I had spoke with Travis a few days before I actually went in to get the rails. They were out at their store currently but he took my money and gave me my receipt so all I had to do at the other store was to go pick them up. It was very considerate of him. When I got to the other store they already had my rails ready for me. It was a wonderful experience.

I shopped around town but I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service. ORyan was a true sleep expert, and not a pushy salesman. He greeted us promptly, listened to our needs, and pointed us in the right direction. He was knowledgeable about products and services (delivery, returns, exchanges, warranty) the store took precautions to sanitize between customers and I saw an employee spraying disinfectant on mattresses as we made our way through the store. I am so happy with our new mattress. I got it delivered next day and Im pleased with the price!

Found our family caught in a COVID quarantine. Four days into it our 13 yr old son had been sleeping on a blow up mattress that deflated every night. He would wake up on a cold tile floor every morning. We needed a mattress delivered and fast. We called the Slide Rd store and Monica hooked us up with a great deal and quick delivery. So happy with the service we received. Monica went above and beyond to get us what we needed at a great price. She was awesome!!!!

Had a mix up on the price thanks to the used car salesman named Brice. I went to the other much better location on 67th and Slide and talked with Travis, not only did he fix Brices purposely made mistake but he did it without any hassle and was completely straight forward and easy to deal with, also he did not come off like a sleaze ball. I thought I would never go back to Mattress Firm again but after dealing with Travis, not only will I go back but Ill only buy from Travis. Please consider promoting Travis or giving him a raise, he knows how to deal with customers.

My experience with the salesperson was efficient and pleasant. They assisted me in finding what I needed, within my price point and in a timely manner. I am thoroughly impressed with the actions they are taking to reduce the chance of COVID-19 spreading through their sanitation of mattress after testing as well as requiring a face mask to enter. The mattress I purchased was reasonably priced and they had a pretty good sale going on at the time as well. They addressed any and all concerns I had and also provide delivery of my new mattress and haul-away of my old one. They also provide very reasonable payment plans in-store.

The experience we had at mattress firm was one to well write a review of. First off we went in undecided about what we were really looking for. Travis the salesman was super busy being pulled in different directions and trying to check people out and do what he could for us. I bought my Daughter a new queen mattress and got the adjustable base for free. The delivery driver showed up on time and set everything up in a timely manner but forgot to pick up the old mattress, I called and spoke with Laura and she was very accommodating and spoke to the drivers and had them come back in 20 min to pick them up she even refunded the pickup fee for having to wait. She was great to work with!!

Went in to purchase accessories for a mattress I bought two years ago and gentleman that sold me over $570 in accessories never filled me in on the fact that they do not honor the manufactures guarantee since they cannot sanitize the item once returned. I completely understand the environment we live however if this the industry you conduct your business in why would you not have a process In place to remedy a basic need. I reached out to corporate to have a district manager take my issue. Their confirmation email said i would have a response in 48hrs and it has now been 5 days with no response. Employees at store fall back on a simply excuse that it’s policy and they have to send issue up to a district manager. I am the district manager for corporate company where I am responsible for customers in all major West Texas cities. If an escalation like this is filed I personally reach out to that customer in 24hrs and we have 8.5 million customers (20,000 of which are on my foot print). I am extremely disappointed in this company and while I had every intention of going back to purchase a mechanic bed frame from them it is now clear I should order directly from manufacturers to ensure they keep their warranty and guarantees.

Told the sales associate what I was looking for, and he helped us figure everything out in 15 minutes and find it in stock so I could have it this week! So helpful and efficient!

Went into this location this morning to purchase a mattress. Upon arrival I was not greeted or anything I actually entered an empty location. The girl working there I believe here name was Laura, seemed very disinterested. Almost like she didnt care to provide any customer service to me. She was very short and wasnt very customer friendly. When asked about delivery options she mentioned the earliest would be the next day and that wasnt good for me then she proceeded with attitude to say that same day delivery is never an option with this company. Which was fine! I proceeded to make arrangements for the mattress and box spring to be picked up. Long story short she waited until I told my pick up person to come to slide to pick my mattress and box spring and hung up to tell me he had to go to their warehouse/ distribution center to pick them up. Moments later another employee came into the store. Neither employees wore masks when Im sure its a state mandate to wear a face covering. Kinda defeats the purpose of me wearing a mask if the employees them self dont wear any. Anyway I spent over 200$ at this location and my overall experience was horrible. I am grateful I was able to purchase a great bed but customer skills need some adjustment

I went into the store July 25th and paid upfront for my mattress the girl working the counter seemed dismissive and as if she didn’t really care. I was told I would receive my mattress and box spring August 17th I never got a delivery After calling I then was told I was going to get them September 17th again they never showed up I called and was told I would receive them September 21st I never got a call confirming the date the day before. I check the website and they moved the delivery date to September 27th! So all in all I’ve been sleeping on a couch since July 25th waiting for my mattress to arrive that seems to miss the delivery truck every single time the delivery date comes around. I am tired, my back hurts, and I’m tired of sleeping on a couch. If I would’ve known I was going to get this much trouble to just get a mattress I wouldn’t have come to mattress firm at all. Sad about my experience but not sad enough to cancel my order since I’ve waited so long for it.

The sales associate was a little rude when we asked about cheaper mattresses. Felt very uncomfortable in this store even though I had an open budget but I tried to research some lower price mattresses. The salesman was not professional. Regardless of budget, customers should not feel uncomfortable. As such, I can not recommend this place. A good business always train their sale associates to treat ALL people with respect. This store is lacking in that ability.

Lynn was SO incredibly helpful! She was knowledgeable about the life expectancy of various mattresses, feedback from customers, the history of the brands, etc. She didnt give us the normal salesman pitch that we got from the other places we went to look, which got old really fast. She bent over backwards to help us afford a new mattress and even stayed 30 minutes after closing to help us load up our mattress that day! We had a very positive experience because of Lynn and I definitely recommend doing business with her!

Great service from store staff and delivery service. BUT, I had to pay $97 to have a $100 box spring delivered. I have a truck and am more than capable of arranging delivery from anywhere in the county myself, but was told I had to use the delivery service. Disapointed.

Laura was awesome. Helped us get financing for our bed and even helped us pick out sheets and a protective cover for it. If we ever need another bed we will come back here.

My wife and I came in to buy 3 queen beds for our kids. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Got a bulk discount. The beds were delivered the next morning and the old beds were gone. Excellent service.

We went into the store on a Friday evening...expecting just to try out a few mattresses. Isela, the store manager, immediately began helping us and treating us with such kindness and respect. While we tried out different mattresses, she interacted with our daughter in such a sweet manner. We purchased our mattress, mattress cover, and pillows that evening. She went out of her way to make sure that we went home with all the we could that evening. Our mattress was even in store, so we were able to pick it up the next morning.
