Careful! Watch the charges being applied on the item at the counter and weight machine too! I had bad couple of experiences, sneaky ways to charge more! Not going back for sure!

I went with my S.O. to buy some supplies for ayurvedic cooking. They seemed to have an exceptionally wide variety including fresh vegetables. One way you can tell if an ethnic store is authentic is how many people of that ethnicity visit the store. Even at 6 pm on a Sunday during a cold New England winter day, there was a steady but small stream of people coming through the store. Im only giving it three stars because for the most part I had no idea what I was looking at, so I dont know if the store was excellent or below average. I _can_ say I would go again if I need some Indian spices and mixes, because they literally had hundreds to choose from.

This place has elevated a lot recently. All due to Chetan bhai. So many new things and well managed. Plus he makes this place more likable and make come back here again. Prices are reasonable and you get almost everything. And if you dont get, do ask Chetan bhai, he will definitely get it if possible.

Last Owners were really nice. Today, I was surprised to see the clerk charge me whatever she wanted and when I confronted her she gave me craziest explanation about deliveries and supply due to Covid19.Price on the shelves hasnt changed, no other stores have changed the price.I guess they dont scan products anymore. Directly punching the price she wanted based on who is buying. They just lost a regular customer who has been here for last 5 years. I even told her that theres a store close to my house and the only reason I drive that far is because the last owners were really honest and nice. I dont ever remember them doing this. My previous rating was 5 stars. 2 stars this time to give benefit of doubt eventhough I know its direct price gouging on the face without shame.

Enter at your own risk! There is no practice of Covid safety. While they sell gloves and sanitizers (for their own business profit), there is no arrangement for customers to sanitize their hands, door handles (both in and outside the doors) or the counter. The counter does not have plexiglass. Instead a home grown plastic sheeting that hits ones face while checking out. The narrow passages do not help. A recipe for disaster.

I have been living in Lowell for past ten years. In my knowledge this is the best place for Fresh vegetables and lots of Indian food items. We can get fresh veggies everyday. They have some seasonal items like Rakhee etc . So I am highly recommending this shop for who likes South Asian food .

Given this plaza is fully occupied and is in prime location, parking is often a problem during weekends and popular hours. Otherwise I love shopping here. One of my favorite Indian grocery store.

Beware of expired products. The tomato ketchup had expired one year back. Giving it 2 stars because it has decent variety of brands and reasonable prices.

Veggies are fresh and cheaply priced. Store is organized somewhat, but a little too congested for comfort. Hopefully they can improve upon it.

Some of the sections in the shop could be arranged better. Commodities are stuffed randomly in the freezer. The kid at the checkout could be less indifferent. And the parking is a chore.
