Customer service is absolutely incredible. Im sure with their hours they get a lot of shy anxious introverts but my first time going was tonight because I needed food and to take a walk after being on the brink of an anxiety attack. This guy was so calm and patient with me as I went over the menu several times trying to will myself to speak. I even overlooked that they didnt accept cash and he just told me very calmly. They have no clue how bad my day and night was and still were so nice. I walked outside feeling so much better.Also, the cookie is delicious, Im currently eating it and typing this out.Thank you so much for your delicious cookie and patience, I truly appreciate it!

Do NOT go if you have ANY allergies. We are only sensitive to LARGE concentrations of nuts and only choose items without nuts, but we ALWAYS have a reaction. They must be cross contaminating with SPITE.

I worked for Subway for several years. I would be willing to bet the cookies are bought frozen from the same food service company. So, unless its 2am and literally nothing else is open youd be better off walking down the street for the same cookies at a lower price especially if you just want sugar cookies.

A slightly awkward experience for me. I was with a group. The store is trying to have social distance rules. (Which is totally fine, I respect that) With the size of their store only 4 of us were allowed in at a time. So everyone had to stand outside to wait their turn. It was a little odd in our particular case, and rather cold outside. But the cookies were VERY good and it was a fun little treat late in the evening! I would definitely try them again!

Ordered 4 big cookies 3 were really good, but 1 was very obviously old. Really hard and dry. I asked my wife if it was just a little too toasted and she agreed with me. I called to try to express our experience and no one would even bother answering the phone. Fro the price, the cookies should always be fresh. We’ll return to Crumble.

We had the best experience in the beginning but here lately it has been awful! We used to get our cookies fast and super warm!! They were the best. Now they are cold and hard. We have had two orders with SEVERAL missing items, our cookies delivered to the wrong house 2 times also! (Yes the address was right.) Unfortunately we will no longer being ordering from them anymore. I’m not sure what happened to people that use to work there but it sucks now. Every order now something is wrong, missing, or not delivered to the right house. Don’t waste your time or money.

Usually decent service and food but my order tonight was not good at all. I ordered my cookies and didn’t receive them for almost an hour and a half. Once I finally got my order, I opened the box to find my order completely wrong; despite the receipt being correct. I am frustrated and will not be ordering from here again anytime soon.

Best place for cookies. The cookies are always amazing and spot on, super delicious for a late night hankering. Super friendly staff and super talkative. Unfortunately they do not deliver to us, since we are just on the cusp of the stop line for delivery, but i’m that doesn’t take away from how absolutely delicious these cookies are.

Last night my Jeep had a flat tire at 2:30 am. We were stranded until 4 am and nobody stopped to even ask if we were okay except two of your employees. Both were so nice and helpful! One of the guys even brought us a cookie on his way out and it made our night 100% better!We appreciate how nice they were to strangers on the side of the road. Please know that those employees are wonderful humans!And the cookies were the best 🥳

Friendly staff. My favorite part is sitting on the bay window waiting on my order. Takes me back to being a child again. Perfect place to go for a sweet treat. I will definitely be back.

Ordered the triple threat birthday cookie for my boss and and was not told one of the cookie choices I picked could not be used. Instead they just decided on a substitution on their own. No phone call. I also asked if they could call me when it was ready and that did not happen.

I specifically ordered cookies that were in the display window. I thought I got what I ordered & paid for, however when I got home & opened them, my order was not correct at all.

There not much I love more than warm, oven fresh cookies, and this place has them down! Try the triple chocolate chunk, its bomb.

This happen on 2020/9/17 11:35 pm, just wanna put it out there if the owner is actually reading there review!!The workers at this place were not wearing face cover.I was there only for a cookie and had waited more than 10 minutes still no one come to help.First I they told me to give them a minute, then left me and other customer in the store. When I walked out of the store because I couldnt wait any longer, I saw they were chatting, just outside back of the store and no one is there helping other customer!!!!

Cookies here are so good and will satisfy your sweet tooth in the middle of the night. They have a couple of unique cookies and the latest, The Spicy Cocoa Cookie (I think it’s called), was extremely good. Cookies are a bit too expensive as well as other items. Great service and very clean space.

