Everything seems open box never sealed games even when there new there not factory sealed. But has a great selection and they give better prices on newer items

I will make sure no one gets gift cards from here again. I had to poad all my children back into the vehicle just so they could use a restroom. Ill gladly spend my money in a place that provides a restroom.

This will be our new store. The young lady at the register was wonderful. She was able to assist us with all our questions and even visited with my babies. As my husband and I were finishing our console trade she was able to make sure we were getting our best deal and what we wanted. She was great!

This is the best game store. The employees are always knowledgeable and so very helpful.

Not the most friendly atmosphere with no greeting at the door or acknowledgement the whole time I was in there and this is a fairly small store. The selection is small especially for having a deal of 2 for 20 if games are under 14.99 but only having maybe 2 or 3 notable games at the right price range to make the deal worth it. If you can steer clear of here and try out the gamexchange with a much better selection.

If you ever have any gameing needs come i went her earlier today there was only one person behind the counter i believe his name was anthoney he handle the costumers and phone call very well as i was waiting in line he impressed me how he engaged with the costumers informing them on better price dells and constently letting us in line knoe he would grt to us as soon as posible would made the wait a easy to do he even had someone on hold trying to catch the line up before taling the call he. Asked if it would be ok me of course i said go ahead wanted to see how he handled the phone call he wad very perfesonal i was highly impressed

Just painful. Its easier to order online. The staff are ok, but the prices are not any better and higher than most places. If you want a chance to get a game at midnight the day it comes out, then theres the bright side.

This place is terrible they hire little teenage girls that have no clue about any games and then refuse to do the simplist tasks that are corporates own policies

Love this store! Wish it where bigger but the workers are friendly and knowledgeable and they treat you with respect! Way better than game exchange! Great place for sure!

Theres a smaller range of PS4 games than I would like, but the staff is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions.

They had no consoles to trade out for but I went next door to target and they had 2 Xbox one s consoles

They give your items low value really better off selling your items yourself but they do have a good variety of games to choose from at a alright price to be a used item.The discount card was a great value though loved getting the game informer magazines and my games are cheaper with the discount.

Absolutely incompetent workers, with no common sense. Ive visited this store 3 times this week, first two are because they gave me equally scratched disks which did not work, and the latest was to replace the game for the THIRD TIME, only to trade it in for a headset. Well, I get home to open the headset, and I am shocked to be missing the one wire I need to use it on my X-Box 360. I am absolutely frustrated with this store. Tomorrow I will go back to return the headset I bought, and if I do not get a replacement for it, the exact same headset that I bought, then I will take my business elsewhere.

Gamestop is great! Great customer service. They dont really have anymore XBOX 360, Wii, or PS3 games anymore. They focus on PS4, XBOX one, and Nintendo Switch. Kind of dissapointed. But what they lack in older generation games, they make up for with shirts, collectables, and accessories. I shop here all the time. Being a pro member pays off. Wonderful atmosphere. Its a great place to escape to.
