Liz is the best she helped me out a lot and still let me get the car on the same day

Phenomenal! Exceptional service and that’s not even the half of it. I went in today, first ever car dealership to look into getting my first car. Not only did it take a span of 2 hours in and out. But a quick test drive, paperwork and payment, and BOOM I was on the road 30 seconds after leaving the building! Liz, I will praise that woman like a millennial at a local Target during Black Friday. The best communication by far, explained everything I needed to be aware of, and everything expected of me, and made. That. CLEAR! I’m so unbelievably satisfied by this dealership. Might be a hidden gem in a little old funky town, But I DEFINITELY recommend looking into this dealership for first car owners or former ones.

HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!!! Well I must say that we are truly blessed to have been able to find and do business with the team at PMC. We had one vehicle we had been eyeing for a bit and after we got there they said someone was supposed to be there to get it on a promise. Well after that moment of disappointment Liz tried to reach the others and they never answered. Well after some quick praying and no response she said it is ours if we want it!! And oh YES our day was made! I was so excited we did the paper work and got our vehicle!! Thanks to Liz for going over and beyond to get us fixed up and down the road. The crew at PMC Is AWESOME!!

Well what else could I say ... Liz help us tremendously... She helped my middle son got his first car with no problem, then a week later she got my youngest daughter with her first car with no problem, then another week for another with no problem.... My mother got a car here and she recently passed away. We were having hard time getting rid of any of her things so they agreed to let us continue to make payments on it. After few months of getting money that rude lady Liz starts being very rude and all of sudden wants the car back and wont accept anymore payments on it. They took money knowing they werent going to let us keep the car. They came and took my moms car with personal things in it. Liz is rude very unprofessional a liar.

Best salesperson ever. Always willing to work out any situation thrown at me. Anything that goes wrong is always taken care of. Very satisfied with my experience through this company.

By far the best place I’ve been to to get a car when I needed one ASAP ! They take care of you here making sure your car is in top shape before leaving the lot!! I got my jeep cherokee from here and I love it ! No surprises and by far the best customer service ! They go above and beyond ! Will definitely be returning.

This place gets 5 stars because of the employees that work there as well as the customer service and little touches they added when I got a car here, nothing was wrong with it they went out of their way to make it special and made sure the car was clean before taking it off the lot ! Definitely will be returning here again when I need another car !

By far best place in lufkin Ive been to! Great customer service. They were so nice and patient with me tryna find the right car for me! My car messed up and they helped me out tremendously. They kept their word that if something happened they would fix whatever and that’s what they did.

Terrible place for a used car dealership I like the place at first and was going to come back the next week to get me a truck I like but I forgot my driver’s license (yes I know it was on me ) but I call the women to see if she could stay open for a few more min til I got there thay close at 5 and I live an hour and a half away so I drove all the way back bc she said she wait I got there at 510 and she no where to be found she lie and said I could not wait on you after I call and she said she could .. thay lost my business thay can’t be trusted

This place doesnt deserve 1 star but I had to so I can write a review.I bought a truck from this place had it for 9 months and the motor slung a rod. Not to mention all the other problems I had with the truck. The reason I decided to go with PMC is the lady told me if I had any problems with the truck they will help fix it. Of course they didnt. So now Im out around 6,000 and no vehicle. Save yourself a headache and your money and dont go here.

Very thorough in his explanation of the loan. Extremely polite, and professional, also easy to work with. Would recommend this lot to anyone who needs a good used vehicle.

For everyone with something negative to say I think ure comments are trash.. micah is the most kindest easy to work with person u will find .. as long as ure current on ure note he will help u in anyway he can... out of all the buy here pay here lots ..this one I can say is the best and they stick to there word... I purchased a car in nac from a buy here pay will not say which lot but been getting the run around for 2 months ..my husband purchased another car from pmc and the issues fixed in no time .. so pmc highly recommended
