Bought a 2010 Scion XD, got if for a decent price. The car had a bad battery they replaced for free. The mechanics care about the cars and want you to feel confident in them. They checked the warning lights on the dash using a plug-in reader so I was able to see what that was before buying. Quick and easy transaction and overall decent service. I hate buying cars but I felt good about this one.

Entirety of transaction was easy and car works beautifully!... Fair up front price, routine maintenance performed, and car was ready for 600 mile+ drive to out of state residence upon pickup. Vehicle now 1000+ miles into ownership and issue free... Would recommend Sam and the dealership for any car buyer desiring an honest, hassle free transaction... Also, a great business you can trust for an online sales and up front pricing.

Bought a truck a while ago began having problems right after purchase, but they attempted to fix the issue several times for free and then issued a refund. You shouldnt be afraid to shop here, the staff is very professional and if you have a problem they do make it right. Would not hesitate to buy another car here
Drove down from Gladstone Mo. Car was almost what I saw in the pics, couple paint chips and a small dent nothing major. Otherwise car is awesome. The pricing was good the people were nice. They really dropped the ball on mailing me out my title, over a week after I purchased the car. Also really poor phone skills, I was hung up on more then once.

Worked pretty well with me to purchase my son a car, Mitsubishi Eclipse. Had a rough first test drive, but they fixed what appeared to be the problem. Second test drive was better. Though I left my phone number, they never called me to say if and when it was fixed. Took it home, and within a week, the engine light came on. With other issues already present, and with new ones that popped up, we ended up paying over $2000 in additional repairs. We know what as is-no warranty means, but probably will not buy from this dealer again. After 6 weeks, to date we have not heard if the plates are in, nor have we received a title.
Test drove one of their cars and brought two major issues to the managers attention. He sent me to drive with one of their mechanics to see if those issues were real or if Im just imagining them. Their mechanic was able to diagnose both issues (stating that they need to be fixed before the car can be sold) and told the manager about them. The manager flat out told his mechanic that he doesnt believe him, and told me that he wont fix anything thats not necessary, so he is going to check out the two issues himself. If he finds that they need to be repaired, hell have them fixed, otherwise he wont. He then asked for a deposit because if I wasnt serious, hed just leave the car on the lot as is and not do anything to it.I was obviously not willing to leave a deposit if I would not be guaranteed that the two major issues (I as a non mechanic was able to catch) would be fixed. Basically, from my visit I learned that the manager does not trust his mechanics, and tries to sell cars with the least amount of repairs involved, regardless of if there are apparent safety issues or extremely concerning mechanical problems.Their prices arent the best either...
