Very good customer service and they were very polite ☺️☺️

Going into the store was way better service than calling customer service Thank-you Metro on 19th street.

The box does not work it run 4 about 45min and then it stopped and then start for 3min then stop so we stopped using it

Location is very clean and I felt very safe going in despite COVID-19. Sales people are very knowledgeable and super friendly!

Had a steak and ribs ribs were really dry and tough

The 3 associates that helped us right before Christmas, to me was a true Christmas experience. Not only to see a smile on my fiances face, getting a new device but also helping me get one as well. Helping us figure out the best plan to suit our needs, they were accommodating in every way. These associates went above and beyond just regular customer service. I would call them heros for being understanding of our situation. This team was lead by Alisha and once again they did a wonderful job and we will be returning to this store for all our cellphone needs in the future.

This store is fantastic!! Alisha was simply wonderful in helping both my fiance and I new phones and got us on a bundle package. We were so happy to have gone to her store and her team was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions!! We left the store very happy vustomers and will make sure to frequent this location for all our future needs!!Crystal Martinez
