Best sinus Dr in town! Our son came in with a broken nose, was evaluated quickly, and had the procedure done the following day in office! He was nervous coming in, but the front desk staff and Dr Fell made him feel so comfortable. He left the office at ease and with a straight beak! Thank you!!

Dr. Fell was the surgeon that removed both of my childrens tonsils after having acquired strep over 19 times in 2 years. He is excellent as a surgeon and they have healed very well. This was 3 years ago and they continue to be strep free and 80% healthier overall. We recently visited for continued nasal congestion for my youngest and the office was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I recommend him to our friends with pediatric ENT needs.

Saying I have anxiety is an understatement, they made me feel at ease. Dr. Potocki was very thorough on explaining my condition and made me feel confident in our plan of care. Signing in, to seeing the audiologist, to then seeing the doctor was all very smooth and quite a quick process. Highly recommend!

Dr. Fell and his staff run a well oiled machine. I felt like they knew what was going on with my diagnosis from the start, and I appreciated how clearly he delivered some not-so-great news. From the start, entering into the office, everybody was very friendly. They speak to you as if they have known you all of your life and that’s a good thing because I was very nervous. My 1-year-old son had developed a very foul smell coming out of his right nostril. We took him in to see his PCP and they prescribed him some antibiotics. She was unable to see whether or not he had something lodged in his nose. She sent his home and with no avail the antibiotics did not help. Saw the doctor again and they recommended us to Dr. Fell.... As soon as we arrived he looked him over and found that he had something stuck in his nose. They were able to get it out very quickly. We were literally at his office less than 30 minutes. My baby boy is back to his cantankerous little self.

Got in, and was taken care in under 30 minutes. That is awesome in my book!!!

It was a pleasure to work with both my doctor and his staff, they were very organized and time conscious. He diagnosed two problems and improved my health.

Very thankful for Dr. Pitocki and staff. They worked me in did a hearing test for hearing loss. Dr. Cleveland and Graduate student were very professional and kind. Dr. Pitocki took excellent care of me and got me right in. He was very kind as well. I cannot thank them all enough as I had a most concerning ear problem.

Dr. Fell is a fabulous doctor! I felt totally comfortable with him doing my surgery and would certainly use him again if I needed a surgeon. He takes his time to be sure he answers EVERY question you might have and encourages questions to make sure you understand every aspect of your procedure. Post surgery he makes sure you have easy to follow instructions to follow during the recovery period. His office staff is friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend him!

Overall Im very pleased and have seen the staffs concern for the patient rise significantly. My only concern is that the ladies at the windows are constantly busy on the phone which takes away from their ability to care for the patients in the office. It seems the patients on the phone there take priority over live patients in the office but its a lot better now than it used to be.

Oh my goodness! What an awesome experience! I felt at ease to ask all ofMy questions and never feltRushed. The sincerity in listening to my concerns and explaining the examination and next steps was truly genuine. I know that I am in great hands.

From the time I scheduled the appointment till the time we were done everyone was so helpful and friendly. Dr. Fell was amazing!! I appreciated him listening to my husband and answering all his Questions. My husband can talk, not once did we feel rushed!! I highly recommend this place.:)

When I was in school, I was in choir, t he sound system was awesome but now it is hard for the audience to hear the choir students. I believe the sound system needs an update. Not a new auditorium just the sound needs updated.

Although long wait times to get an appointment, great staff and caring Dr. Hopefully on my next visit, we can get my loss of smell problem identified as to cause.Above was several years ago. Ballon Sinus dilation fixed the problem. I have spring allergies..right ear plugged up in March along with another sinus infection. Cultured and correct antibiotics prescribed. Ear tube several days back for the ear. Super Doctor!!! Highly recommended.

The atmosphere was awesome especially for my two little ones. Everyone was very kind. The time was quick but I was still able to discuss my concerns with Dr without feeling rushed. Thanks for a pleasant visit.

3/27/19 was my sons first appointment with Dr. Fell. The staff friendly. My son Alvin is 38yrs. young. Diagnosed with CP which leaves him intellectually developmentally delayed. Dr. Fell was patient and I felt Alvin was comfortable with him, and so was I.
