Service department is not good at all. Spent 850 on 80000 mile service. I found where half the items were not done after taking it to a VW specialist. I do not recommend Bachmann for service at all.

Rude customer service that acts like it’s the end of the world when you need help with something when it’s literally their job working in customer service. Tons of people who weren’t busy will ignore you and let someone else help you even though no one wants to. Super unprofessional service department. I’m going to start taking my car to jiffy lube or somewhere else for maintenance because at least they’re professional and nice to you. Not selling my car back to them either, Carvana is a lot nicer and a lot easier than having to deal with people who are so inconvenienced when customers need help lol

I have never had a worse new car buying experience. I bought a VW Atlas, the most expensive vehicle Ive ever purchased and after setting up a meeting with the sales agent, Les, to come look at it I learned that a friend of the owners decided they wanted that car and although Id already spoken for it they told me it was no longer available. I had to settle for one as close to the one I wanted as possible, even though when I came back for service days later it was still on the lot. That was just the start of the trouble. I have had the car for 6 months now and the car net is still not working after 4 service trips and 3 tickets with Car Net. I am trying to register the car but the paperwork is messed up and the check written to the wrong place and though Ive stopped by once and called and left messages twice to get it fixed I have still recieved no return call. I will never go there again to buy a car and recommend my coworkers stay far far away.

These Guys are soooooooooo unprofessional on top of that I have gotten 7 hard inquiries on my credit report just “to see” about a used Atlas. Then to get criticize because my place of employment, I wanted to “step out the box” .. Went in on Saturday to look at a few of the used trucks after looking at a few subarus down the street. The salesman that first approached us was Ed Silver and was great throughout the entire process. Went around to many other dealerships looking at other trucks in the area and came back in Monday to purchase the truck we first test drove. The entire process from start to finish was very easy and there was no pressure to purchase anything from start to finish. This has been the best buying experience at a dealership and the entire staff was amazing. Ed Silver even stayed after the time he was supposed to leave to finish up the buying process and make sure we were taken care of. He also went in on his day off to check if we left something in the car we traded in due to how far away we live from the dealership. If I wasnt moving in the future, I would definitely be coming back to this dealership for another vehicle. From start to finish there was no pressure and no hidden prices.
