The associate who assisted me was great she was friendly and had great conversation

Cute gear and good clearance deals if youre willing to hunt them down.Was pretty annoyed though when my headphones broke and I stopped by the store to get new ones, the overwhelming majority of headphones on sale are actually online only which was frustrating.One major complaint is that there are no shopping carts/baskets available so you will have to lug your books and other items in your arms around the store.Ive also walked into the store to buy a textbook that just came back in stock or whatever, and they literally had the textbook section roped off and closed. Yikes.

Every semester when I return my rentals they attempt to refuse at least one book. These are used rentals, many times when parts highlighted, pages written in etc. I am an older returning student who respects books and treats each one as if it were my own. These people are rental terrorists! This has happened 3 out of the 4 times I have rented and I will never do it again.

I had to order my textbooks for classes and they held onto a book for over a week and continued to claim they never got it, until they finally gave it to me, after my class was done using it. And even better I cant eve get a refund :)

Love UofL. Visited the book shop to buy some Cardinal gear. Prices are outrageous. Was able to find a couple reasonably priced t-shirts in the bargain bin.

Prices are ridiculous! Must not be aware of the student income ratios.

If I could rate this 0 zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible service. I ordered my books over a week ago and they still dont have them ready. The part that bothered me was that both the books I had been waiting for were on the shelves in the store but I was told they were out of stock. Very rude and unprofessional and highly unorganized...even if they have the better price on a book (which is very rare) dont waste your time....just rent or buy for Amazon, Chegg, or more reliable source.

My husband went to school here 35 years for his masters in social work. He wanted to check it out.Nice school

Hard to find the Wendys thats location is 2100 S Floyd St. The Wendys is located inside the activities center .

Forget the employee zero interest loan for electronic purchases forcing you to buy through the store. The University has taken away the real benefit of this program, forcing you to pay more for less.Store staff. . . .Zero assistance, zero knowlege, manager not in for a couple of days.Unknown wait anyway since they have to order from the internet.Driving to the microsoft store in Lexington Mall, borrowing the cash from a relative, nice drive, will even enjoy a meal while Im there.Good value? Absolutely!!! Will probably spend less in blood pressue pills.Lexington. 1 Louisville 0

Horrible service. They do not care if you buy anything or not. I hate that I have to buy a computer from them as an employee. They offered no assistance whatsoever, the person that did finally assist me, became excited when she realized that I had to come back on another day when the manager was there! To be fair, I will review the situation when I return and rate that experience individually.

Took 4 weeks to get one of my text books. I understand shipping times but I could have gotten the book off Amazon in 2 days.

Angry...everytime I come here theyre closed. Says open on the website then you get here and it closed... need to pick something for my niece and paid for parking then come to find out the power is out in the building...ugh...however there is no one in the student center to tell you when theyll reopen or how to help you...I hate this place.

Absolutely terrible. Do NOT get books from this store. They didnt give us a receipt for our books and now they refuse to take back their own book we picked up from them 2 days ago. Absolutely awful service. And now were out 100 and as a college student. Thats not money we can just throw away.

This bookstore is the worst. They kept hanging up on me each time I called without even answering once. Ive been waiting 4 days for a book with no emails besides when I ordered it and had to call to cancel the order since I couldnt even see my order on my account. Yet I had a pending charge on my card.

Good people, but like every other bookstore, waaaaaaaaaay overpriced for anything.
