In my own opinion, this is the best GameSpot in the city of Lubbock.The staff have always been kind and helpful, in my experiences.I am a regular to this establishment, and encourage other gamers to do the same.The facility is always clean and well-organized.The business is located near quite a few other establishments, including fast food businesses and other specialty shops.

The guy there was very nice and helpful... and his voice sound like it should be on radio or television... he was very profession..

Ive heard all sorts of complaints about this place but attempting to find games or buy anything here is way over priced and the customer service treats you like your bothering them.

Nice selection of pops in my opinion. Following the social distancing pretty well. Very respectful my favorite stop to go too, they answer any questions you have and even have tons of information on games of interest as well as their experience with games.

Called 10 min before close to see if they had a switch lite bc online it said it was available. Keep in mind I live right across the street from this game stop so it would’ve literally taken 2 min maybe less to drive there.Anyways, this dude answers the phone, “thank you for calling GameStop WHERE WE CLOSE AT 8, how can I help” I was polite even though that wasn’t needed and hung up. I don’t know what you’re training your staff but that was the worst attitude I had gotten in a long time and it’s hard to tick me off. Treat people better, This is why people prefer 806 games.

Ralphs records has a better selection of what Im looking for. These guys are way over priced. I will not go back

Above all everything is what to expect at gamestop! However. If you have an Elite Membership you should automatically have unlimited trade ins. Not a limit on how much items can be traded in. I understand the others memberships yes but not an Elite.

Call to check on a game console told me he would check on it and be right back to the phone left me on the phone on hold for 7 minutes and never came back and then no one would answer the phone for over 2 hours after that wont be bothering with this place ever again

What can I say gamestop is gamestop, a horrible over priced cheap buy back company poke n everyones eyes. But not mine, These are just a few reasons I dont go to gamestop anymore .Today I gave them a chance and they were sold out of a game I wanted. Instead of ordering on Amazon like I did now, I went and wasted my time .

If you like gane go to games stop for your games

They are always out of everything, but they will keep the displays up and let you wait in line for 30 minutes before they tell you. This last visit the cashier smelled like pot and looked like he just rolled out of bed. Store is a mess. I will no longer shop at gamestop since the prices are not any better than anywhere else.

I like coming here for the convenience but I just got $20 for call of duty infinite warfare legacy pro, and job simulator. I bought job simulator last week for $30 and codiw at $100 ish. And if that wasnt enough I bought farpoint vr yesterday, and even though this sounds bad I was going to go get the bundle from another store after returning the game. They say they can only do cash or store credit and only offer me $20I just got the game YESTERDAY. Its no wonder gamestop are closing
