The bearded man who waited on me was good. Knew his stuff and did his job. While he was waiting on me, 3 other employees in the store, no customers, the phone rang 87 times, un-answered. 2 employees in the back Stocking did not move a single part to interrupt their conversation. Dude in a gray shirt, name starts with a J on the phone, possibly with a customer? Phones ring and ring, ignored. Before I drive to town for a part, I want to find it! That is why people Call! If you get to wondering why your store is not as busy as it used to be. Here is your answer! No Customer Service!

I am 78 which makes things tough at times, today it is 90 degrees outside. A young man named Mat has helped me on two occasions with the utmost respect and super customer service. Today he helped me put on seat covers and was extremly helpful. You have to be proud you have such a loyal and super associates. Thanks for all the help and great service. He needs a raise !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great store love the service commercial sign needs to be eye level and needs bathroom signs other than that people were able to find the correct parts that work great for my car thank you

Came to this store about 11:30 am on 8-14-21. Employees were to busy playing around and talking to each other to even notice me. Didnt greet me with any kind customer service. I felt like they didnt want me there. Never going back ever.

Always helpful. The parts manager actually helped me fix s problen with my break lights.

Was very professional and courteous .Replacing both batteries on my truck that lasted almost 5 years.EDIT: The 2 batteries replaced was from the same AutoZone store at their recommendation and lasted almost 5 years to the date. Cant beat that for quality and Service.

Ms. Jennifer B is to be complimented. She was so kind as to help me diagnose my cars issue. She said she was no expert, but she went out of her way to help me. I was very very grateful. Look for her if youd like an exceptional customer care!!

Called and was put on eternal hold. Looked online for part and it showed it was in stock so I hung up since no one every came back to the phone. Drove to the store and after waiting several minutes was told they did not have the part but another store did. What a waste of time. O’Reillys got out business again.

Absolutely love my local autozone. Ive been learning how to work on my car and every employee has been extremely helpful. I always leave laughing and the store manager is always there helping his employees and not hiding in the back. Yall keep it up!!

Said they had my part so picked it up two women working . vehicle was taken apart and they gave me wrong tie rod ends... Had to have R & R give me a ride to exchange them. R & R is awesome but when ya have 2 chick working take your part with you there is a big difference between a 1/2 ton pickup and a one ton. Duh on Auto Zone at this location.

I crawled into the parking lot with a shredded engine belt. The manager loaned me the tools to put a replacement belt on and even came out to help me do it. Very appreciative and thankful.

Ive had some issues with the staff here. The manager was quick to sort them and take care of me, but it seems like everytime I go in theyve hired someone else that is completely lacking in customer service.The product selection is great though, and prices are not bad.

Went in with my mom, & asked for help, was told to wait a couple of minutes because he was helping someone else, which is fine. One of the employees was yelling for a manager across the store I need a password, stop treating me like a child & ignoring me!! (Unnecessary). There were two other employees in clear view sitting & laughing behind the check out counter. I understand yall were busy, but I dont want to wait 45 minutes to get some form of service. Never going back, Ill just go to a different auto store.

Lufkin never has enough help. You stand and wait to be assisted. The phone rings and rings. Last time I went, the young man was very helpful but did not find what I was needing.
