There were actually 5. Day after we bought it for my daughter the brake line busted and was probably because cv axle boot was tore and was a mess inside it which if they checked car out like they said would have noticed this.I was told all lights worked, mechanic I took it to to fix brake line (which stranded my daughter 80 miles from home) said 6 lights were out including back up lights that sockets were so corroded that they have to be replaced.Granted it is my fault and I should have checked out better but felt under pressure because it was a good deal and was being told they had more people wanting it.They said their mechanic checked everything and no issues so do your self a favor and have your mechanic check it out before you buy!!

At the beginning of this month, I had to start the process of looking for a new car. This is something I was not looking forward to, having to deal with the back and forth of everything involved. The month before, I looked at iDrive Financial, located in Jeffersontown, KY. Online they had a great selection. I decided to peek at their website again, found one, called and went in before closing. They where extremely nice on the phone, and unlike other car lots the atmosphere was very calm. I spoke with Shaun, he went over everything, including mechanical and questions I had on a couple different cars. I did research within a 100 miles online to see what the price was on the same car, and still could not find one that was still in great condition, or with the low mileage as the car I was looking to purchase. They are family owned, and they hold to those values when you walk through the doors. We went to look at a car and the car had a oil leak, so they went to another one of their lots to get another car we wanted to look at. Very professional and the lady at the front desk was very sweet to our 3 year old, offering him coloring books while he waited for us. Shaun was very helpful. The best car buying experience Ive ever had. Ive been doing business with Edgar and his team for about 9 years or so. From what Ive experienced Edgar is a genuine, upfront and honest kind of guy. BUYERS REMORSE = ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Not easy being a female car shopper but it was a pleasant surprise that Edgar (and Eddie) were so personable and friendly...so for that I give 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐However, within a couple of months of my car purchase with retirement funds, I have had to replace back brake pads, calipers and rotors; get a wheel alignment, consistent trouble with tire pressure sensor, cosmetically get hood painted..found out not original hood clear coat gone and headlight gets more yellow by the day.I love my car but this has been very disheartening, as I am on a limited budget and so far have spent approx $800+ in repairsP.S. Was promised 2 times I would get an owners manual...never did, so add $50 also.😞😞😞BUYERS REMORSE!!!!!!!!

I was looking for reliable transportation and I was a little hesitant to use Craigslist. I came across iDrive Financial and they had a 2009 EX-L 2009 Honda Accord. I called and made plans to come in to test drive the car and the rest is history. Eddie and Edgar are very professional. They are trustworthy. I had to come back the next day to have the rest of money but I had to put down a deposit to hold the car. Again a little hesitant because of past experience but they kept my car until the next day. Freddy was rude and condescending. Too many other places nearby to stay there and be treated like trash.

Terrible communication skills and costumer service. I am an out of town buyer who called minutes before I left to have a car set aside for me to purchase. After hours of driving the salesman called me as I was 30 minutes away to tell me they let another women purchase the vehicle I already had a set appointment for. When I tried to explain my frustration to them they disregarded anything I had to say and made it seem like it was my fault I didn’t live closer to their location. Its very unfortunate to have dealt with such poor business management. An absolute waste of time.
