Love the cool vibe and the pies are absolutely to die for. Very unique way of making your own pie. You can pick your pie crust, mousse, and topping, or you can have one of their already made pies. Whatever you choose it will be amazing. I had the birthday cake with blonde crust. It was delicious. Cant wait to go back and try more flavours.

Cute concept. Mousse is great. Pies are so so. Pie crusts need work. Worth a desert night trip. Coffee machine was not working rating for the deserts would have been lower but atmosphere made up for it.

I usually love coming here to get a quick dessert. Ive been at least a dozen times and have enjoyed almost every visit. This time I decided to order delivery through DoorDash because I didnt want to drive across town in Halloween night craziness. I ordered 2 large mouse bites with white chocolate mousse, brownie batter mousse, sugar cookie base, and oreo base. I outlined in the instructions area for them to be made with the oreo base and brownie batter mousse on bottom, sugar cookie base and white chocolate mousse on top with extra whipped cream. And if they didnt have this available I selected for them to contact me. I waited an hour for my order which was fine but what wasnt fine was what I received. I got 1 large mousse bite with layers of chocolate mousse between oreo base and sugar cookie base. I also got 1 large mousse bite with layers of cookies n cream mousse between oreo base and sugar cookie base. Whipped cream was missing from each as well. Not only were the items wrong but they seemed to have been made rather sloppily. It just wasnt the service not quality Im used to with Pie Bar. It was very disappointing. I received a full refund from DoorDash but I wouldve rather had my correct items. I will go back to Pie Bar but Ill probably never order delivery again because they dont seem to have that aspect of the business quite refined yet.

Super friendly guy at the counter (who seemed like he may have been the owner but Im not sure.) I came in with my kiddos, which meant we were chaos walking. He kept them engaged in the ordering process even though he didnt have to, which gave me a much needed minute to breathe. He let us sample the flavors of the pie filling, talked with me about the changes theyve made over the last 10-15 years, and was overall friendly and informative.Pie Bar offers a build-your-own pie bowl with 1-2 flavors (think ice cream scoops in bowls) and there were plenty of options for pie fillings. However, not too many which was nice. There are multiple toppings to choose from like pecans, oreos, and graham cracker crumbs. They also offer mini pies and coffee. I had the mini millionaire pie and it was fantastic! Their brand is a unique take on an old concept, and we will definitely be adding it to our favorite sweet stops in town!

They had a recent price increase which is the reason for my 4 star review instead of 5, not as worth it to me anymore/not going out of my way for it anymore. The cups are very good and you get to customize everything about it. Highly recommend for dessert lovers.

Pure deliciousness. We bought from the case but the concept is like an ice cream shop. You get to choose crust, filling and topping. The regular crust was perfect for the chocolate banana pie. The turtle cheesecake was good but the pie was better.

I made my first pilgrimage to this wonderful place. This is as home made as what Grandma made. Its just so good. I had the hot blueberry cobbler and it did not disappoint at all. The only thing I didnt care for, the menu said they had chocolate whole milk. It wasnt whole milk and it was barely chocolate. Overall it was a great first visit, I love the soothing atmosphere, and the staff are super nice. I cant wait to bring my family here.

But today, I was extremely upset with the customer service and the price/menu change. As a ritual when I introduced new people to Pie Bar, I often ordered a pie flight so we can try most of the flavors. I was informed today that they no longer do a base for any the mousse unless you want a mini pie instead. That means your mousse is just gonna sit in a cup with a pinch of one topping. Isn’t the whole concept of pie is having a crust/base or am I been wrong this whole time? After the ‘pies’ are made, the person who helped us said it will be around $13 for the flight which is what I usually pay for $12.50 + tax. But when we checked out, the cashier said it’s $16. So I asked her why is it $16 cause the other worker said it’s $13. The cashier said oh it’s four mini pies make up a pie flight... She is not even bother to ask her coworker why they give me a different price. No communication was made and she is just standing there quietly. That just pressured me to pay and get the heck out cause I don’t want to argue in front of my guests and I’m annoyed.I was here 2 weeks ago with a different guest and we had a fantastic time but today is not a what I used to. Seriously consider whether I want to come back again after this experience of customer service.

Not managed well. The turtle cheesecake is the flagship and aforementioned uh-mazin’. Consume the menu with a full stomach. Drive-thru is convenient. The atmosphere is fitting for a date. No homework/study vibes.

