I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at Atlas Audiology was so positive that I feel it’s the least I can do for Dr. Flores.I was met at my appointment time “spot on.” The hearing test went very smoothly and Dr. Flores took as much time as I needed to explain and make me understand the extent of my hearing loss, and what I could AND couldn’t expect from hearing aids.Dr. Flores, thank you! I noticed my kiddo was having some trouble hearing out of his right ear, so decided to take him to get a hearing screen and found out that hes been struggling for a while with his hearing and he just hadnt told me! Dr. Flores was so nice and professional and explained each test in a way both I and my son could understand. It was actually really neat, and so glad that I took him otherwise he would still be having trouble hearing and I might not know what was wrong!
