600 dollars. What could you get with that in this day and age? Multiple weeks worth of groceries, gas for a month or two. Pay your electric bills for the next month or two? Well, here it will get you a side mirror. Before labor, paint, and extra charges sprung upon you after you were quoted.I thankfully am not writing this after having used them for the repair, I have instead gone to their competitor Town and Country Ford, they had the parts on hand, and for less than half of what Byerly was asking, even counting labor, paint and tax, still under what Byerly was asking for parts alone.After all of this, Byerly even mis-represented how much time it would take and their scheduling to get it done.New to the area, tried to find a dealership to fix my car, got scammed right out the gate. I look forward to the form letter response to this review asking me to call them and make it right.

I bought a 2017 F150. We was on vacation in Wisconsin and the truck started knocking. I immediately stopped and called a tow truck.My wife called Byerly. The girl said she would have someone call us back immediately.That was 4 week ago and we have still not heard from them. We called a local Ford dealer and had it towed back to Michigan, where it is sitting in the dealers lot, still waiting to get repaired.My truck is 10 hours from my house.Byerly was not help what so ever.I will definitely never buy another Ford from Byerly. Thanks for nothing. Please take me off your email list.
I am from out of town. I saw a car that I was interested in and so I called and spoke with someone about it. I made an offer on the car and they said they would give me a call back. Never did. So a few days later I called back again. Same guy said they wouldn’t accept my offer and the car had an electrical problem. So I told them how to fix it ( just a switch) Then they said they wouldn’t accept my offer since they had 8 people interested in it. So I offered more. They said they would get back to me… you guessed it they never did. Oh yeah they raised the price of the car 1,500 more now too.
Took my Mothers car to be worked on and Ryan S. Service Advisor worked with us. He was Very Professional and so courteous. Got the car back that evening and it was a Great job. My mother was so pleased!
Most of the Staff are friendly. I just spent almost 3 hours in the waiting room, and they still had not touched my vehicle. I just wanted an Oil Change & Tire Rotation. I left

I saw a 2013 Toyota corolla on cargurus september 22. I immediately called the Ford dealer. I have been looking for a car like this. The woman told me to come in at noon. It was in service, it wasnt ready yet. I got there a noon, talked to Donnie Wikes. He said it still wasnt ready yet. He said he would call when it was. I didnt want to rush them. Never got a call. Although it has a minor accident i still wanted to see it..i probably would have purchased it. Still no call back. This makes me think someone in service was interested or knew someone who was...not happy about this!
Byerly Ford - Detailing Services A+Byerly Nissan Service Department - Negative 100On 8/23/2021, I took my car to get some GT Covers from Covercraft to be installed on seats. When I was about to get into my car, the tech only did the front seats and didnt install the rear (in which I notice immediately( so it had to go back in the service department to get it installed. Just as I was about to load my car the other night, I notice the air bag labels (barely noticeable) on my front seats were facing inwards toward the center armrest. This is probably why he couldnt put the the velcro straps underneath because it was installed wrong when there were instructions as well. The so called certified tech installed it wrong (SEE PICS). I talked to other people saying that their covers had no issue with the electric seats as well. I cant afford to take another day off to bring my car to get it correct. I work in healthcare. These are customized seat covers that is supposedly to fit on my car as exact. Now my car is a driving hazard because if I get into an accident, the side bags wont deployed properly. It looks like they were reversed. How would you like it if a surgeon accidentally amputate the wrong extremity? I regret buying a Nissan if you treat your vehicles like that.
I just bought my new car here last week and had a great experience at Byerly. Jason was extremely helpful and friendly and made the whole process super easy. Every person I came into contact with was very friendly as well. I love the car I bought and am super happy with it. I will definitely be back in the future and will recommend them to others!
Went in for learning transmission which I believe just needs rebooting from what I have read. Was told they were to backed up to deal with transmissions. So he told me to call back a week later. Had them do a 5 point inspection since I was there anyways and make sure nothing else was wrong. Only had to sit 3 HOURS just to be told “Everything else looks ok. Just call us back next week for your transmission.” Well called back the following week and their transmission guy is on vacation. Left 2 messages already and haven’t gotten a call back. So if your looking to have anything done here I suggest you look somewhere else.

