LOVE LOVE LOVE my new boots! Being from out of state it was nice to find a store that had what I wanted. Only gave four stars cause the selection for women wasnt the largest but definitely quality products at great prices. My husband whos 68 was even able to find some insulated jeans for work,which is very hard to find in 36 length!

You cannot beat the level of service you get from Grizzly Creek, a locally owned business. When I first had to get work boots for my job two years ago, the options were Red Wing, National Workwear, and Grizzly Creek. I tried the other two first, and neither seemed all that interested in answering my questions or helping me find the right boot for me. The owner and staff at Grizzly Creek went way beyond the extra mile and made sure that I was 100% happy with my selection. They have a level of knowledge that cannot be touched by their competitors, and even though it took me a good hour or so to try on various boots and make my decision, they were always very gracious and never made me feel rushed. So when it came time to replace my boots this year, I went directly to Grizzly Creek, and received the same level of superb service. This is a locally owned business that absolutely deserves to be successful, so please give them your business.

Bought a good pair of workboots

Bought a pair of Thorogood boots. After wearing the boots twice it was apparent One of the boots has an issue with the way it fits. I returned to the store and was Immediately told that “we dont accept returns on worn boots”Didn’t walk in to necessarily return them but OK...No other solution was offered as she was completely hands off at that point.$200 Boat Anchors basically.I will contact the manufacturer and go from there.

Will never go again! Ill go out of may way to not buy from here. I asked about a certain type of boot (waterproof, steel toe, and wide) I was shown what they have available. Tried one on and it was tight as youd expect. I was told by the sales person that theyd break in. Which I expect to but... these boots squeeze my feet so bad that after a day I just cant do it. Was going to return but guess what... no returns! I wasnt even made aware of this before I paid over $160 for these boots. Terrible experience! As I said, I will never buy from here... Ever! Beware if you do and be damn sure thats what you want before shelling out any money to them.Thanks for your response Mr. Manager. And yes I did see on the receipt that Grizzly Creek has no refunds. No I didnt call and try to talk to your store. I didnt want to argue with your store. Id rather just not mess with all that mess and learn from that mistake. You are right that Timberland does have a refund comfort guarantee but what no one mentions is that it takes 6-8 weeks to receive the refund. Thanks again Mr. Manager. Good luck. I wont be coming back!

Only place open late on a Sunday. They had a great selection of metatarsal boots and the customer service had me out the door in 10 minutes. Awesome store check it out. Will return.

The first thing that stands out about this place is the exceptional service. All the employees are extremely friendly and do what they can to help you find the right boot for you. Speaking of which, they have the widest variety of boots out of anyone in the area. I got a pair of 8in thorogood boots and they are some of the best quality that I have seen, right up there with Redwing. I would not recommend you go anywhere else. They have high quality service and high quality products at a reasonable price.

I havent had the work boots 4 nos and the soles are coming off . I would of thought a $120. Pair of work boots would of ladted longer vety very disappointed. Will not buy another pair

I cant believe the poor customer service. I ordered a pair of boots and they said they would be there the following week ends up being 4 months later. Then I bring them back because the soles on the boots are falling apart and Mr. Clean says thats normal wear and tear and they are less than 3 months old. I will not come back nor will I ever recommend this sh+thole
