Bought a vehicle here a while back. While the deal was good, the staff was extremely rude and the encounter took a bit over 8 hours. The salesman smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and wild leave us waiting for over an hour in the lobby between small decision that’s took my husband my I about 5 minutes to decide on. We even informed them that we hadn’t had the opportunity to eat that day to try and speed up the process and were completely disregarded and ignored.We even got up to search for him multiple times and he was nowhere to be found.Terrible and rude company. Would not recommend to anyone.

I bought a vehicle from Neil Huffman about 10 years ago. For some reason they put their name on it as a Lien holder even though I had a loan from the bank for the truck. I am trying to get my name removed from it and there is 1 guy there apparently that handles liens, and he NEVER answers his phone/email. I have been trying to get ahold of him for 4+ weeks without any response.

Easy and painless transaction. Lower fees than in Kentucky. Worth the drive over the bridge! Tavis was super chill so we liked him much better than other salesmen we have met. Found us just the right Honda Fit she wanted even though Fits are a scarce right now. Thank you!

Bought my car from the Neil Huffman Auto Group and I always choose the Clarksville location for my services. We have tried other Honda dealerships in Louisville but it is worth the bridge toll to head across the river to Neil Huffman. The service is always fast and friendly. Most of the time I just walk over to the Bass Pro Shop during my wait and the car is always serviced quickly.

I definitely recommended anyone car shopping to go here. They are all so kind. We had the pleasure of dealing with Bill Cline. He was amazing. He didnt try and pressure us into any vehicle. He listened to what we wanted and needed. Very awesome to deal with. They stayed open past closing to help get us out of the door in a new car. My 5-year old son with us and started to get antsy so Bill actually sat and played with Legos with my son.

I bought a 2001 Toyota Tundra from Neil Huffman on Shelbyville Road and this vehicle had a bad engine.So they had me sit at a table and give me Diet Cokes while they grinded me down.This dealership is corrupt from the top to the bottom. Your wasting your time with these double digits!

Athough they have a few good people in service, parts, and reception, their sales and corporate people don’t seem to care at all. There seem to be constant management changes, resulting in disorder and lost paperwork. They procrastinate, fail to return phone calls, essentially say “not my department”, say anything to get you off the phone, and then fail to follow through on promises. Also, repair prices seem to have shot way up, which of course means you need to buy one of their new cars, right? ;) Sorry, I can’t recommend it.
Bought my Honda Fit there and the sales rep was a pleasure to work with. Have done business there for a number of years and keep going back. Service department is accommodating.
The guys in parts went above and beyond for me, they deserve a (p)raise!

I purchased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek last month and have been waiting for the entire process to be over to write a review. However, I am still dealing with the incompetence of this dealership and feel it is important for others to know of my experience.Initially, I inquired about this car on Memorial Day when my wife and I were off work. I made an offer that was $600 below list to try to match a previous listing I missed out on locally in Nashville and told them wed come buy today if they could meet our offer. The Sales Manager, Tripp, told me they dont negotiate on prices. Two days later I checked the price, and it was marked down to my offer from Memorial Day! So, I then burned a day off to go up to Louisville to purchase the vehicle, and the Sales Manager still refused to help me out. All I was asking for at that point was a couple hundred off because they essentially wasted my time and a PTO day by not being able to accept my offer on Memorial Day but then proceeded to mark it down two days later to what I had offered. He continued to give me the, we dont have control of our prices BS. Not to mention, their sales tactics are just terrible. Its more of an insulting the customer sort of pitch rather than really selling you on the vehicle. Earl, my salesperson, told me I need to get out of the 80s, and that they dont negotiate and carry a model like CarMax. I still sucked up my pride and bought the vehicle, because the price was right....that was about it.Then, once I drove the car off the lot, I noticed the odometer was 800 miles over the listing and they didnt even fill up the tank; it was at a quarter tank! I told Earl about it and tried calling the manager, and they did nothing. Plain and simple, they already had my money and didnt care. Im sure Ill get some boilerplate response from the manager on this review, but I know if I try to call itll be crickets.Also, the finance guy that helped me, Dylan, said he would send me my financial docs as soon as the wire transfer was completed. The transfer showed as completed within 3 days, and 2 weeks later I still did not have anything. I called him and asked where they were. His response, Its been super busy and it got lost in the shuffle. Oh great! Then, the same thing has happened with the title office. I called yesterday because my temp tags are about to expire. The lady informed me of their mistake, and they were lost in a stack of outgoing mail for the past two weeks. She said she would overnight the docs to me, so I could make it to the DMV by Friday before my tags expire. Guess what? No docs came in the mail today. I assume she forgot AGAIN. This is absolutely terrible customer service.These people just care about making their money and not the customer. Ultimately, the price was right, and i had performed enough research to warrant the purchase. However, every other part of the process was incredibly disappointing.

Their service department is terrible. i brought a 2017 MDX. last year.i have alignment issue that they looked at several time. they still cant figure out.i had warranty item to replace the gas fill neck. i took my SUV 4 times still not fixed. i dont think they have any respect for other peoples time.i would not buy any thing from them. customer service is poor.i am trying to figure out whether i can trade the MDX and get a Lexus or a infinity.
