They don’t answer the phone I’ve been waiting on a license plate for a couple months and now the car is a yard ornament. 2009 VW Tiguan 2.0t. He was trying to make a sale 2 days after buying the car I had to replace the alternator and spark plugs. Now with out having a cabin air filter and not responding to my calls or messages. I hope your karma comes good.

Have bought several cars,trucks,van never had a problem,There friendly,Easy to do bessiness with I personally love shopping with these guys there great! May take awhile to get paperwork but they get to you.

Im not sure if this place is run by someone different or what but the service I have received has been ridiculous. I bought a car from them at the beginning of March of 2019 they were supposed to put in the application for my title registration and plates. it is now the beginning of July 2019 and I have yet to receive any information regarding my title plates or registration. I keep getting the runaround regarding the process that they are taking to obtain these documents for me. They never answer the phone. They never reply to text messages. And when you come to their establishment during what should be their business hours theyre never open. I will not be buying anything from them anymore and I do not suggest that anyone else with common sense go to them to purchase any car.

Have bought 4 cars from them..all was great just wanted something different when I bought them allows you to bring a mechanic to look at the car...they tell you when something is wrong with the car if they know it. Great people ......I would recommend them for a low cost car that you can afford !!!

Go here at your own risk. I was lied to and sold a lemon. The lady that works there is rude and they refuse to work with anybody. My car broke down after 2 weeks.