Hands down the BEST cheesecake in town! SERIOUSLY. You have to give a 24 hour notice to order a full one. We get them for special occasions at work and they always are so delicious! They also sell it by the slice in the store.

Always a fun stop in Lubbock. I really enjoy the pretzel crust with hot apple pie filling. Add whipped cream if you feel luxurious.

I ordered a pie and cheesecake on door dash. They only included the pie and said they issued a refund for the cheesecake. I’m not sure when I will be getting that, but they never called or said anything. I had to call to find this out. I wish they had asked my dasher to substitute it or at least tell me. If I wanted the money I’d have gone myself to get it instead of using an expensive app.

Great place for a chat with a friend or loved one. The desserts are really tasty. My sister and I really enjoy this place every time we go. The cheesecake is awesome. My sister likes the build your dessert.An assortment of comfortable seating just adds to the pleasant experience.

Pie bar has good combinations to go with any specific sweet tooth. The double bite size is great and the dark chocolate mousse is freaking delicious and rich. Staff is attentive and cordial. Will come again soon!

Pie bar has many options for mousse with crusts underneath, but what I go for every time is their cobbler options. From the pecan pie cobbler to the apple, it’s been delicious every time. Hard to describe why, but worth the visit trust me.

This place is amazing, the desserts are fantastic and the atmosphere is great! My husband and I were going to get a double scoop but didnt want our flavors to mix so we asked if we could get them in separate cups and they did it for us which was so nice! Because they charge 5.60 for a double scoop and 4.50 for a single scoop so it was like we got two singles without having to pay the single rate. LOVE this place!!!

The idea behind this place is genius! We got a sampler during our visit and we were not disappointed! Every single flavor was delicious. The decorations inside are beautiful and make it feel very warm and inviting.

The selections vary throughout the year, but theres always something delicious to savor and enjoy. I only wish I still lived in Lubbock just so I could swing by more often.

An awesome switch from the norm-a mousse bar. The death by chocolate was superb. We got a flight of mousses consisting of six different flavors for after tonights supper. All flavors are made from scratch. You gotta go there!

The pie bites are always delicious and serve as a wonderful dessert. They have a variety of options and something for everyone. My complaint stems from the fact that they have raised their prices way too much in a short time. I dont come here anymore because their change of prices and dont see why they need to charge so much more for the same product.

We ordered the apple pie scoops, and they were very tasty. This place has a ton of different combinations for any taste preferences. Seating is really limited, and there tend to be quite a few people in line, but youll get through pretty quickly.

Disappointed. We ordered 4 slices of Millionaire pie at drive thru.. The young lady charged us and went to get pie. She returns and tells us they only have 2 slices and what did we want instead. We told her a slice of coconut cream and the hot apple pie bite which is 74 cents less but she did not offer a refund and the coconut cream looked like it had been dropped. Oh well, and they expect a tip, get real. Probably not going back to this location.

The service left something to be desired today (my first visit here). I feel like Id know more about it, but the young lady didnt seem to like answering questions so I stopped at asking about the coffee. Welcome to your new addiction! The pie bar has a variety of crusts and mousses to cater to every palate. They also have excellent pie slices and cheesecakes. Be warned once you try it youll be back often.

Deserts are great, they just opened a new location and the seating and atmosphere is worse than the old location. My back was hurting from sitting on a stool, and there was too much white lighting.... Definitely killed the chill atmosphere of the old location!

Delicious! Around the holidays, the pumpkin mousse is to die for! I usually mix white chocolate with dark chocolate. Its very rich and decadent, so the pie bite is more than enough!

Price is off. Did not like the fact that they uses plastic wares. Makes me think pie is from Sam’s. They asked for a tip upfront when you get your food yourself as you pay for it then clean as you go.

Went through the drive-thru last night looking for a recommendation of what I should get but never got one. Got the double Oreo Cookie with Oreo crust and only ate half. Woke up at around 1:45 a.m. and was sick from it. TWICE. I’m afraid I won’t be back. I wanted to like it since I live nearby but sadly I don’t at all.

This was the best dessert and experience. The person behind the counter was very patient with us in explaining the process and the dessert was so delicious!

Everytime I go, they are always out of cheesecake. Its a waste of my time and money if I want cheesecake. I really dont think I should have call and see if they have cheesecake before I load up. Sad to say, its probably not a bad idea.
