Just in case you’re wondering who I am, I came in on 1/23/2021 at 1pm interested in the passenger vans and pricing. Score I could give a detailed explanation of what I’m needing it for he quickly assumed I only needed it for hauling material. I was simply stating they’re big enough for hauling. I can understand the confusion on his end but like our mothers taught us, “SHUT UP AND LISTEN, Don’t assume anything”. Customer service and COVID-19 guidelines are the reason for the low reviews. Do better gentlemen, you can’t turn down folks by assuming anything. You’ll never be a respected establishment.

Horrible customer service and very high prices on rentals for the disabled. Disabled people dont have the kind of money theyre looking for to rent transportation, and even if they did, they dont deliver vehicles to the handicapped people who have no way to pick a vehicle up. If you choose to be in the industry to help the disabled and handicapped, perhaps you might ACTUALLY be helpful.

Honestly, the best vehicle rental experience Ive ever had. Super friendly service, very fast, and very easy. The price was amazing compared to other major rental companies, and the van itself was unbelievable! This thing was seriously top notch. We will absolutely use Cook & Reeves again.

We stopped by to see what they had in conversion Handycap accessible vans. The salesmen was polite and respectful and tried his best to make our visit a good one.

This past weekend we rented a 15 passenger van for a trip to Indianapolis. During the trip up and back the van shut down on us 6 times. Pretty unnerving not mention unsafe as there was never any warning the van was about to shut down. Upon returning to Louisville it was diagnosed the van had a throttle valve issue. This did not deter the company from charging us full rate for the 3 day rental. Their concession was not to bill us for fuel since we returned the van with ¼ tank of gas remaining or the 29 miles we exceeded our allotment. They accused us of putting in bad fuel before the diagnosis came back from the dealer identifying the throttle valve as the culprit. They all but called me a liar when I told them we had not put any fuel in the van. This is the first review I have ever written, never been compelled to do so, but their treatment of us was so poor I felt it necessary to encourage everyone to stay away from this van rental company. Good luck to you if you have any problems dealing with them. They’re only concerned about collecting the money, not the customer experience or safety. Disappointing.

Beware of this place i found truck that i wanted to buy i had my mechanic with me when we check clutch on fan was bad and he found few small issues and transmission was making strange noise so they called their so called mechanic he confirmed that those are problems they didnt want to fix any if it they didnt want to lower price, price was way off from Kellys Blue book. beware this people will rip you offALSO TO THE CLOWN OF THE OWNER THAT HAVE REPLIED ON BOTTOM I NEVER OFFERED YOU $2500 FOR IT, I GAVE YOU YOUR ASKING PRICE IF YOU FIXED PROBLEM THAT TRUCK BEEN SITTING THERE FOR LONG TIME YALL GUYS ARE CROOKS NO QUESTION ABOUT IT I HAVE NEVER DROVE THE TRUCK MY MECHANIC WAS THERE AND HE FOUND ALL THE PROBLEMS BEFORE I EVEN WANTED TO TAKE IT FOR RIDE NEVER LEFT THE PARKING WITH IT CHECK BETTER BEFORE YOU WRITE LIES also i am not mad i didn`t get truck i had plenty of money i got whole alot better vehicle

I brought a 2005 Ford Taurus from them had it 4 months discover it had rusting really bad underneath on the frame and all the bearings and hubs were rusted out and I took it back to ask if we could work something out and let me get another car and thats what they did for me they are very helpful and want your business great people Mike is great thank u all I recommend them I now have a 2012 Kia Optima and I love it !

Been looking for auto, seen what I was looking for as u drove down Dixie, stopped, looked, test drove and purchased, Ive never got car from dealer b 4,But they were very nice and seemed pretty dam honest to me, no pressure sales and Xtra little bonus they dont advertise they do for all buyers, Im very pleased n glad I got my RAV4 there

I bought a f150 from them. Didnt know the motor was going out of it. I only owned it a couple weeks til I had to take it to them and have them look at it. They tried everything to patch it enough so I wouldnt notice that it was broke. The cam phaser was going out in it. Come to find out they knew. They had taken it to ford and to another company I had to talked to and they had both told them the same thing. That it needed a new motor. So 4000 dollars on top of the 11000 I paid for it and it still isnt fixed. THEY ARE CROOKS. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!

I have rented their handicap accessible vans throughout the last year and can not be more pleased with the quality of their vehicles. The staff is super friendly and very helpful.

Be careful what you ask for, you just might get it. Had a problem with a car that broke down less than 72hrs after purchase, took them a whole week to address it. Had to agree to share cost of repair. I wasnt happy at all because they took too long to address the problem. I had to constantly call.

After seeing these reviews I have decided NOT to take a chance on Cook & Reeves. Thanks to all who posted.

Nice People To Deal With

I bought a 2004 Jeep with 90,000 miles and the cylinder 1 head gasket blew within 3 days of driving it off the lot. Now here I am at 107,000 miles looking at a new transmission. Use my experience and look elsewhere. You have been warned.