Contacted online about a new car for sale. Took them 2 seconds to call me after hitting send. Started with several sleazy sales techniques to get me to come into the dealership. Wouldn’t talk remotely about my trade or give a contingent trade value to make the trip worth it. When I called them out on, what I perceive as poor sales tactics they disappeared, no response or explanation, no effort at all. Just tells me that they don’t offer fair value and it’s all about getting you in so they can strong arm the deal. I’ll go to Oxmoor in the future.Update: Oxmoor Ford provided site unseen offer on my trade and earned my business on a new Mustang GT.
Byerly Ford is absolutely incredible!! Soon to be a college graduate I wanted to purchase my own car as a graduation gift. My car shopping journey started this past Monday and ended today when I visited Byerly Ford. My parents and I visited countless dealerships ALL across Louisville and weren’t completely satisfied or impressed with the entire process on Monday or Tuesday. The cars were great, but the interactions with salespeople weren’t the best- until I shopped with Byerly. Before shopping with Byerly every dealership I visited I became stressed when looking at cars and anxious to say “no”. They sold us a Lemon and they told us the sounds were normal and the accident report was up to date, and all the repairs/service they did on it. Sales people living up to the car salesman sterotype. Caveat emptor
Sales person was nice and worked with me, but was promised touch up paint for car and have yet to receive it. Have texted sales person 3 times, first text he responded he would check on it. Never heard a word nor never received it. Texted twice since then with no response.
Took my vehicle in for a oil change last Tuesday June 1st. Had set a appointment for 12:00 noon. When I arrived was told couldnt get to it until 1:00. So why do they make appointments. Sat in the waiting room saw people come and go. Around 2:30 the service writer came and told me somehow my vehicle got overlooked even though was marked ASAP and advised they would get right on it. They eventually got it done. Service writer apologized and took care of me. The last time I was there was over 16 years ago and had nothing but a problem then, I live close by and thought I would give them another chance but I have learned my lesson and will not be back.
Sadly, after many years & vehicles with Byerly, I got no response from them around transmission issues with my 2015 Focus. I get that its not their fault no parts are available nationwide for this work until Oct. Since I bought an extended warranty on the Focus theyre unable to honor I asked them via repeated phone msgs, emails & website mgs to contact me. I wanted to ask about help with a loaner or rental, or even what theyd do for trade-in on the Focus if I opted to put 30% down & buy a new or newish car w/ them. Still heard zilch. So I gave up on them & bought a new Suburu. Ill sell the Focus after it can be fixed.

This is my first visit here. I was super anxious because my car was sick and I needed that handled immediately by a Ford specialist. Everyone was really pleasant and made me feel at ease. They have the most awesome garage Ive ever seen! It looks like Nascar in there. And the waiting area is on point with comfy chairs, TV and free coffee /water. This place knows how to treat their customers. Especially worried ones like me. Great visit!