We went there and a guy who worked there never told us we couldnt pay with cash nor did they have a sign saying we couldnt after we ordered as I was pulling out my cash he said Cash or card. I said cash he then said Sorry we arent taking cash right now and gave me my money back. I get covid is going on but at least have a sign

I am extremely disappointed in the delivery service. I ordered cookies for delivery and had an estimated arrival time of 30- 45 minutes. I waited for double the time and tried to call and they did not answer. After being on hold for 15 minutes I drove to the location. I asked about my order and was told it has just been sent out for delivery. I drove back to my home and waited for another hour before they arrived. This is unacceptable.

TERRIBLE DELIVERY, said it was going to be about 30 minutes, its been an hour and a half and theyre still baking it said that they were out for delivery but it changed back to baking. Sucks because I love this place but they have the worst delivery service I have EVER gotten.

Great concept to be able to get some sweets late at night, the cookies werent anything special though. Didnt stand out compared to different store bought or home made cookies.

You delivery guy was absolutely horrendous. The point of getting a delivery is having it delivered to my door--NOT to stand out in 20 degree weather outside my building for ten minutes waiting for your delivery boy to complete his thirty seconds away drive to me, as he claimed over the phone. Hire new people that are actually COMPETENT.

I give it a 1 star for the young guy at the counter, he tried his best, having said that his coworker was rude, she never acknowledged me. She came up to the counter and did a wipe, did not help the young guy at the counter went toward the oven, opened the oven door and did it like she had had done a real task. As long as there are rude employees like her, I will not come back.

I really enjoy insomnia cookies. They can come out fresh and buttery. They also have a standard selection of cookies. They also do catering but you can on place a catering order online 24-hours or more in advance. Great for big and small events!

Ordered cookies to be delivered an hour later the tracker said still being baked so I tried calling up there. No answer so I decided to go up there I work in food service like stuff happens no biggie. So when I get there Im standing out front and explain the situation. Im super nice cause I know how it can be. And the guy says we dont have a order for you so I showed him my recipt on the email I sent he lets out a massive SIGH and gos ugh brb. 10 minutes later said its all ready out for delivery you really need to be more patient with us. Also I live 4 minutes away.

Well was looking for a place to have some dessert and came across the pics of this establishment. Got super excited about it called what I thought was store number twice both were international operators neither seemed to care if I ate there or not. 2nd one said she could place an order for me and so ordered a brownie only to find out had to pay with card and only had cash on me. Big let down, probably would’ve spent a lot of money and recommend to friends had this not happened. Settled for a stale pb cup from gas station cause it was getting late. Bad night I guess.

Where to begin, all the cookies are fresh, hot, and delicious. The delivery is spot on, whether you live on campus, at a house, or in an apartment complex, the drivers know the city like the back side of their hands. More over, the delivery til 03:00 (am) is easily the best for late night parties, study sessions, and or that not so healthy midnight snack. Best of all, should you desire to send a cookie to your dear mother back home, they ship nation wide.

Extremely quick and good

If there were a way to select zero stars, I would. The only two times Ive tried to place a delivery order, the driver has not been able to find the location despite clear instructions given on the physical address and the room number in the building. Also, no attempt was made on the drivers part to call and ask for directions if they were lost. The first order took over an hour to get to me and the cookies were not very warm. The second order took over 3 hours to get here - same location as the first order - and the cookies were cold. I will not be ordering these again because the taste of the cookies doesnt merit the wait to get them. Incidentally, the second order was for my birthday and all I wanted was some warm cookies.

I ordered some cookies for Nurse’s week for a very special nurse. The night the cookies were supposed to be delivered, they were never delivered because my order was “missed.” I will never rely nor order from insomnia cookies again. I will try out another local business instead.

So I ordered my cookies at 10:22. I got an email saying that there was a mistake. Ok cool I call the store direct and spoke with someone they took my number down because it was messed up. Ok cool. It was about 11 and i got another Email saying Something was wrong. I call them again he couldn’t find my order until I telling him what was in it and then he said the driver got confused and couldn’t call me (even though I updated my number with someone) and so I told the new guy that’s weird I updated my number and he said well you didn’t call the store direct (when I did call the store direct) and then he tells me they have 150 orders every night. Ok well that doesn’t mean I can’t get my order correct. And then he tells me it’s going to be 30 minutes u til I could get my cookies. So I’m waiting an hour and a half for cookies to be delivered.

Very upset. My order was supposed to be ready at 11, I waited for 30 min. Don’t tell me curbside pickup is available when your employees don’t even answer the phone. Terrible customer service. One of the delivery boys was even rude when I asked for help!!

