My brother had purchased and tried many hearing devices prior to Costco. I have always been a huge fan and member since the early 80s when they were Price Club. The hearing specialist spent at least 45 minutes with him as I watched. He was super professional and very concerned that he got every detail right. He put a sample pair of the aids in his ears and fine tuned them. Then he let him walk around the store for a test drive. The Jabra hearing aids were a great fit and really improved his hearing. He explained everything so well. My brother was so happy on the ride home. The price was really good too. Very happy

Literally just came from here a few minutes ago. The lady in the desk (glasses, red cardigan & dark hair with highlights) was so so helpful to check my hearing aid and discover it was the cable not working. Definitely love the center & grateful to hear again!