I have had to call them back and ask questions (I bought a car used) and they have been more than helpful taking the time with me to explain the features I didnt understand. This is something I never do please forgive me but Im quite upset. On Monday the 7th at start of business or close to it I called the diesel repair and spoke to Mr. Hickey, I told him my DEF system on my Ford F350 was giving me problems explained to the best of my ability what was going on and then I asked if it was possible if it might be done by the end of the week he replied and Im quoting yeah I dont see why not which is not a yes or a no that I do understand. Ill come back to that. I had the truck towed there around 11:00 a.m. or so. I hadnt heard anything so Wednesday evening I decided to call after 4 or 5 attempts I finally reach someone just to find out it hadnt been looked at yet and not hearing from anyone on Thursday I called back in the afternoon and was told they were looking at codes and would hear from someone before close of business, that call never came so Friday rolls around knowing at this point Im not going to have my truck back but after explaining to them on 2 separate occasions I at least would like to have something to turn over to my warranty company if possible so that maybe I can get a rental I was told they were still looking at codes this is the 3rd day of telling me this no one called so right before closing this is Friday mind you the receptionist took mercy on me put me on hold and got someone to answer after about 6 or 7 times of me trying to get through, matter of fact through this whole ordeal every call all week I made myself no one ever called me the person who was reached by her to answer before closing on Friday had the nerve to tell me he tried to call me 3 or 4 times as bad as I had stated to them I need some word on this truck I was standing by my phone and if he did call it seems to me that a good business practice would have been to have left a V mail (trust me no one ever called). Now lets move on to Monday I start calling around 2:00 p.m. Im told theyre going to get it in and once again check codes and I will hear from them today, well guess what no called now back to the statement in the beginning when I asked about having it ready by the end of the week again I know that was by no means a yes but my question is this if you were so backlogged to where my truck has been sitting for 6 working days how is it that you could tell me that it was a chance at all that it could have been fixed after 6 working days Im being told that a Ford truck at a Ford certified shop cant figure out codes any better than that, that baffles me. In ending Ill just say someone there please help me this isnt right Ive been without a vehicle since Monday the 7th Im certain in my mind Im being passed by for other repair jobs there is no way I can believe That professional techs cant look at schedules on a Monday and give a better forecast than that. Maybe your diesel techs should call on the phone and listen to the mission statement that you tell your customers while on hold as much as Ive been on hold over the last week I know them by heart as a repeat customer I feel let down and it feels like they dont care.

I filled out a request for information online and the next day someone called me. I explained what I was looking for and gave the lady for information. She told me that she would look at what she could do and would call me back (Good so far). When she calls me back she give me an answer but it wasnt to the question I asked. I re-explain what I was looking for and she said ok. She informed me a sales person would be calling me back shortly with more information. Two days later no call back. (Getting worse) When I call back to get more information on the vehicle, I spoke to a different person and explained my situation and that nobody called me back. He promised that he would call me back in a few minutes because he had to talk to his finance guy. Here I am two more days without a vehicle. (Worse)...I would assume that they have to many people busting down those doors to get a new vehicle right now that they dont care about virtual sales.
Literally not even a week after I got the car, some problems came up. When I contacted the dealership and tried discussing it. I understand it was used, but it wasn’t even a full week, they told me it was my problem. Shady business and will never recommend!
Not the best way to run a business. Even if you make an at as I did two weeks prior, they want you to drop your car off at 8am but dont even begin looking or working on your car hours later. I waited 5 hours before my car was looked at, which was 3 hours after getting a phone call letting me know a technician was assigned to it. When asked for a reason for the delay, their excuse was they opened their doors to around 50 cars....but I had an appointment 2 weeks prior and was there prior to even opening their bay doors for the day. Just goes to show theres no sense of order in how they decide to service cars! Rude on the phone for asking a legitimate question! Needless to say they will not be getting any more service to me, I will be driving to the Oxmoor center for future service needs!

Wanted to buy a new truck. With Covid, we called and stated which one we were interested in. Salesman said he would call us back. Never did, so we called back, he didnt have the info amd promised to call back again. After a few days, Heritage Ford traded to get me a truck we wanted and now we have a beautiful 2021 F-150 Lariat. Im guessing they only do business in person at this dealer.
Called the part dept looking for a Ford Focus motor mount. Described the part dog bone, named it torque strut mount and gave the cars vin and engine specs. The guy tells me he needs to know which mount I want! I said Ill look up the part # for him and he says he doesnt have time. Wow!

If I could give less than one star I would. I normally take my car to the Ford service center on Shelbyville Rd. Oxmoor location. However I moved to the Dixie area and assumed the Ford service would be just as great... I was wrong!!!! Took my car for brakes and to get my headlight fixed. Both were done at an extreme price of $800! Front breaks only though. I took my car there nothing else was wrong. 1 day after picking up my car we have a really loud noise coming from the engine, a noise that wasn’t there when we dropped our car off. Long story short we called about it we were hung up on, ford refused to fix. Never again will I go to this ford location!!!