Because I stopped by right before they closed, I expected to receive old, stale cookies that have been sitting out for hours. However, I got two fresh cookies that tasted amazing! They even stayed warm during the ride home. Its a cool and different place and its nice that they stay open until 3:00 and theyre right next to campus!

This place was a delicious spot to grab a quick dessert. I will agree with what others have said, the prices are a bit steep for just cookies and ice cream. The staff was incredibly friendly and quick though in serving customers. Make sure if you get a cookie-which to select two different kinds of cookies for each side, itll be a good choice. It would have been better if they had more ice cream options or a possible list of combinations that go good together.

Did a Favor pick-up here and the service was incredibly slow. One guy manning the register while there were several guys in the back. Loud music playing and the guy taking orders kept mumbling and not speaking clearly. They were out of several kinds of cookies and did nothing to notify the people in line, so everyone had to rethink their order once they got to the register, adding to the slow service. Dont recommend going in the store when busy. Maybe try having them deliver.

Regular cookies under $2/each is a great deal and deluxe cookies around $5/each that will satisfy any sweet tooth with just one cookie. The wait was around 7 minutes for two deluxe cookies due to batches made fresh once ordered. Very clean and friendly staff/service

We live across town, but were happy to make the drive! Delicious cookies and friendly service. Theres typically a line, but it moves quickly and weve never waited more than five minutes after walking in the door.

Cookies are so tasty. They have great ice cream and milk to pair with cookies. They also deliver. However, we have had poor experience trying to order cookies for delivery through the phone, plus their delivery radius is very small (basically just around Texas Tech campus).

Definitely a nice little spot with excellent staff. Ice cream was pretty good, albeit a bit forgettable. The smell of cookies is absolutely lovely, but cookies seem quite expensive for the size and several of the flavors arent the most unique. Ill give it another shot when Im around, but at the moment, its just okay.

What could be better than cookies when you wake up with a craving late at night? Unfortunately, they dont deliver to my house and their delivery area is limited. I ordered cookies for pickup and the person running the counter made me wait for 15 minutes to pick up my cookies while he prepared orders for walk-in customers. All the while, my cookies were sitting right there already paid for online and I couldnt pick them up.

Super overpriced for the quality. And if I order a pint, at least fill it up all the way! And server was handling the cash register and not wearing gloves to scoop out ice cream. Not ok.

I had the brownie with ice cream. It was fresh and delicious. The facility is small, but I did find the restroom to be a bit of an eye sore as it is right off the dining area with the door wide open. They could have a bit more seating, and given that there was onky myself and another couple of customers, it couldve been cleaner.

I will not go back to Insomnia. I made a 2 hour trip to order and pay for my sons bday cookie. I even called three days prior to confirm the order. That was a fiasco. The website couldnt find the order and had to put me on hold to call the store. After about 15 minutes a manager called me back. He said it would be made for 5:30. I sent a friend of my son to pick it up and they over looked the order. She was told it would be another 45 minutes👿. So much for surprising my son 😠👿.

I ordered the cookies an hour ago. Well, I am still waiting. You call the customer services and they are RUDE. There is no way out. TBH this store is 5 minute was talk my office, however, I ordered online because its cold. It is taking more than an hour to deliver the cookies at the distance of 5 minutes. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. Not only did I order cookies four days before delivery date but they werent delivered on time (by 9 hours and still not delivered), I wasnt notified, and when I called to inquire I waited 32 minutes only to be met with deep sighing and a hang up.

Now, heres the thing, I will admit that you are paying for the convenience and for the late night sweet tooth craving so take this with a grain of salt. If you pay $12 for 6 delivered cookies at 1 a.m. or really, anytime, most people would expect a substantial amount of cookie. That is not the case, while the flavors are purty good, the cookies arent much bigger than a chips ahoy cookie. You could just order a medium pizza and a warm cookie from dominos 2 hours early and reheat them for the same price and feed 4 people.... but like I said, convenience and munchies after 12. So, theres that.

I ordered a dozen cookies online to be delivered on campus to a friend for a surprise gift and an hour after the delivery time they were not delivered BUT THE ONLINE TRACKING SAID THEY WERE DELIVERED. I called the store to fix the issue and the customer service rep was extremely rude! This wouldnt have been a big deal but after talking to the rep I was furious. The reason they were not delivered was because the person I was sending them to didnt answer their phone when the employee called him but I left specific instructions telling them to deliver to the room and desk, they did not even bother to try. So 1.5 hours after the original delivery time, they might get delivered but it is no surprise now! what is the point of a tracking system that says that my order was delivered when it was not?
