I was having issues with the portal online, and as a result needed to go into a Boost store. I was not looking forward to it because Ive had some poor experiences at these locations. We went in, and were helped by Victoria. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. Even more impressive, the store filled up quick and she managed to address everybody while still taking care of us. There are closer locations to my home, but if I have to go to a Boost store, it will be this one in hopes she is there to help!

Got into the worst situation because of the rep that owns the store. She doesnt know how to do things in the store and shes even recommend we sell the phone we just bought, because what she had told us would work, didnt work when it came to changing numbers. So we are stuck in this boat that she put us in! On top of that, she has her kid sitting in the back calling for her and shes just shushing him over and over. Didnt realize this business was not professional and they have no right selling anything if they cant even figure out their process and how things work internally, lying to ppl to buy things that wont end up working for them! Simply put, the owner is a joke. And shouldnt have got us in this mess in the first place.

Terrible cell service. Will not suggest to anyone. I posted this 8 months ago and you just now want to talk about it? Wow I believe that shows part of what I was talking about. But really the cell service itself doesnt even work right down 50th street from where we purchased back then. No we are with a different cell service and we are so very happy!