I always use them for service- I have had excellent experiences and when I have had some difficult issues they were very understanding, getting my car in working order in a timely manner. I wouldnt trust any other service department with my vehicle.
I only take the time to leave reviews if the service is exceptionally good.... or exceptionally bad. In this case, it was over the top outstanding! I bought my daughters car from Darren 2 years ago and he had stood out to me as being very professional and knowledgable. So it only made sense to contact him when we started shopping for my other daughters car last month. We didnt find the right car right away but that didnt matter to Darren..... he is VERY low pressure and its evident he truly cares about making the customer happy. They usually do a great job. The only issue is the time frame. I went in to get an oil change and it took about an hour. Thats par for the course anymore. If you are going to wait for your vehicle, allow yourself plenty of time.
Dropping my car off to be serviced and have my air bag replaced due to a recall. They are always quick to get you taken care of and are very friendly.

Do not go here you’d be better off letting a monkey work on your car I went in there for a simple fix they ended up making it worse then when I bring it up they say it’s not their problem. Their service was horrible they have the worst body shop around by far
Buyer Beware! Do not purchase a used vehicle from Byerly Auto Group.Purchased a new Pathfinder in 2014 and all well so we decided to return when looking for a new vehicle for may wife and a used vehicle for my 17 year old son. We purchased a used Ford Escape for my son and within 2 hours of leaving the lot the Check Engine Light started signaling. I immediately reached out to the dealership to inform them of the issue but did not receive a reply. I called the Used Car Sales Manager Guy and he basically told me to pound sand because I purchased used vehicle and there was no warranty. I did not expect a warranty but I did purchase in good faith from what I thought was reputable company and assume they would stand behind the vehicle for at least 24 hours. So, the day after I purchase a used vehicle from Byerly I had to spend $350 to get it repaired. While a $350 repair bill isnt the end of the world for my family it could be for some and just wrong in principal. Byerly demonstrated some shady business practices we will never purchase another vehicle from them and I suggest to anyone in the in the market for a used vehicle to look elsewhere.

I was interested in a truck that Byerly Ford posted on Facebook Marketplace. Instead of answering 1 simple question about whether or not the vehicle had rust the person managing the account would ask for my personal information and try to get a salesperson to call or email me. These are shady sales tactics that bad dealerships use to try and spam you with phone calls and emails.
I cant speak for the sales department but, i would avoid their service department like Covid-19...bad for your health.I took my 2016 F150 in for service. I already had a good idea that the rear differential was bad. Truck has 40K miles, never taken off road, all scheduled maintenance completed. They put new seal and fluid in the differential without ever inspecting to see if parts needed to be replaced. Long story short, it is still as loud when I drive it as before they allegedly repaired it. I ask numerous times if parts needed to be replaced...no Sir all good. Never again, I will be going to another Ford dealership as I lost all confidence in these folks.

Found a vehicle that we liked. Called the dealership at 9:30am to make sure the vehicle was still available, they said it was and set up an appointment at 11:15am to check the car out. Drove over an hour one way to go see the vehicle. Pulled in at 11:15, on schedule. A salesman greeted me at the door and ask what I needed, told him about my appointment. His response was “uh, we sold that vehicle last night”. They had nothing else comparable to offer. We went back inside and he went into his managers office to ask about it, came back a moment later and said “we actually just sold that one 10 minutes ago, they just left”. Keep in mind, he was the only salesman working on the used lot this morning. He would’ve known if that vehicle had just sold. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but another to blatantly lie about it to try and cover up the mistake.
I will not recommend going in here. They were going to charged with over $1000 with brake pad change and rotor. My f150 4x4 has issues with front wheel not rotating without 4x4 engaged and caliper free. They tried to saying it was caliper issues. I told them rotor is not rotating without caliper and that is caliper issues? They said it might me because over heated.. HAHA Also I FOUND THAT BRAKE PAD WAS INSTALLED BACKWARD FROM THE FORD MANUFACTURING. I emailed service department about the issues never responded. They are ignoring my email due to they dont want to refund.. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU
