Absolutely garbage to argue with a customer. Cant even tell the difference between an inline and an ethernet.Next time Ill just order what I need online, so I dont have to be argued with.

Took my Mac in here because they said they had a guy certified to work on macs. Got it home, turned it on and it did exactly the same thing it was doing when i took it in. So i called them and they tried to give me the run around, i told them, ill see you in court and they gave me my money back. Worst of all the girl i was talking to had a serious attitude. I asked her, what if you took your car to a mechanic, he didnt fix it, and then charged you for the work, would you be ok with that?...totally unprofessional.
