Logan was the BEST! She did a great job helping me and staying on top of shipping even with COVID delays. I had made several attempts with other sales staff with NO RESPONSE. Just happened to get Logan one day and she definitely took care of the job.

Ordered a sink and they said it would be in in 2 weeks... 6 weeks later it still wasnt in. And the manager didnt have time to talk to us because they were getting ready for a Christmas party do yourself a favor and buy online or anywhere else... Youll pay less too.

In the beginning Morrison was great. They were helpful when I was picking out appliances, lighting and plumbing while building my house. When it was time to get and approve my choices, many items were left off and then I was questioned if I wanted to add things like trim kits. I had never built a house before so I didnt know the answers. I also had to hassle the sales person to get quotes sent to me.Later I found out that other companies in town were cheaper and had much better customer service and the knowledge needed when someone was building a house.The last straw in writing this review and the low star rating was due to the fact we received a brand new microwave that came to us not working. This of course was not Morrisons fault but we have been in our home for over three weeks and they have not contacted us once on the status or updates on the microwave. Ive had to make all the calls to check to see whats going on and now they are being rude every time I call. I would not refer anyone to this company.

They have a lot of nice fixtures in there....employees are polite, will step away if you ask....no shopper stalkers

Ordered light fixtures, one was broken. Ordered 2 different fixtures and eventually got lights, but getting replies to emails and voicemails was a challenge.
