It’s only open for Costco members. If you need big amount of products then you should consider costco. But sometimes small type of products has bigger price at costco. I usually like to take photos, but this time I forget to take a bunch of photos.

While filling up the truck with fuel, I had a sudden urge to find a bathroom...do I go in the store just to pitch a number 2? Well my friends Im sure glad I did...the bathroom in at this Costco is spacious and they have dual grab handles that allow you to guide your rear end onto a soft landing. Costco is the place, just not for discount fuel, bulk food purchases...now we can add clean spacious bathrooms

Great place to shop! The staff is great. The food options are awesome. The fresh food is always great. If you find that something was not to your satisfaction, Costco customer service is the BEST at correcting it! Great place to shop where customers are valued!

I hate to say this but here goes. They have really gone down on the quality of some items. If it was just once or twice I could understand but not real happy with a couple of my purchases but its too far away to run back and replace.

Great clean Costco! Very friendly workers, well organized, wasn’t too crowded on a Tuesday around 11 am. Easy returns process and set up for second card member getting their photo and card done. So much assortment of good quality food and items for sale. Much better than I’ve seen at Sam’s Club. Good gas prices. No masks required.

I always buy my tires here but just had a bad experience. They repaired a tire puncture but it leaks and they say is unrepairable, I have the tire warranty but they dont have a comparable tire. Lady manager told me if I can find this same tire they would pay for it . I went and spent 300$ on two tires and they went back on their word. She says she doesnt remember talking to me, better get it in writing.Untrustworthy .

I could spend a fortune at Costco. You have to know your prices for sure. Sometimes you are able to split things with others. Meats are pricey but it is prime cut.

There are so many good prices there I am going back when I have a chance to shop I loved it! That was my first time there but I definitely will be going back 👍

First time ever in a Costco. It was clean. The few associates I interacted with were friendly. I would go again. We dont have on in the area but its a nice store. I would shop here again. I recommend.

For a company that wants to follow the science, we’ll forget Costco. Costco are still having a mask mandate for their customers. One rule or law to follow for the whole world and Lubbock TX. The State of Texas and City of Lubbock have cleared, released all mandates, but not Costco. The reason that was given me to wear a mask in Costco, is that they were a worldwide company. (I’m also a member of several professional groups that are also worldwide, but they have had the wisdom to go by local and state governments guidelines in the Geographic locations of their group meeting.) Where is their Wisdom?If Costco was interested in the science and not politics, they would default to the state or country and local governments to help their businesses conform to local mandates and requirements. They are a worldwide company and there is no hope, and we will be wearing a mask the rest of our life at Costco, for someplace in the world they are wearing a mask for some type of virus or disease.I’m so thankful we have a Sam’s Club here in Lubbock, for they will allow one to wear a mask if they want to or not. This is a strong worldwide company which still appreciates one’s freedoms and they have the wisdom to default back to state local and city governments in their requirements for one’s healthcare.If they do not lift this requirement soon, I will not be renewing my membership to Costco.If you appreciate this review please replicate the thoughts and encourage this company to follow the science and the current laws of the state, local, and city governments. If this message hits their pocketbook they will no longer be concerned. Please encourage Costco to follow the science and do what our local and state governments have said. I like shopping at Costco. But this particular location is something else. Im a long haul truck driver and I stop today to get a case of water and some food. Cant belive it was 9:40 am and the girl at the door NOT letting me in because from 9-10 at seniors time. Really, Truck driver doing deliveries to you and you can let him in WITH EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIP.Its so sad. Thats how you treat truck drivers.

This Lubbock Costco is just what you’d expect from any other Costco, but it is a lot less crowded than other ones I’ve visited. Great experience, exactly what I expect from Costco

Generally, Costco has the best product selection and the best prices in Lubbock (excluding the occasional heavy discount at Market Street or Sprouts).In several years of membership, the only problem Ive encountered at the Lubbock Costco is a handful of employees with a poor-me, entitled attitude when asked to perform their job (like requesting a simple return). Management should be a little more careful in the hiring process.Costco offers significantly better products than Sams Club at similar prices. For example, most fresh and frozen produce, frozen foods, snacks, and canned goods are USDA-certified organic at Costco, while Sams is selling pesticide-insectiside sprayed conventional products at the same price. Pretty easy choice for an educated consumer, Right?The reason for this discrepancy is well documented. Costco collects a far smaller profit margin per product sold than other competitors, instead opting to pass the savings to the customer to increase sales.Do yourself a favor and shop here. Youll enjoy the savings and support a wonderful corporate model.

I love Costco, they got so much to choose from clothes, food, appliances and more. I definitely recommend getting a membership.

I ordered a washer dryer set. They said it would take a month on the app so I waited. They gave me the delivery date and said anywhere from 7am to 9pm. I waited all day and no call no show. I called and they said they show its coming. Awful, horrible experience Im still upset about. Ill probably not renew and go to Sams over this.

