Great dealership with great people. They took care of my son like he was part of their family. No high pressure sales people, no back and forth haggling required. Just a great experience. I would definitely recommend them and Ms Deadra without reservation!
This dealership is ridiculous. They advertised a car for 23K online and when I reached to them they told me the price was 26K. 3K over the advertised price? That is called bait and switch, and it is absolutely absurd.
I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer. I usually go to Tyler and chose to see what we could do locally. I bought 2 cars in 3 days April 2020. One was totalled out April 2021. I called them to help me with gap insurance. They would never return my calls. 3 months waiting.
As a driver this pickup location is easy to find, spacious, with a pallet jack for loading transmission.
They had an ok variety of cars. The lot was practically empty, & the salesman (DJ) said they were selling really fast. The buyer was interested & said they would be returning.
Was interested in the used Toyota Tundra. Was told it had to go to the body shop because of a dent. Took almost a week for Deadra to let me know when truck would be available for me to test drive. I felt since I wasnt buying brand new I wasnt important enough. So I went somewhere else and bought a vehicle.
Nina from Premier is AMAZING! My husband and I DID NOT feel pressured, annoyed, frustrated, etc like we did with other sales people at different car dealerships. Nina made us feel welcome to take our time, she educated us on vehicles and talked some numbers with us, never once making us feel pressured! It was a GREAT experience! I highly recommend seeking Nina out to be your sales person!
I drove 4 hours just to buy from this dealership and was not disappointed. We loved Deadra, she was so sweet and seemed like she really wanted what was best for me. I felt like i was buying a car from my aunt. And my grandmother said she had fun and felt like she was visiting a friend!

Incredibly helpful dealer. We were having some battery and alternator issues on our way to the beach and they were wonderful. Their staff was extremely knowledgeable and kind. They fit us in immediately to get the alternator changed. I highly recommend this dealership!

Our buying experience was the best yet. I came in with a trade in and knowing exactly what I wanted. Our car salesman Max Vestal was quick and proficient which is exactly what we wanted. Dealerships is not the place we like to be, most salesmen we feel drag you around and that was not the case here. Max was very professional and straight to the point. We traded in my car at the value I was asking for, left with the car I wanted with the notes being exactly where I needed them.
I took my car in to be serviced and I was greeted immediately. They called me to go over my service and gave suggestions of things that will need to be taken care of before I have any issues. When I returned to pick up my car the service Director Larah Dewberry went over my service and helped me quickly so that I could go on with my day.
I had a great experience buying a car from Premier Kia! Ernesto reached out to me from an internet inquiry that I had put in and I was in my new car by the next week! He was quick and reasonable and was able to get my car note down to exactly what I wanted to pay! He answered any questions that I had and overall, he was a pleasure to work with! Me and my girlfriends Kia broke down due to a warranty issue and Vinny at this Kia and his staff took amazing care of us! They kept us updated on my car every few minutes and even took us out to breakfast while we waited! They made servicing so easy! I can onlyImagine how smooth buying a car would be! Came in to have my daughters truck latch on her Kia replaced. Bungee cords holding it down. Told the lady in service department wanted the latch replaced. I had to pay $89.00 for them to diagnose the problem. They replaced the latch just like I told them to. November had bought a soul from them. Will not go back. Will not recommend them.

If i could rate this a 0 stars i would, for being a first time buyer they gave me a car that wasn’t even properly ready for the road and the service department are absolutely rude people. not even a week with my car i needed a new battery and my power steering pump and rack went out the first 2 months of me having my vehicle. i will never deal with this dealership again!!
Service Center Staff was friendly and promptly greeted us upon arrival.Clean offices and pleasant waiting area.Provided a loner vehicle at no charge while they had our vehicle for repair.We were explicitly told that their diagnostic would find everything wrong with the vehicle, then a week after leaving the vehicle with them we were called and informed about an additional problem that their diagnostic missed that we would have to pay extra for.After they finished repairing the AC and replacing the transmission we had the car back for less than a week before the transmission started slipping again, and when we took it back to them they tried to convince us that they werent responsible before eventually agreeing to replace the transmission a second time, but we suddenly needed yet another additional repair that had somehow gone unnoticed by their diagnostic.We first took it to them in early March, had it back from them for less than a week before taking it in a second time, have only now gotten it back the last week of July, and weve paid more in repairs than we currently owe on purchasing the vehicle. Ive also now had to replace a battery cable that their mechanics damaged, and the engine revs twice as many RPMs on the tachometer in first gear as it did before we took it to them.Would not recommend.

She was very nice, polite, and super helpful (she even helped me with my kiddos when I had to sign papers.) If you are looking for a car ask for Deadra, she’ll go above and beyond to help you out!
My experience with Kia was going down hill for a while and I considered taking my business elsewhere but over the past few months they have brought in a team of new service members and I must say that the service is so much better now. The new team knows exactly how to handle all situations with the upmost respect and consideration of the customer and business. One person particular her name is Heyle Garcia in the parts department she is always willing to assist rather it’s in person or over the phone and she very nice and respectful she’s always pleasant!! We purchased out Telluride in Dec of 2019. I had a few little glitches that needed to be taken care of. I would give that whole process a 4 star. However, if you want to talk Customer Service. There is a young lady that works there named Ciara. Ciara is over the top. She recently was out when I called to set up a service appt. The service I received was not what I had grown to expect with Ciara. David and Jeremy worked with me on getting a car. They were super courteous and worked hard to get me in a vehicle. My credit is not good but Jeremy worked hard to get me a deal I could afford. In the end I drove out in a very low mileage Kia Soul that I am extremely happy with. I would recommend Premier Kia to anyone who is interested in a Kia. The staff goes way out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated. I will do business with them again in the future.
I needed a battery for my Kia Sorento. They were the cheapest around. I arrived within less than 30 minutes from closing. I was served, got what i needed, amd resumed my day. Couldnt have asked for faster or better service.

