I called them Monday and asked if the car I was looking at was available. They told me yes. I then asked if I could come by and test drive it. They told me yes. I then tell them that I will be on my way to come and test drive it, to which I was given a we will see you then. I drive 28 minutes to get there and walk in asking about the car. The salesman Im greeted with advises that someone called about an hour ago to test drive it and now where having problems with it and it will be on the lift to fix the issues. I then ask how long, thinking that I wouldnt mind waiting an hour or two. Then he tells me that he doesnt know as they have been having issues with it since Saturday and that it might be a day or two. I really wouldve appreciated a heads up that it wasnt working as I was on my way.

This company is completely awful and they do not service the vehicles before the put them on the lot. They only check the levels and test drive once. They never answer the phone. They are a complete rip off do not I repeat do not buy from them.

This review is difficult to write as my experience has two sides. First, I read all the reviews, as I am skeptical of smaller car lots, but the reviews were all very good. I searched through probably 200 vehicles to find what I was looking for. I went in and the reviews about the people are spot on. They are laid back and the process was quick and painless. My dealing with Josh was easily 5 stars (No pressure, nice guy and quick process) but I cant put it in the rating because after having the vehicle for a couple weeks, I noticed what looked like a dent below the door. No problem as I understand as is, but when I looked more closely, it turned out to be rust bubbles under the paint, but what was odd, the paint wasnt an exact match. It is why it looked like a dent, the slightly different shade made it look that way. As it turns out, there are more areas where the paint is slightly different, and also much more rust bubbles coming thorough the paint. My first disappointment is with myself for not seeing the issue, but also with the dealer for selling vehicles in this condition and not being up front about it. Yes I probably should have seen it, but either the dealer did and still sold the vehicle, or they didnt inspect it, which means maybe they dont care what they are selling. I am glad all the other reviewers didnt have this issue, but want to warn against automatically thinking their vehicles are all OK. Recommend if you go there, look very closely at the vehicle before purchasing. If you find what you are looking for, the rest will be a very good experience.Re: Owner...your response is expected. I simply wanted let people know you are OK selling vehicles in this condition so they are more vigilent when looking.

Very friendly people to deal with. However, the following day after taking delivery of our vehicle, the check engine light came on. Took to BMW dealer and shelled out money to get repaired. Paid high dollar because car was one owner and low mileage but that didnt matter in this case. The check engine light had been reset without the problem being resolved. Also was promised a rear cargo cover that would be delivered to our house the following couple days. Yet to see that. Love the car...just dont like the way it was sold to us stating in was in excellent condition, when it wasnt.Would DEFINITELY recommend that if you are going to purchase a car from this dealer, to take the car to an outside auto mechanic to check the car over. In this case, we should have taken to BMW dealer and had them do a diagnostic check. This would have told us that the check engine light had been reset and the problem not fixed. Car computers dont lie!

Kevin put the car up on the rack and let me inspect everything with out hesitation. He answered every question and addressed every concern. After I drove the car about 850 miles there was a serious and expensive mechanical issue, I called the owner of the dealership and he instructed me to bring the car right in, I had to have it towed. Kevin started working on it right away diagnosed the problems replaced the bad parts tested everything and even replaced the battery because the original tested low. I loved this place!! I went there looking for specifically the 2015 Ford Escape they had on their website, which for the price- the year and miles were a lot better than other larger dealerships I had looked at! We went in and just one gentleman was working, it wasn’t josh it was . It was extremely quick and pain free literally the only trouble we had was finding and deciding on insurance, as it was so high lots of places! A couple weeks in after purchase I noticed Ford has this weird thing called my key, which is a series of settings for the vehicle saved to the key fob. The key fob I had, I couldn’t reset, so the dealership paid for and scheduled for me to go to a place called cheaper locksmith, which took amazing care of me and got me a whole new key!! So far I’m four monthes in since purchasing the car and I am very happy!!

Bought a used truck a few weeks ago. The guys here are very friendly. The day after I bought the truck, the check engine light came on, and I thought great, Ive bought somebody elses problem and now Im screwed I went back and they scanned the code and fixed it the next day! These guys are all easy to work with. I didnt steal the truck, but I didnt overpay . Bottom line, I will check them out when its time to buy again

Drove two hours to look at a mazdaspeed3 they had. They were asking $10k for a car that books for $8800. It was in great condition so I offered over book value. Laid $10k cash on their desk and they said it would be $10,500 with taxes. Lost a sale on an already over priced car over $500. Two star rating for not liking money lol.

I purchased a car from the lost two years ago, the car itself seemed nice. I was 19 years old and excited to buy my first car on my own.. months after purchasing the car I had several things go wrong (including damage to the frame) I fixed it assuming I had hit something and moved on.. two years later I go to another dealership to trade the car for a new one. While sitting there ready to sign papers they inform me my car was in a major car accident including air bags deploying. When I purchased the car I was informed this was a one owner Sunday Cadillac. Turns out it was a multi owner wrecked car. When contacting them to explain this situation to them they inform they (they didnt have to disclose any of this to me and for that reason did not) then I tell them I was very displeased and felt they had taken advantage of the situation . To which they did not care. In order to avoid this ( the negative reviews ) they offered to purchase the car for much less then I owe on it. I declined and they told me that its my problem. This business does not look for repeat business. They look for a quick sale to take advantage of. would not recommend them to anyone ..

I live 4 hours away and talked to the guy all week. I told him I would be there Saturday morning, and got all my bank info to him. They didnt sell the car before I got there like other dealerships have done to me. Very pleased with the car. I was there for an hour and back on the road home.

Being cheap I didnt get the warranty and ran into some mechanical issues. Though they didnt have to they simply told me to bring it by, no questions asked; I brought it by, got it back a few days later and since then it has run as good as new and I wasnt charged a penny!

It just seems that car dealerships, this one included dont seem to be very knowledgable in the products that they have. Not everyone who wants to buy a car is oblivious and they may even have mechanic or just a car background. If the customer knows more than the dealer it may be best to touch up on the vehicles you are trying to sale.

My husband and I stopped at this place to check the vehicle that was posted online. We did not expect to purchase a vehicle that day but we were very impressed with the professionalism of the owner (Adis) and the place is very clean. The vehicle we test drove was the one we been looking for. We asked some questions of what we were concerned about but Adis had nothing to hide about the status of the vehicle. He even called his mechanic guy and put him on speaker phone, so we can hear of what his mechanic has to say about the concern that we have. The mechanic explained that he was not able to test the air conditioning because of the weather being too cold. Fortunately, the weather has started to warm up, so his mechanic was able to get the air conditioning tested and fixed prior to us taking our new purchased vehicle home. We all know that buying used cars is beyond an anxiety attack. We went to Automotice Solutions after I was done with the mini van world.. ugh... and ready to get back to an suv. My husband works with Automotive Solutions doing PDR and as he works with lots of dealers he watches, listens and learns. Always. When I expressed my frustration about said mini van again, he said.... lets find something else. He suggested with confidence and without question, Automotive Solutions. They have an on site mechanic, Kevin. Who is AWESOME!!! When Kevin talks about engines you find yourself lulled into engine security. He knows his stuff and loves cars. We bought a Mercedes 2007 450 GL. I can only say, I LOVE MY CAR!!! I may never go back to any other vehicle. To be honest it had some hiccups soon after we bought it I do not in anyway think this was a shadow on Automotive Solutions.
