the store. Right now for Halloween they have Hary Poter themed drinks.

Very poor, unorganized personal growth/psychology section. The staff at the information counter did not seem to want to help at all, & the guy at the checkout counter was more interested in pushing other things to buy/sign up for than actually helping you. And when I didnt take him up on his offers, he rolled his eyes at me & his tone completely changed. Ill just keep going to Carmichaels.

The website kicked me out after two book title searches, displaying the error message 429: Too Many Requests. You have sent too many requests in a given amount of time. Maybe its just me, but that seems like the exact point of a shopping website.

I enjoy going to a Real bookstore! Quiet, have a coffee shop. Someone is usually available for assistance & always helpful. Clean. Well labeled sections. Available parking. Assorted gift options. Membership is avail & nice discounts offered. I sometimes go just to browse, get the book & coffee smell fix!

Staff are helpful and have great attitudes towards their work. Store is always nice and organized, with all the newest volumes of series. Their clearance sections arent too bad either!

Very clean and very well organized. There is huge mixes of every genre of book as to be expected along with plenty of additional items ranging from D&D to Funko Pops all the way to anime/manga to instructional booms. Would highly like to return to this establishment.

I still enjoy the hands on experience of buying a book. If you like reading 📚 you know how much enjoyment comes from walking around and checking out the old and new. Great place to spend some time alone or with your kids. My son and I spent a lot of time at books a million when he was growing up.

Its a bookstore and just like puppies, whats not to love? They do have an edge over other bookstores in that I have always been able to find someone to assist me if needed. All sections are clearly marked, merchandise is displayed in a way that is easy to get to and peruse and if by chance they dont have YOUR book, they will help you try to find and order it. They also consistently have a quirky selection of hobby related items that change periodically like D&D dice, tarot cards and crystals ect. All my visits have been positive and I usually grab a cup of coffee and a pastry from their Café when I head home:)

If you enjoy reading books then this is definitely the place for you. They have such a wide variety of books in any type of category you could want. Thats not all they offer though, they have a wide variety of collectables, games, comics and they have a coffee/gift shop. I fell in love with the place immediately and I didnt want to leave. With out a doubt I will be returning.

I love this place. Staff is always helpful and they have used books so if youre there for a book thats too expensive they may have a used one in store.

Nice and organized. Their clearance sections are a little confusing, most were not clearance priced. And of course my daughter always seems to find some little trinket toy when Im there trying to find a book.

Lots of amazing books I easily spent almost $200 when I just went!

On Friday 10/2/20, I visited this location and checked out at about12:49 pm. A female staff member with brown hair and slight blonde highlights near her ears rang up my items (she was wearing an apron and working at the coffee shop).She asked if I had a membership with Books-A-Million, I told her no and also that I was not interested. She proceeded to explain the benefits of membership despite my giving her reason to not do so and did not ask her to. I told her no thank you.She then responded by saying to me in a shocked tone, Its free, ... At this point, I was tired of repeating myself. I raised my voice slightly, looked at her in the eyes, and said, Maam, Im telling you no. She placed my items in bags and I left the store.I purchased about $300 in books that day as a gift for a friend. I thought about asking he to cancel the transaction or return my purchase because of how frustrated I was with her not listening to me or acknowledge that I told her no, twice. I decided against it and left.I will never return to this location again. I understand this employee was likely acting as instructed by her employer. What I will say to the leadership is if you want people to continue shopping at the store and losing money where we could likely get better deals through Amazon, you need to reconsider this. You lost permanent business because of it. Thats all I have to say.

I could literally get lost in that store for years and be content and happy with all the books to read and learn along with keeping up with the world and knowing the history of our great country, all the way down to coloring in the graphic coloring books or learning how to draw with the how to books for dummies(lol)...I love love LOVE THIS PLACE...if you have not been I suggest you give it a visit you would be missing out on one incredible book store ever!!!!!!

My husbands favorite bookstore! B-A-M carries more of the magazines he likes. I like the variety of gift card shapes/designs carried here. My husband loves the T-Rex dinosaur and I found a T-Rex gift card at B-A-M that was perfect for him!

Smells ... Bad ones, smelled like mold and grease I honestly think that books are way overpriced based on the used ones costing 3 to 6 dollars and new ones costing 5 to 7 times that.

I ordered a loaded bake potato with extra sour cream. When I went to eat it. It wasnt what I ordered, It was a bacon cheese potato. I was so disappointed cause I was craving that potato .

Went in looking for something, asked 3 employees who were having a conversation about Netflix for help, one person walked to where I had already looked and said I dont see it, another employee said youre out of luck and the third employee hopped on the computer, so I thought he was looking it up, then commented to his friends that they were right about the actor in the movie they were talking about, so was not looking into anything for me. I will not be back to this store and will tell everyone my experience so they dont have to deal with that type of service either.

So very friendly and helpful.The used book selection is great and for any titles that they may not have a used copy of available, the new book prices are extremely competitive. Membership pays for itself within one or two shopping trips. Well worth the yo front minimal cost.Great experience and will continue to return to this location.

I love the wide variety of items they carry here. Lots of fun stuff to browse. Great place to find gifts, stocking stuffers etc. as well.

Good bookstore, good prices and deals. Took off one star because the layout was not intuitive, all registers were closed and no signs were up saying you were supposed to checkout at the coffee shop, which looks like a completely different shop. Almost didnt buy anything bc I couldnt figure out where to checkout. Assuming this is a Covid-19 layout, might go back to normal.
