The prices are ridiculous and the store is so overwhelming. Walmart has some of the exact same things for way cheaper. Its insane.

There a huge variety of things to purchase at At Home.You do need to make sure to use your home bathroom before visiting this store. The restrooms are very dirty!

This place is amazing! It has so many things. Good prices and their sales are good too! You need to make sure you have time to shop because you will want to see everything they have, and that will take a while! 😁I went with my dad so I didnt get to see it all but I cant wait to go back.

I ran in, found what I needed, and checked out quickly. Cashier Zoe was super friendly, fast and efficient.

Mask and plastic gloves used by staff. Signs of staying the recommended distance were on floor before being served. Staff were very well dressed any very professional attitudeSign at the entrance encourage mask wearing. Place was very clean and organized. Impressed of this place as it was the first visited. It had much items for home interior improvements.

I cant get enough of this place. A little on the expensive side but dig in the clearance and theres almost always buried treasure!!

I LOVE @Home! Finally a place that carries frames for the wallet size frames so we can put all the school pictures of our friends kids in frames!

Really like the four turquoise chair cushions we decided to go ahead and purchase. Down side was the trash on most floor aisles, multiple disorganized shelves with patio cushions falling onto the floor - what a slipping or tripping hazard for customers, we were very cautious but felt anxious. Employees or day laborers gathered together (5 to 6) but seem to be wander in aisles and oblivious to their task. My husband saw a ladder, deciding to retrieve a box of pillows as we wanted a specific size. I asked a man if he could help us because I did not want my husband climbing that ladder. He said that was not his department; but followed me when he saw my husband was carring the ladder. The man saw a woman employee at the end of the turquoise pillow aisle and stated she could help us; then asked her permission to allow him to climb the ladder. Im sure if Home... has a security camera they can validate these actions. No wonder people like to shop on line. Apparently most local businesses tend to want only cheap labor they can hire for less than 40-hours to not pay decent wages nor benefits to quality personnel-so sad for America! I will walk out next time!

At Home is an awesome place to shop. Their decorating ideas are phenomenal. My mother and I spend hours at a time at this store. The staff is usually very friendly also.

Make sure you have tons of time its a big place and there are lots of goodies to be seen.The clearance items being spread all over got somewhat confusing, but deals are there if you take the time to find em.

Great store steep prices but still not as expensive as name brand stores while still being name brand things but not as cheap as walmart. Its in-between walmart and target pricing.

I love this store. You can always find what you need for your home. Today I purchased cushions for my patio furniture. If youve never been here, youre missing out.

This place is getting so bad. I picked up some curtains that were in with stuff that was 75% off. They only came up as half off. So they call a supervisor and she told me that she labeled them herself and they were not 75% off. So they were in the wrong spot. Thats fine, but dont tell me where I got them. And while she argued with me she is picking at her wig or extensions or something. She was very unprofessional and just walked off when I asked for her name. With that circus going on, another item of mine was marked half off and they rung it up at full price. After I go back tomorrow to get that taken care of, I will probably not ever visit this store again. Who argues with the customer???

A super complex of dorm room and first home renters. I highly recommend regular browsing the clearance at least once a week to find that missing item to bring a room together.

Lots of great items to choose from. Customer service wasnt that great, bit the store had everything I was looking for when shopping for house decor, and at a reasonable price.

Lots of inventory, several clearance items, however, they are still more expensive than other stores. Less than average customer service. They are just doing their job, nothing else.

I usually have good experiences here, but i usually don’t need help with an item. The employee that was “supposed” to help was running around like crazy and got hung up doing something else. Another employee in the area was walking around for a bit (i didn’t realize he was an employee at first, i didn’t see the logo on his shirt). He checked his phone. Shortly before he came back with a cart of stuff - at which point i knew he was an employee, a cart had appeared in the area. I didn’t notice it prior to that point when i asked him about a flat bad cart and saw it mid-sentance. I’ve never had an employee in a situation like that not bother to help. Shortly after i loaded the cabinet from the second shelf onto the cart, the employee that was “supposed” to get it came hurrying around and they had a short conversation as i looked for other items. I believe shortly around that time it was the cashier that also came to check and make sure it was taken care of. The employee who seemed very busy was also the one who took the call to help me load, he was clearly busy, but was there by the time i got my vehicleto the door. I didn’t see the employee with the cart do anything other than push the cart around while i looked at a few more items before heading to the checkout.Of course it’s not At Home’s fault or the other employees, and maybe that gentleman was having an off day.

I really enjoy shopping at this place but today I was very disappointed when I noticed several employees not wearing a mask. 😷😪

I will never spend another dime at this store. The staff is not helpful. When we asked to speak with a manager about a Christmas tree out of the box the girl helping us said, “She is in a bad mood today” you probably don’t wanna do that. I spoke with two other associates that were also unwilling to help me.If you are that scared of your manager that you don’t want to call her to help someone then you need knew management.

My item didnt have price tag. Cashier looked for 5 minutes, couldnt find price so I ended up not buying item. Really, just charge me something instead of losing a sale

My wife loves this place. The store is huge, has a ton of stuff, and is easy to navigate. Prices seem to be about average, but their is never a line of people checking out and the isles are not crowded. They have a great selection of decor during the holidays, especially Christmas.

Horrible customer service at register never again

Walked into the store this evening in hopes of find some much needed items for my apartment. As I walked in there are signs on most of the racks that indicate clearance items (red for 50% off and green for 75% off). I came across a butler table for $59.99 and a green marker thru the barcode and it had a green sticker on the underside of the table. I was so glad to have found it and was excited until I got to the register. It came up at regular price and even the check out last thought it was odd. She turned to ask a gentleman at the next register about it and told me that he could take 50% off but cannot do the 75% off. I showed him the tag and the sticker and stated it should be 75% and not 50%. He refused but said I was still getting a good deal to which I replied as yes but this is marked at 75% off and it matches all the signs in the store to back that up. Needless to say I did not purchase the item on principle but bought the other items. I am just not satisfied with the customer service interaction and have decided to return to tomorrow to return the other items purchased this evening. I seriously doubt I will go back but if I do I will definitely make sure they are going to sell a discounted item and the in store advertised discounted amount before I haul anything up to the register.I wonder if I will the EXACT same reply from the owner on most of the reviews below.

Very impressed with how clean our room is. The staff is friendly and helpful. As close to the freeway as we are we did not hear anything. Breakfast was very good, there is a good variety. I would definitely stay here again.

This store is absolutely freaking enormous. It almost looks abandoned because there are usually only a handful of cars in the lot. The selection is equally enormous, but I find their pricing to be confusing. Theyll charge only $60 for a 5x7 foot rug, but a plastic garden gnome is $35. I tend to stick with clearance items, which are 50% off sticker. Best bet is to go right after a high holiday or the end of a season to nab reasonably priced decor.

Not a very good experience. Went looking for a rug. I found one, but it took about 45 mins. In the past, the rugs were on their proper shelves. They were numbered and stocked with the proper sizes. On this day, nothing was in order! The numbers as well as the sizes were all over the place! I may as well had been shopping at a Thrift Store....

Of course I love this store. Plenty of good deals all the time!

Needed fall/Halloween things and its a Christmas wonderland.

We go into At Home at least twice a month just to look around. Place is always clean and well organized. WIDE variety of pretty much everything a person would need in a home.

Well organized chaos.. perfect for an afternoon without children.

Most of the stuff appears to be stock for hotels etc. I just like a little more creativity and a personalized living space. It has fmgreat selection of thousands of household goods. Prices are a little high.
