Purchased new car from Edin ...Update: my car is not what I expected, its leaking all of the antifreeze out within a days time. Have to put it in the shop as well as pay over 700 for a rental car after just dropping 8100 on this car 🤦 nothing towards the seller but this isnt what I wanted to do just 2 weeks after getting this car. Took my car to the shop the motor mount in transmission mount needs to be replaced as well as my radiator and hose Ive called numerous of times to see if they are willing to help with another rental or my car getting fixed or just put me in another decent car I have been giving nothing but the runaround I feel like Im being dodged I would not suggest anyone purchase a vehicle from them.

I bought 2013 dodge dart there, paid $7600 cash. It came with a 6 month warranty. The first day I have it, it starts leaking oil, then the transmission starts winding out. I take it in because I have a warranty or so I thought. The mechanic said I need $8600 in repairs. Of course none of the parts are covered because they said the claim was preexsisting because it was within the first 60 days? So if that is the case than they really sold me a 4month warranty that I cant use for 2 months? I have drove my new car a total of 4 times in the 2 months I bought it because it keeps being put in the shop. They havent even called me back about my plates and tags. I would not buy a piece of gum from this dealership unless you like to throw away your hard earned money!!

Bought a used truck there a while back and not a good experience. First off after highballing me with a 5k mark up from what they asked on the web because “its a highly sought after truck, had 2 offers just today on it” but ended up paying advertised price straight up. I failed to notice that all 4 tires had bands showing and i drove from louisville to lex like that. But they lied and said no accidents when it had been rebuilt from a roll over and driver side collision with frame work and all covered up with bondo and plastic. They cleared the dtc’s on the truck so they didnt show up until a while down the road. All in all i feel they are a scheming dealership who only care about money.. doing that way to a kid or young adult like that is low. Pic is of frame after i noticed.. truck should have been sold for 5k less at least..

I do not recommend this place! I went there because they had a car it was advertised and Immaculate condition with low mileage. When I got there, the guy that work there who was one of the owners didnt offer to come out and look at the car with me or talk to me about the car or anything. He just gave me the keys and I took a test drive. The car look good from a distance and cosmetically, for the most part, but after I purchase the car, I started to notice little problems with it everywhere. By the way there were stickers all over it saying that the car was given an inspection and was mechanically sound. Within 20 minutes the engine light came on. Within two days the emergency brake stopped working. Another issue was that one of the rims was bent so severely that it was leaking air and I had to spend another 4 to $500 to replace the rims. I actually asked the owner if he had any other rims because he said he had another Mini Cooper and he said he would take a look and get back to me and never did. When I took it in to get it fixed by their father/father-in-law who was there main mechanic, he also told me that it had a bent control arm and although he would fix it with no labor charge, I had to pay $200 for the part. Shortly after that my air conditioning went out. Im still trying to get that fixed and its going to cost me over $500. And thats only because I know a mechanic. If I had to take it to a Mini Cooper mechanic/dealership it will probably cost a lot more. In speaking with my mechanic and knowing that there was an oil leak somewhere, my mechanic told me that there was not only an oil leak in the oil pan but in the main seal between the engine and the transmission. I wouldnt call that mechanically sound. I wouldnt call anything about this car mechanically sound. The owner halfway sounded like he wanted to assist with the issues but avoided my calls more than answering them. Until I just stopped calling. I will say that the father in law/father is extremely nice and friendly and helpful. I really liked him a lot. But as far as the honesty and assistance from this dealership once you purchase a vehicle. I cant say that I saw either. And I just stopped even being comfortable calling and telling them what the issue or issues were. It wouldnt have been so bad if the car didnt have yellow stickers all over it saying, checked by our mechanic or whatever but it did. It wouldnt have been so bad if they would have simply showed more concerned about the issues but they didnt. I told the gentleman this is the only $6,000 that I have and I need to spend it wisely and as far as Im concerned I dont think it mattered to him as long as he got the money in his pocket. Thats simply the way I feel. He told me he had it listed for 7000 and a lady offered him 6000 he wouldnt take it but all of a sudden he decided to give me a break. LOL. Just another used car salesman tactic apparently. I also asked within a day if I could trade the car for another one and he told me no. I will never go back to this dealership or recommend it to anyone. And I will never go back to their father to work on the vehicle because I feel bad about the fact that hes having to do all this additional work because theyre selling cars that are not mechanically sound. Finally, although they have all my information including my phone number, they let my registration sticker be sent to my home two or three times because the mailboxes were broken and it was returned to them. They didnt even have the decency to call me and tell me that there was an issue. I could have easily come and picked up the sticker myself. I feel like there is the epitome of shady used car dealers. Please dont go here. And to them, please do not try and reply stating that we tried to help you and all that to make yourself look better and make me look like a disgruntled customer that is complaining about issues with a used car and all used cars that have issues because that time has passed and it is simply not true. Ps. Notice in every bad review the customer is attacked.

I must say, so far I’m impressed with the experience I’ve had so far. For a used car dealership, they do have one of the best reviews on google. I will likely be purchasing a vehicle from this place this week and I’ll follow up with an update. Thank you for the service I’ve received so far.Update: This business is really easy to work with. My in person experience couldn’t have been any better. If you’re intimidated by aggressive car salesmen, I would recommend anyone to come deal with these people. I purchased a 2011 Mazda 3 from this dealer. The vehicle description clearly stated the vehicle was equipped with 2-stage door locks. The dealer advised he did not have the fobs but as a condition of sale he would have those made. He later said his locksmith was unable to complete this work and told me to have the work done and he would cover the cost. The car was taken to Neil Huffman Mazda who had the two required fobs and programmed them. The cost to do this was approximately $475. The dealer was sent the invoice and he stated he would only pay $200. False advertising, doesn’t keep their word and now I have the added frustration of having to resolve this matter in court. My advice is if you are looking for a good used car, go some place you can trust their item description and their word.

I purchased a used Honda Civic Si from Edin on 18Jan2020. After a test drive, it was obvious that the car needed to be aligned, which is no surprise, since some suspension components had recently been replaced. Edin offered to have it repaired that day, but I didn’t have time to wait, so after negotiating a fair deal/trade, I loaded it into my trailer and got it done the following day. While in the alignment shop, coolant leaks were discovered. I had not noticed previously because it was raining heavily when I purchased the vehicle. A couple of weeks later the clutch hydraulics failed, leaving my college junior daughter stranded after driving the car
