Excellent selection and almost every size you can think of. Prices are average. I didnt see any great deals but not bad.

It was more organized than most other shoe carnivals Ive been to. The employees were very helpful, I was in and out quickly. Thanks for a stress free visit 😊

I went to view a pair of sandals that looked nice on line. So glad l went to a brick and mortar location. The sandals were not at all what l expected. Saw my text pair or fun tennies though. Yes l know thats not how to spell it. Sock a little low. But always nice to get a real take on a product.

The staff say Hello but does ask if you need help finding anything. They are nice but not much helpful.

Service was wonderful here. I found a pair of shoes I had a question about and they helped me out. When we went to checkout, we were worried our coupons and the deals not giving us the best value, and the cashier showed us how everything broke down. Would highly recommend.

Place was quiet and not crowded. I was able to walk in and calmly hunt for a perfect pair of shoes without pressure to hurry from anyone. This is my third pair from this place and Im looking forward to buying my fourth.

Super friendly staff, I went in to get my granddaughter dress shoes for Christmas, I was sure what size so they held another pair for me. The manager was as nice as anyone could be, she went out of her way to make sure that I got what I needed. Definitely a five star experience 👍

It seems like I am always in Shoe Carnival looking for birthday or Christmas presents for family members. Not only am I able to find gifts needed, but they have been great when a gift needs to be exchanged on those occasions when somebody has had a growth spurt and with several grandchildren that does happen.

I hate shopping for shoes, but they had what I was looking for in my size and at a good price. The young lady at the checkout was very nice.Im happy with the deal and my new Vans.

Love the shoes and the prices in general but when I came to buy in the store they wouldn’t accept the online coupon and told I can order online and pick in store, so I suggest I’ll buy it online in front of them and pick it up cos it was the last pair in my size, store manager said no problem but it will take a few hours till I can come to pick the shoes ?!!! Why make things complicated when I’m already there.Didn’t like the attitude and the fact she didn’t care to send me around and waist hours of my day by driving back.

They need to have shoes of all sizes men and women especially wide shoes for women they are very hard to find those.

I was incredibly disappointed in the customer service at this store today. The cashier overcharged me and when I was inquiring about the charge he blew me off. After the transaction was complete I went back to double check the shoe price. I went back up front, told him he charged me wrong, and his reply was bring me the sign. I did so, to which he responded Youre right, but Ill have to rerun the whole transaction if youre that worried about $4. I was not that worried about $4, but I would expect better customer service than what I was given.

Like to go again when I have time, but the employees are friendly and helpful, nice large selection.

After being used to buying the cheapest shoes I could find I finally listened to my neighbor and they took me to Shoe Carnival. The shoes I was talked into buying were a lot more expensive than Im used to paying but I got them and a pair of boots. Over $120 later and Im glad I bought them.

I went to the one on spinghurst in louisville ky, at around 6:05 pm, trying to buy a pair of shoes the one guy in the store was not helpful, he threw the pair of shoes I wanted to buy towards my direction & walked away from me, I end up helping my self to the cash register & told the black girl who was working with him my bad experience next time I will go to another location,