If you go to this store, and you should, ask for Dwayne Dewberry as your Salesperson. I bought my Optima from him and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with my kids, made sure we got everything done as quickly as possible and didnt try any crazy salesman tactics on me! He was definitely one of the nicest and most professional salespeople Ive ever met . . . the best part is, he sat down with me to figure out a more-than-fair price and followed up with me after the sale to make sure I had everything I needed. I went to Premier Kia on 9-27-18 to purchase a Kia Optima. These guys worked hard to get me into the car I wanted at the price I could afford. I didn’t bring them much to work with between where I was with my trade and current credit situation but they went to work and made it happen for me. We love the car and had a great experience dealing with the guys here. I was very happy we were able to buy from our home town. I would definitely look at Kia again for our next purchase after our experience there.
Staff is polite but not helpful or knowledgeable with used vehicles. Manager not even available when store opens. Sales staff losses paperwork from 4 days ago. Sales lie about service engine light codes. Website list vehicle as having keyless entry and remote start but when you ask for the keys they only have one without the key-fob. Didnt even offer to have at least one made.
I went in to trade in and upsize from my old car, Jeremy Boykins was at the door to greet us and was the most respectful, understanding guy. He made sure that the vehicle had everything we were looking for. I would definitely recommend asking for him upon arrival!Thanks for the great experience!
Our buying experience was ok, but after that got our money it was terrible. Nobody there knows who’s in charge they tell you they fix something and they did not actually do it. I waited outside for 30 before there GM Robin had time to come outside an speak to me she would not return phone calls after I was on hold 15 mins waiting to speak with her. I just don’t understand how people have a job like that when u have no customer service skills. An I also spoke with the service manager and just said it’s not my problem you have already bought it and the sales person just pretends she doesn’t know anything. It’s just an awful experience. I will never buy anything else form there.

I had a good experience. I received a fair offer for my trade-in and a fair price on the purchase of my new vehicle. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because i didnt find out until I got home that Kias no longer come with a spare tire. Luckily I went through the vehicle when I got home and noticed this potential issue. I travel long distance for work, and having a flat out in the middle of nowhere with no spare tire would be frustrating. If this is Kias new business model, they should really disclose it to people upfront.
Kia dealership just claimed there’s nothing they could do that service department did not check my car over properly there was a nail in my tire not a person noticed! I’ve paid 75$ everytime for all my service requirements including my filters and Romero states that my 141$ service at 95$ am hour labor was correct and he had not a single amount of apologies for the nail being looked over and the lack of care for their customer !!

I took my Sorento in the first of March because the AC wasnt cooling. They added freon and said they put a dye in the there to make sure I did not have a leak. Last week it stopped cooling again. I took it in Friday afternoon; I had scheduled an appointment with Vinny in service. I dropped my car off and went to lunch. They called me within an hour and my car was ready. There was a bad hose, they had one in stock and fixed it. It was easy for them to find since they had added the dye at the previous visit. They washed my car, too. Vinny, Edward and the other guys in the service department are so friendly and helpful!

I do not believe I got the best deal at all. In fact, I am thinking I got took. I will probably never visit this dealership again. This was my 3rd vehicle to buy here. I was extremely satisfied on the 1st 2 but the last purchase was disappointing.

I love Premier Kia. They try so hard to keep their customers happy and I certainly am. I love the lifetime warranty and I love the free oil changes and tire rotation. We made a reservation for Wednesday because we had a Dr appointment in Lufkin and I was sick by the time we arrived and they had the shuttle driver to take us to eat and then pick us up when we were finished. When we got back from eating the Service person Sydney walked right out and handed us our keys and the ticket. I can not imagine buying a car anywhere else. Oh and I sent my Step Dad and his wife to purchase a Kia and they bought one in a different color but still a Kia Soul. We all love Premier. One last thing we have a premier dealer in Livingston but we all drive to Lufkin because we get the greatest service there. White glove treatment. Love them.

Frankly, I was impressed with the customer service representatives when I came in today. I was given an estimate over the phone but after they completed the work, the cost was lower then the estimate. Quality work at a good price.

I am glad to see so many positive reviews. However each experience is heterogeneous. Certain sales persons go further in their customer service deliverance which is unfortunate but a fact. However, customer service should be consistent across the board. I firmly believe that we were judged immediately, we were passed between sales reps. Our first visit, the salesman we initially spoke with came out into the lobby looked at us and sent another salesman out, literally. I was so disheartened. Yet, in good faith we stayed test drove etc. We left and proceeded to do what was suggested and came back to encounter the same situation but worse as this visit our time was wasted as I was nothing but forthright with the salesman I spoke with before coming back in. Unfortunately, out of the 4 dealerships we visited this experience was the worst. I am not going to mention names, however, I do and will remember these individuals. This review is not to deter buyers, it is for those who have had a similar experience to know they are not alone, you do have options, and you will find what you need with an individual who will treat you with equality, honesty, and respect.
