My first visit....place was very crowded. Enjoyed the variety of products. Large electronics area. Art supplies bountiful. Very nice personnel. Didnt like having to scan my own purchases. No cashiers, but help was available.

Costco is great shopping with abundant food and other items. I always spend to much money because I always find something extra that I want. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Always seems clean and well maintained, weve only been her a yr. But when we go there, its nice walking around window shopping, when not in the stores.

Nice, clean shopping center. We shop at only 1-2 stores here, but its nice to walk around. My only issue would be the design of the entrances and exits on this entire property. They design it so you are forced in and out of very few locations and they get PACKED.

Was in awe of the beautiful shopping center. Good variety of shops. Well maintained and designed landscaping. Plethora of dining choice (Bone Daddys is my fave). We were passing thru for baseball tourney this time, but want to take a couples trip and get some shopping done.

As a Nike walking billboard, I usually shop on the app but the store has some pretty good selections as well.

Fantastic variety of stores to choose from. Parking lots are always clean and so are all the stores. Delightful experience every time my family and I visit from DFW.

We had a great meal at PF Chang. Our server was amazing and the kung pao shrimp was absolutely mouth watering. The plaza has a nice selection of stores and salons.

Beautiful place to park and walk around in. A jewel in this growing city. You have to check out all the great deals & New places! The parking situation on strange to say the least, especially near the Nike/Torrid area. Very pretty tho!

This place gives a city plaza kind of vibe. Great choice of music, nice stores like nike, banana republic, gap and so on, and good food to have. I specially like the yogurt place.

Not the largest selection but it does make for a great day, walking between shops and ending with a beer.

Great shopping center since I can go to Cabela’s while my family can go and shop at all the boutique stores and there are some really good restaurants here.

This is one of kybfavorite places to shop in Lubbock. This outlet mall contains stores like Skechers and Old Navy as well as individual boutiques and creative businesses. It has something for everyone.

I love West End Plaza! Great selection of stores and several restaurants to choose from. What I dont like is the traffic. You almost need traffic lights.

I found Sketchers easily and bought what I wanted to buy.

Crowded on a Sunday afternoon, with stupidly designed small streets, way to undersized for the traffic generated by the businesses in this shopping center. Parking was way overcrowded. Honestly, there is nothing here I need bad enough to put up with the traffic and overcrowding. If you like dense crowds and endless traffic, you will love this place on Sunday afternoon.

Loved Aspen Creek and their famous Ribs.

Amazing !!!Like coming here because everything is really convenient & shopping is great here in Lubbock Texas, especially after Covid-19 reopening .We can enjoy going out again & visit our friendly merchants !

The parking was not bad but there were drivers who were not stopping for anyone in the crosswalk. Makes it dangerous with the kids since they are not watching as closely as the adults.

I love the shopping and it has great stores but its next to impossible to wait in lines for less than 10 minutes to get to and from parking only 1 way in and out its kindof bad enough that it keeps me from going sometimes Im thinking maybe uber or a cab next time

Great eats and good parking

Since this was a pick up order, we were told to wait under the neon signs (kind of loud live music so it was kind of hard to understand fully what she said) and then the bartender proceeded to point towards the end of the bar... so we kind of walked towards the end of the bar... she scolded us and got a little louder and said over there, under the signs. Okay, we walked over to the designated area to place the order and we waited for what felt like a long time. The designated take out area is definitely not social distance acceptable. Finally placed the order, and to our delight, they got it wrong. Asked for wings with bone-in. We got wings without the bone. Honestly... those are chicken tenders call them what they are. Its either wings or chicken tenders, not wings bone in or bone out.

I love going to west end! It’s nice to have an outdoor place to walk and shop. And it’s expanding so much that you could spend a day their! There are also a lot of different restaurants and bars that you can go to. There are also some really good dessert and yogurt places there too! I just stay away from world of beer.

Very nice, clean shopping center. During the holidays, it was very under control which was very nice considering how hectic the holiday season can be.

Huge selection at Skechers, great deals at Banana Republic, & plenty of good restaurants competing for my patronage is s winning formula for this bargain shopper.
