I’ve been to three stores… I was able to purchase a shampoo at one store for regular price to be assure you could get sale price…and found cream rinse the very next day at the other store to get the special price of 2/16.00 and they WONT HONOR SPECIAL BECAUSE YOU DIDNT PURCHASE IT AT THE (IDA) Lowell SAME STORE… you’re not able to purchase because they don’t have product ( supposedly due to shipping issues ) it’s their way of not giving you the sale price..,, CUSTOMER SERVICE ( TAJA)STANDS BY THAT DECISION!!!!

Its Rainbow now, the clothing store and Im in love!Well priced, beautifully made clothes, that is flattering to every body type. They have trendy jewelry, all kinds of makeup and accessories. Shoes. Bras, underwear.Stuff to make your body look flawless under your clothes. Its like a form of spanks or waist trainers. The list goes on, they have a lot.Staff was helpful and I want to buy them out of all their clothes. thats how much I love there stuff.

Unfortunately this location always has bad customer service so I have to go to the Reading or Nashua store which has much more professional employees who keep the store clean and are nice

The lady who helped me today made my hair dreams come true. I’ve been trying to tone to get the icy white blonde and tried several different toners and brands. She was super attentive and helpful. She recommended a joico color which I had never really seen on insta or in the “trending” brands but it turned out amazing! I’ve also been to many salon centric and cosmo prof and this is the best experience I’ve had with these type of stores by far. I hope I see her again so I can thank her!

I only go to this location because its close and convenient - if it werent for that I would never step foot there. The people working there are always gossiping amongst themselves and are ghetto and unprofessional. If you need help they either respond as if your bothering them or help you arrogantly with a know it all attitude and impatience. Theyre all just young, obnoxious and unprofessional and every time Ive asked for any kind of assistance its like Ive interrupted their precious gossip time. Would be curious to know who the manager is - they need to hire a more professional crew of workers - not a bunch of kids who think theyve worked on Newbury street salons lol although if that were truly the case they wouldnt be there would they lol anyway I hope whosever in charge gets a new crew.
