I had seen a car there that I liked so I went to try it out. Jack of all trades Dan put a plate on the car and we took it out for a spin. It was warm enough to put the top down. When we got back to the lot I went inside and sealed the deal with Finance manage Dan. Being an older car financing was tricky but they were able to accomplish it.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!I had a miserable experience here. I live in Arkansas and I was sent pictures and a grainy video walk around of the vehicle I purchased and told in good faith that the car was perfect all around. No damage one or two scratches on the outside. Nothing major. I purchase the vehicle sight unseen because it sounded like the best deal ever for me at the time. It was everything I wanted and then some, plus the timing couldn’t have been better, big mistake. I was unable to contact the dealer for a couple days as they struggled to find shipping options after I had already sent the payment threw. Im guessing thats where they tried to save their money on cost. Car gets to Arkansas and when its pulled off the truck theres a massive dent in the front bumper, the car had over 10 quarts of oil covering the car because apparently the vehicle above my car on the shipping truck was literally a body less frame and leaked its engine/transmission fluids onto my car for the entire drive from Massachusetts to Arkansas. There were literally hundreds of scratches over the car and the active head lights were disconnected for some reason. I had to readjust the hood and bumper because clearly it had been in an accident before and was extremely misaligned. I am 20 and worked full time the last 5 years to save up and finally buy this car, it was the worst mistake of my entire life and I am still discovering issues with the car to this day. Ive gotten little to no compensation from the dealership and they will not respond to my emails anymore. Ive just chalked it up to a life lesson at this point.

I purchased a 2012 Focus for my son for his first car. The vehicle wasnt driven much since taking delivery as we were waiting for my son to pass his road test. The very first time driving it on the highway I started experiencing transmission issues. I notified the seller immediately and after weeks of back and forth they eventually told me there was nothing they could do since it had been more than 30 days (it was 34). I first experienced the issue only 150 miles after leaving their lot. It was only the 5th time driving the car and the first time driving it on the highway. I ultimately took it to a Ford dealer where it cost me an additional $2k to have it repaired. I asked Drum Hill if they could at least help cover the cost of the parts and I would cover the labor, but they did not reply. If you purchase a vehicle from them and have no issues, you will likely be very satisfied. But if they sell you a vehicle with issues, good luck getting them to do the right thing.

Greatest customer service. They assisted me in so many ways and even allowed me to drive all the way into Boston by myself before I even paid for the vehicle after I insured it. I drove back into Boston with their temporary dealer plates, because I forgot my plates at home. The car garage where my previous car was being stored with my old plates was closed so I had to drive all the way back with the car to their dealership to bring back the dealer plates they let me borrow. They waited behind almost 2 hours after they were already closed for me to return from Boston and then had a staff escort me back to Boston following me in his vehicle while I got to cruise home in my new car to exchange back the plates safely so I don’t get pulled over for driving a car without plates off the dealership lot. Phenomenal customer service to say the least. Great cars, comfortable air conditioned setting, fridge filled with refreshments, clean bathroom, the store room itself is quite simple but elegant. Many wonderful cars to select from, I left with a nice convertible in excellent shape and condition inside and outside interior. John was extremely helpful along with his associate a young man from Ecuador, I can’t remember his name but he followed me back to Boston out of his own convenience and that was very helpful. They register the car for you and everything. I recommend this place to anyone. You get an instant cash in hand bonus if you refer anybody to them and they purchase a car. I called the dealer and spoke with John about the white LR4 I was interested in. He immediately said that there are no implied warrantee on this vehicle, so I was a little concerned. I looked at the car and took a photo of the warrantee sticker on the window with the YES box checked. Test drove the LR4 anyway and steering wheel vibrated more than half of the test drive. This guy also complained about his asian co-worker that he thought was being lazy that day. He really seems upset about something and appeared to be more annoyed that I asked him to test drive the suv with me, si we can talk about the the suv. This is why most people hate dealerships. Very unprofessional.

I was car shopping for a 2014 Volkswagen GTI on the market, found it on this car dealership Drum Hill Autos it was a good experience from the beginning to end, I test drove the car, negotiations where brief also John assist me with the finance process and the delivery of the car to my house in a spotless condition. so far one of the most pleasant and hassle-free car shopping I had so far as it should be!

Stay far away from Drum hill .  They are very dishonest and will try and pull a fast one on you.  They will tell you what you want to hear and then switch things on you after you say you want to buy the car.  They tried pulling a bait and switch on me when it came to price.  I was told a price for the car in writing by text message.  I come to the car lot on the day I said I would to get the car on the agreed price.  I test drove the car and loved the car and agreed to buy it for our price we agreed on by text.  When the sales person came back to me he was not happy as he said I can’t have the car for the price I was promised because the owners don’t want to sell it to me for that price anymore.  I was never given a price that they would sell to me for and was being told that the 2nd owner in OR has to give them the price they would sell for.  I left the car lot and found out later that day that they were wanting to charge me almost $3000 more than what they promised to sell me the car for.  I drove well about an hour and half to get there and wasted about 5 hours of my day to come to a car lot that tried to pull a fast one on me hoping I would buy the car for more than what they told me because I liked it so much.  If you don’t want to deal with dishonest people that will try to rip you off stay as far away from the drum  hill   lot because the owners will try to pull a fast one on you.

Five months into the purchase of my Mazda I definitely need to take time to go online and thank Drum Hill Autos for this amazing catch.Im not a big fan of car sales people, but John was knowledgeable, easy-going and not pushy during the sale. We had a really nice conversation while on premises.When I checked the car with my mechanic later, he inspected it in and out and said it was like new with about 60k on it.Highly recommend.

Now, 4 weeks later, I can say that the car is in perfect condition. I had it for a manufacturer recall at an Audi dealer and asked them to thoroughly check it - they couldnt find a thing! Good inventory, fair prices, truly awful communication.I test drove a car on Friday. On Saturday, I called and said I would like to buy it, after getting it inspected, which I would do on Tuesday or Wednesday. I said I would call them back once I had scheduled an inspection with my mechanic, which I could not do until regular business hours. On Tuesday morning I called Drum Hill to say that I had an inspection appointment for Wednesday afternoon.John expressed some confusion since he thought my inspection was going to be on Tuesday, but he said, okay, he would expect me Wednesday afternoon.Later that day (Tuesday) he texted me to tell me that my hold on the car had only been for two days, so he couldnt keep it for me until Wednesday.He said that someone else was test driving the car at that moment, and I could only have it if they didnt want it. They bought the car.So, less than two business days after I expressed my intent to buy the car, when I said I was going to be picking it up the very next day, John sold it to someone else.I guess my mistake was making a verbal agreement over the phone about how long the car would be held. If anyone is interested in a car from Drum Hill, make sure to get all agreements in writing. They are not interested in giving you a couple days to arrange all the details of car buying. They want you to be ready to buy on the spot, or they have no time for you.

Over all speechless. I was intimidated at first due to I have never dealt with a dealership by myself. John wants to see you get the car you want and he is passionate about what he does. John did more than just help me he taught me a lot and is straight forward with you!

Id recommend going here to look for a new car. John hooked up my Passat with its cards and a great radio system, on top of that the interior is truly spotless I still cant find a single scratch. Great find!Update: its been 9 months since my purchase and the engine has seized for good. No more vw. Is now only worth the parts I can scrap it for. Very upsetting. Dont know why the multiple check ups didnt prevent this