Costco is Costco. Food and items in bulk? Yes please. I love it when the older gentleman is there talking about the samples. ( you can her him aisles away) He makes my day every time.Good selection, fresh, and the lines move fast. Workers are nice and helpful.

Absolutely love Costco. They treat their employees well internationally. You can tell by the caliber of the people who work there. That makes buying the high quality Kirkland brand and other stuff possible in good conscience. Excellent prices and quality, especially on protein and wine. 🍷 Best fuel value as well. The main reason I am giving 3 stars is because they force you to where masks. The second reason is the dont offer the bread selection that there competition offers. The third reason is selection. It seems that the competition offers a larger variety of items.On a good note--they do offer a much better price on milk.May God bless everyone who reads this.

I bought needing sheets several years ago here and they have been awesome. We have finally worn them out so I wanted to get more. Sadly they dont carry, online or in store, that specific sheet anymore, nor anything similar. The selections of sheets in store were very limited in color, mostly just white. Of course, there are plenty of other things to fill the cart!!!

Costco used to be a really fun place to go, but now they are pushing organic products. Some of the groceries they have now, I have never heard of. Wont be going there...

My absolute best Wholesale Club to shop.

The customer service at this store has become non-existent this year. I was always a big fan, until 2020. Theyve started treating us as inhuman as possible. I used to love buying tires here, but now you have to have an appointment just for a rotation and they expect you to wait outside. OUTSIDE, in the cold, with no car to sit in because they have it in their shop.We signed up for the plus membership last year, since we spent 2k++ on tires, and 800 on a mattress, etc the year before. Never got our certificate (common problem) and they said they would reissue it, asked again a month later, said they would reissue. Never got it, so we didnt renew the plus. At Sams they will apply your plus credit straight to your purchase right there at the register.They expect infants to wear masks, even though the Texas mandate is 10 years and up. In fact, if an adult touches their mask to adjust it, within seconds an employee will come over and chastise you.Ill update the review when (if) they start treating people like humans again.

New self checkouts are a complete disaster. Extremely glitchy. Pointless, considering an employee has to stand there to scan your large items. After all this you get made to feel like a thief when leaving the store because the receipt checkers count every item in your cart.

I have to say this is my favorite place to shop. Not only do they have great products but the service is amazing. There is one cashier Halee that always is so amazing she is the best she really is. I would recommend this place over any other like it.

Super clean environment. Staffs are friendly! Whenever you need help a genuine Costco staff will notice you and come help you immediately. Some stood around talking to each other and pretend youre looking for someone when I actually need assistance. Gladly, a young lady ran up to me and asked I am in need for assistance in the merchandise department!

I would definitely recommend for household products and grocery. They have some best wine collections for sure and must checkout supplement products definitely. I must say that place was squeaky clean and well organized everything was in stock. They have a lots of organic products as well. In this pandemic they are taking all safety precautions and in well mannered.They don’t have whole lot for bulk shopping for business. They do have tobacco products and groceries.

Check Costco for their optical department. Pricing compares to buying online, and quality is better. They don’t have quite the selection, but they have something for just about everyone!

Didnt have cottonelle. Drinking Glasses, they got rid of big bag scoop kitty litter. For such a huge store youd think theyd have more of a variety of items. Nope!

Optical service horrible experience from Jw and another lady with him. Refused to let me purchase a prescription after pulling up a digital version of my prescription after waiting 30 mins for my phone to charge. Will not be returning horrible service and will be reporting to corporate. For a person that worked since 2013 should be ashamed!

I was charged $24.99 for curtains that were marked $19.99 and charged for 8 when I only bought 7. I did not know this until I got home and unloaded.$24.99 +$35.00 overcharge means I was overcharged$59.99.

Not impressed,membership is $15 bucks more than Sams club. Same set up as Sams club and same type of merchandise on displays.

We absolutely love our local Lubbock Costco! Everything stays well stocked, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and organized.

Other than the drive to and from, I highly recommend shopping in a blizzard. I could have run up and down the aisles! 😄

Such a great selection of their house Kirkland brand and many other products. The thing I like best about them is that they pay their employees a livable wage. Tires and pharmacy are also top notch. Downside is that they often discontinue products I like but still worth the membership.

Costco is a great place for families in my opinion, because everything is sold in bulk. However, what a lot of people may not know is that they sell a lot of larger items as well. My friend bought a leather electronically reclining sofa and loveseat from Costco. You can also buy cars and book vacation through them as well! However, I usually take advantage of the 40 pack waters for three or four dollars.

I love this store now with self checkout that makes it alot quicker! Thank You Costco

The Texas mask mandate requires only children 10 and up to wear a mask.I’m not sure why Costco is requiring children 2 and up to wear masks but that’s not happening for my young children. We had been members for 7 years but due to this policy we signed up for Sam’s this morning! Will never renew our Costco membership. Sam’s however does not require children under 10 to wear masks in their store, so we will be taking our money elsewhere.
